 This is the second thread that Tigger has made on the same topic where all he does just basically saying "ha ha look at me. I'm not staying home. So I am better than you." That is all this is.

My grieving is perhaps for what should be... and is NOT... as well as for what I FEEL is coming... This to me is not about ANY country being GREAT... it is about accountability on how we have lived our lives... Those who have lived within their means will fare out much better than those who embraced the false security of living on credit. Bless you Kwik... and once again...   lol,I know exactly what you mean...I also thought I was a homebody & now I realize how much(which is not much at all really)getting out & about-crazy to think my little trips to Lowes would be missed so much-I've got to pickup some mulch but I just dread the gloves,the face covering,the distancing & all the rigarmaroo to do it.....is this the new normal,uggh

Ah, I see. Just imagine if you'd had a paper bag large enough for the 12 pack o' brews no one would have ever known. Then again, the thread of concern about the "Jesus Saves" shirt + 1/2 case of beer + people staring in amazement wouldn't have resulted in =  uh-oh. "Was this not a good plan?" Perhaps a button down plaid might have been more discreet. Then again, that's another topic. I'm sorry, bro!

Just curious. Were you gonna try the zinc supplements and Schweppes? The trace elements of quinine in each bottle are hardly enough for any hopeful effects against the virus. I thought you should be aware if not already knowing this previous to the theory. Umm, don't expect more from Canada Dry.  

Tonic water has since become a common mixer with liquor, the most well-known combination being gin and tonic. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) allows tonic water to contain no more than 83 parts per million of quinine, because there can be side effects from quinine.

You also misunderstand me, you mentioned "without worry". I don't "worry" about the lost of freedoms, I will rather share my views about the dangers and about the errors being made. I also have written to my Governor on numerous occasions now concerning this as well as to my senator. If all Americans would start doing so, if all Christians would start doing so, maybe along with our prayers mercy from the Lord can be seen. I accept the will of the Lord and know that harder times are coming, but I also believe in a harvest of mercy and a great revival. and I do not believe that a Christian must be a door mat and be silent when wrongs are committed. We must lift our voices to the Lord and to all who will hear.

Have you ever considered that what is now happening might be a way of God having us shine as Christians?

I am at peace throughout this.   Whereas many are not.   So this is really an opportunity....will the world see us Christians being of good cheer in the midst of tribulation?   Can we help our neighbors with encouragement from the Lord?   Perhaps this will be their opportunity to turn to Christ?  When they see His children at peace and trusting Him through the storm.

Instead of ranting about the lockdown and social distancing, let's concentrate on what matters.    Children of God trusting Him and getting through this, and helping others to know Him.

Actually I wasn't going to try it, just thought it was interesting what the doctor was saying.
