There are only about six of at work. Except for money everyone seems to be stealing, and you can't say anything to the boss cause they do it to. What can you do. Do you do nothing.

If you have proof of this, you could pass the word along to those above your boss. But it could backfire too and blame placed on you instead.

Blessings Tigger...........

Oh gee, that is an awful feeling to be in the middle of such a sad situation......I am so sorry you have to be in that whole mix,I truly mean it

So by 'the boss" I assume you mean a  manager or someone that is in charge of the 6 employees? It is very hard to give an opinion or any kind of advice without a little more information,I would not want to see you lose your job when perhaps the best thing to do is trust God to sort it out..... Is this a corporation, with upper mgmt or a corporate office(outside of your store)? Is this a privately owned business,I think you are probably getting my drift & where I am going with this?

For me,I think I may report theft to someone that could be trusted(& with asking Gods direction) because it is just so wrong & they obviously have no regard or respect for the one who signs their paychecks,,,,,,,only if I were an eye witness and then the others clearly have no respect or consideration for me either...............you have to keep in mind, they are putting your job at risk,,,,,because when the numbers do not add up & the culprit /culprits are not known sometimes the boss will "clean house"and bring in a whole new crew

                                                                                                                                                            With love-in Christ,Kwik

I don't know where you work, and how many people there are above your boss......    it's unfortunate, but if you do report it there is a better than average chance that you will loose your job rather than any of the others.   You would have to weigh the cost of not working.

If there is someone above your boss that you would trust with your job, then it might  be worth challenging it....    If I could find another Job, I'd take it and let them know when I left that the thefts were going on and just didn't want to work amongst thieves.

I would need more information before answering, much like the previous poster have asked for.

If you do decide to report this, write it out in word, print two copies and send one to yourself through snail mail, but do not open it when it arrives.  Hand the other to your bosses boss.  There is such a thing as whistle blowers protection.  If they fire you for reporting theft, you have your unopened mail to prove your intent.

That's a lousy situation to be in. I'm with kwikphilly though, we really need a little more information to go on.

But what I can tell you is this: the job market is bad right now. I've been unemployed for almost six months, and I've got a decent set of skills and work history/experience. So I wouldn't recommend you do anything that puts your job at risk. And it's always easier to get a job when you already have one, so I'd start searching for one now. Then report everyone on your way out the door. You never know, if this is the reason you're quitting, they may offer you a raise to stay and remove the thieves. Doubtful, but at least you won't be without work.

Just out of curiosity, Tigger, do you KNOW this is happening or just suspect it?  Do you know what they are stealing?  Since you can't report anyone, if this company is that corrupt, IMO you should find another job.  Dirt tends to rub off and you are better off avoiding that.

She's got a darn good point there. Surrounding yourself with bad stuff never turns out good. Believe you me.

Inventory control is a security issue... if management wanted it controlled they would

put vehicles in place to account for their property, since they haven't done so yet it isn't an issue

for an employee to overly concern themselves with.

In the meanwhile, secure your personal belongings according to your concerns.

just a suggestion.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Daniel: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 3

      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this study, I'll be focusing on Daniel and his picture of the resurrection and its connection with Yeshua (Jesus).

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
