Society is dying in order to keep some, to many, from getting one specific disease.  That just isn't workingout, got to get back to work or we all die. Civilization is at great risk.

It is time to flatten the fear of one's own death and to embrace keeping civilization alive at all personal cost.

We must not be foolish about things. I think we could do some opening but in a safe manner.   Like limit the number of people in a store. Stay 6fr apart from other people in the store. The same goes for workplaces.  Like not everyone going to lunch all at the same time.  Face mask, temperature  taking. If you feel sick stay home. But.....This has brought to light the many low paying jobs out that that do not offer any kind of sick pay. Oh I have worked in them kind of jobs before. You go in sick or you get fired.  I remember working in a retail store and one winter there was flu outbreak.  Everyone working there including myself caught it because we had to come into work sick if you want to keep your job and get paid.  This needs to be addressed.  That is just what I think.

You all would not have like how I would have done things if I was in charge of the country.   I would have shut everything down except food stores. drug stores, and medical places. Everyone would have been issued food stamps for 2 months. Maybe 3 months. Along with $2000.00 a month depending on the size of your family. All utilities, all rent, all mortgage payments would be put on hold. For the 3 months of lock down. Or 2 months whatever the case maybe. A limit amount of people would be allowed in a grocery store or drug store at a time. Mask for everyone. No crowds of people.  And it would been enforced or the store would face fines.  

That is what I would have done. Now I know that since I posted this. None of you will ever vote for me if I run for president.

Yet I read that the virus sticks around for days on stuff, and also a long time in the air. If many people were carriers in a store, it seems there is basically no way of avoiding it, whether 6, or 10, or 12 feet away. Since there is no real mass testing we can't know who has it. Some people say wear masks and gloves, others say that hand washing is better than gloves and that masks are more or less useless. Then we have some legislators deeming abortion clinics and such things as essential. In other case we hear of people getting pulled in from out on the ocean on a paddle board or some such and treated like a bio terrorist. (exaggeration)

Is that the sort of masks that supposedly work and they said we should not wear a while ago? Or is that any useless face covering? If masks are needed for food, I assume you would provide them? Then we have an army of snitches running around closing stores of fining them? I guess that is an essential service too?

Often it seems the choices in voting is not between good and bad. It is the lesser of evils in many cases. I live in Canada, and they basically did all that anyhow.

As I remember it flatten the curve was to have had the effect of lengthening the timeline of the spread of the disease more than eliminating it. The purpose was to slow it from epidemic to an endemic. That way there would be enough hospital beds, ventilators and medical personnel. The slowing would allow for treatment of near everyone resulting in far fewer deaths than 2 million.

Now the country and perhaps the world is better prepared to treat the sick, reducing not the number that get the disease but only the number that die from it. That evidently is being accomplished, so the political target has been redefined changed in the USA at least in the so called blue states ( Communistic like ones) to we must  have a vaccine before we stop living in fear, locked down, isolated ,out of work, starving, not seeking nor getting medical treatment nor diagnosis,  will instead be dead from the effects of being isolated out of work starving etc. Good plan I suppose but for what? The herd is thinned a more super group or race prevails andsurvives. Only the politically rich survive, all opposition  gone.

And the passive fear filled die with their $1200  government funny money stipend in their hands.

It is time to change from flatten the curve to flatten the fear. Time to get about fighting to survive now before civilization of free people dies.
