I heard that if a baby isnt baptised and it dies it goes to hell. I mean really? A baby who isnt even old enough to commit sin goes to hell? Is there some kind of scripture to back that up?

Nope ... no scripture, but you can sure find some of mans doctrines that claim this to be true.  Follow the scriptures that lead to the Lord, and drop man-made religious doctrines.  The more you study scripture, the easier it is to see the difference.

The fact that you said, that you heard, not that bible said,

My brother this is one those church doctrine and man's tradition,

what you said is pure true,

even some of my friends believed,

on that church doctrine,

he is a member of catholic church,

he boldly believe that any baby that die without been baptize will not make heaven,

I totally disagree with this kind of doctrine and believe,

if you ask them to give you any passage in the bible that support their believe,

they will qoute mark 16:16"

He that believeth and is baptize shall be saved, but he that believeth not shall be damned.

from my own understanding they misunderstood that very passage in the bible,

because the bible said he that believeth not, shall be damned,

not he that baptize not, shall be damned,

Only God knows what will happen to those babies that die prematurely,

but definitely I strongly disagree with that church doctrine that says,

all the babies that die without been baptize will go to hell fire,

As far as the parent of the baby is a believer, that baby is also a believer right from her mother womb,

that is just my believe.

I agree, Jerry. All babies go to heaven - why shoulden't they? I don't believe that water baptism saves either, only Jesus saves.

Blessings fire-heart...

At that time the disciples came to Jesus and asked, “Who, then, is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?”

2 He called a little child to him, and placed the child among them. 3 And he said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. 4 Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. 5 And whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me.                                                                                      Matthew 18:1-5

I do believe that Jesus sums it up in this passage.....There is no malice or evil in a baby, they are not yet tainted by this world & I do believe with all my heart that our Lord makes Himself known to them,He covers them with His Blood & Gods Grace until they are able to choose for themselves......Our Father takes care of His children & would not exclude them from His hearts desire that no man should perish,,,,,,,,

                                                                                                                                 With love,in Christ-Kwik

(KJV) Luke 18:15-17  [15] And they brought unto Him infants, that He would touch them, but when His disciples saw it, they rebuked them. [16] But Jesus called them unto Him, and said; Permit little children to come unto me, and forbid them not; for such is the kingdom of God. [17] Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God like a little child shall in no way enter it.

fire-heart, I really have no personal comment on infant baptism, but I believe the Word of God clearly explains in our Saviour's own words, the love He has for infants and little children.

God bless you,

Shalom

A good treatise on the subject http://www.gotquestions.org/age-of-accountability.html

Further thought could be produced by God Not being a respect of persons-

2 Chron 19:7

Prov 24:23

Prov 28:21

Rom 2:11

Eph 6:9

Col 3:25

James 2:1

1 Peter 1:17

As in Adam all sinned and this sin is described as

1 Tim 2:13-15

13 For Adam was first formed, then Eve. 14 And Adam was not deceived, but the

woman being deceived was in the transgression. 15 Notwithstanding she shall be

saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness

with sobriety.

KJV

1 Cor 15:21

21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.

KJV

By the pathway of this understanding I form this thought:

As Eve was deceived by the introduction of thinking only of created realities

and did eat... she was immediately spiritually dead and Adam next to her was

overwhelmed in this loss of intimacy and willfully Knowing his direct disobedience

to God did eat! Judgement and curse came to all man through this avenue of regard...

A child even though a sinner by inheritance and imputation of sin http://www.gotquestions.org/inherit-sin.html

could not faction by knowledge of such till in the mind capability as Adam...

Suggesting a respect of person- Holding Adam accountable in one form of knowledge

and a child the same in a different form of knowledge... as God brings all people

into account for their reasoning and actions based on the knowledge they have to

the form of original first account brought to Adam- a willful disobedience unto God!

I believe this furthers the support of accountability... Love, Steven

There is some indication in 1 Cor.7:14 NKJV For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband; OTHERWISE YOUR CHILDREN WOULD BE UNCLEAN, BUT NOW THEY ARE HOLY.

To me this says that if there is one believer in the home, they can dedicate and seperate the children and spouse to the Lord as they do their own lives. You pray for them continually and teach them to pray from an early age.

Before hubby was saved we sent our son to a Christian school. Older son was to memorize the Lord's Prayer in kindergarten. 2 year old brother learned it as well as he heard it recited. But he had bad tonsils and adenoids and could not pronouce some words correctly:

Ow Fobbew in heaben, how would be dye name. Kingdom come, will be done, erff in heaben.

Gib us dis day daily bwead, fogib us dets as we fogib dettos.

Lead us not to temp but delibo fom ebil.

Dine is kingdom powoe foe ebbo. Amen. (It was a little like Elmer Fudd)

We read our kids Bible stories from an early age. We demonstrate Jesus to them. They grow up asking daddy pointed, embarassing questions. If he chooses to stay in this situation he will eventually be mellowed and sanctified. By God's grace he may choose to also receive Christ as will their children. But until such time as they choose to reject Him, they are holy and sanctified to the Lord.

I don't know what becomes of the children of unbelievers. But I do know that praying grandparents make a huge difference. Even neighbors praying can make a difference. I had a friend who grew up in a very ubelieving abusive alcoholic home. The 4 kids, their eventual spouses and most of their children all are serving God. She said that the little old lady up the hill prayed for them continually when they were growing up.

Blessings,

Willa

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
