Animal sacrifices were the precursor to the permanent solution. At that time it was a highly symbolic gesture of obedience.

How did the Wise men know who Jesus was?

 

This is not supported by the scriptures in the Old Testament. 

Noah boasted in his self righteousness, he had no idea about what you are talking about. 

God said he found Noah to be a righteous person in his own self righteousness. Which he could loose any time if he did something unrighteous.  

And there was no restoration into self righteousness they did not have forgiveness of Sins.

God did not imputed righteousness to him.

God as a rule never imputed righteousness to any one because they believe in him. 

That has never happened and it will never happen. 

Perhaps you may want to say something that happened to Abraham. 

And what happened to Abraham it did not happened the way you have put it.

I am not challenging you to prove what you said because you know that it is not what happened when we read the story of Abraham in Genesis.

The scriptures in the OT support the scriptures in the NT. I look at the bible collectively.

Sin IS forgiven in the OT.

You are ignoring sections of scripture to say this. You are rewording my original comment. Abraham's belief in Yahweh was counted to him for righteousness.

The belief as mentioned in that text goes deeper than a superficial belief. He acted on the belief just as we do today. At the time there was  no cross,there were sacrifices. The difference between mere knowledge and a personal relationship.

That is not a serious argument.  There are many Scriptures about acting wisely.  Biblical principles are against causing reckless harm, they do not need to specify every example of such harm.

There is, however, proof that the torment in hell is forever.  The smoke of their torment rises perpetually.  The worm does not die and the fire is not quenched.  The duration of the punishment is the same as duration of the eternal life of the saved.

Do you need scriptural quotes, because I can supply them easily?
