Tree of Life

The context is misguided here.  The "Tree of Life" references God's eternal lineage, ie. his family.

Tree of Knowledge (holy spirit tells me "Learning" is correct translation:

Regarding "Tree of Knowledge":  There was no actual 'fruit' tree.  In fact, this so called "apple" did not exist.  Jewish rabbi's say what they ate was a wheat product*.

Kabbalah Teaches That the Fruit Is Wheat

However, the deeper sources such as the Sefer HaYetzirah (the Book of Formation), the first book of the Kabbalah supposedly written by the patriarch Abraham, tells us something quite different. Rather than an apple, the produce of the tree was in fact wheat. This kabbalistic teaching is also found in the Babylonian Talmud where Rabbi Yehuda tells us that the fruit was wheat because it is only after a child begins to eat wheat that he gains the knowledge to distinguish himself from the rest of the world and speak calling his parents mother and father."

Classic Suggestions:
Chazal state that the Forbidden Fruit was one of following:

Wheat: The Gemara explains that children know how to say “Daddy” and “Mommy” only after beginning to consume grains. The Midrash says that when one lacks intelligence, others comment that he has not eaten wheat bread. These statements provide a basis for concluding that the “Tree of Knowledge” was actually wheat. The Midrash,1 however, raises an obvious question: the verse discusses the “Tree of Knowledge” (eitz); how does a wheat stalk resemble a tree? The response given is that in the Garden of Eden, wheat stalks resembled pillars as tall as cedars in Lebanon. The Talmud (Ketubot 111b) foretells that in the future, wheat stalks will appear gigantic once again. An alternative answer provided is that the word “eitz” in the Bible can refer to either tree or wood, and thus, in this context, it could have meant “wood,” referring to the stalk of the wheat. Such a usage of the word eitz is found in Sefer Yehoshua regarding flax (2:6; Shabbat2:3). Identifying the Forbidden Fruit as wheat is further supported by the similarity between the words chitah (wheat) and cheit (sin), alluding to the fact that this was the quintessential sin.

Wheat is not usually eaten raw. Did Chava actually produce bread? The Midrash implies that she did not, but rather the wheat stalks in the Garden of Eden gave forth finished bread. Adam’s punishment that “by the sweat of your brow you will eat bread” (Bereishit 3:19; cf. Berachot 58a) seems to support this idea by suggesting that post-sin, the acquisition of bread became significantly more difficult."

.......................

Conclusion:

"Apple Tart"

God revealed to me that Eve ate a wheat product similar to an apple tart.

So here we have a family of God's living an eternal life where God instructs them solely.  He manages Adam's life but then his sole mate eats a fruit tart made by another "Tree" that exists on their earth.  Sounds like someone we do not know made this fruit treat (ie. apple) that entices with smell (yeast plus sugar entices the senses) to catch Eve's attention (ie. wants/desires).

Eve decided to join a tribe of people who used their hands and gained knowledge by learning that way.  We do not know what "joining" another "Tree" means.  Here we get into talking about the blood of the lamb etc.  God is also referencing "joining him" with the Lord's supper by eating of "Jesus" bread and drinking his blood.  So too in the Garden did Eve eat someone else's product and at this point we have to assume we do not know what changes that made in her.

"Body Changes"

I did have a vision about the physical change of Eve.  But it did not come from eating the apple fruit tart made from wheat.  It had to do with her fall after God's pronouncement.  She became wrapped into a potato like root structure (spiritually) that became a living breathing earth family we know today as the human race.

Back then the only forms (beings) we are made aware of are Adam's, Eve's, an angel named Lucifer and God the Father (plus various family members like angels).  Other "trees" true identities are not discussed further.

"Farms"

Since there were no actual farms that Adam tended, we assume that the trees** he harvested where from these fruit tart producing "trees" or families of what we do not know about.  Since adam was not tending this one family of "trees of learning", we have to assume that this family did not service God.  Lucifer used this "family that taught itself" to tease Eve into addressing earthly desires (re: her eyes were opened).

Someone's comments about below that are interesting:

Title: "How can the trees in Eden the garden of God be literal in light of Ezekiel 31:8-9, Isaiah 14, Isaiah 5, Psalm 80, etc? "

Well if you are going change scripture to say it wasn't an actual fruit but was an apple tart, then anything is game for being interpreted the way we want really isn't it? And does it matter anyway. Fruit? Tart? It's still the same effect.

Well he nuked a fully functioning world before (the flood), so why not previous to this?

There was no pre-Adamite earth before our current earth.   The Bible knows nothing of that and as I said earlier, the Hebrew grammar of Genesis 1 doesn't allow for a previous earth.

The sun and moon could be the first lights. When it comes to the 4th day, that seems to be about the stars, and the sun and moon are just being mentioned again to highlight that they separate day and night.

No the greater and lesser lights cannot be the Stars because in the verse the stars are mentioned as being other then the two lights..

Genesis 1:

16 "And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also."

He made the stars also meaning they where not the greater or lesser light.

I don't believe any Christian should be reading or seeking to find out things about God from the kabbalah.....  It is not inspired scriptures.. far far far from it..

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
