We can see the great Federations of the world being brought together by the Father for His Son to bring the judgments upon them. Here are the 4 major federations -

1. The British Commonwealth and America. (always work together in wars).

2. The Russian Federation. (USSR broken up but they still all work together.)

3.The European Union.

4.The Islamic Federation, (now forming, just waiting for their `leader`).

These are the 4 great federations revealed as the seals, but as yet not quite ready for judgment. When God bring the Russian Federation and its 3 allies down to Israel`s mountains, (in about 1 1/2 years) then judgments will begin.

The message of God's judgments is written throughout the Bible. Remembering what JESUS said:

God`s word tell us that the Body of Christ will judge the fallen angels and world system, (as you quoted) when they are coroneted with their Head the Lord Jesus Christ.

Its still the period of Gospel Salvation now, what good is it if the 2nd seal is already opened n people begin to kill each other, how will the Gospel be given n rcvd by people ?

After looking closer at this chapter I actually think we are in the middle of the 1st seal, with the rider going out conquering and to conquer.  I'm thinking Putin, here.  That's my take.

All your responses are welcome, but let's not fight or get catty.  We can disagree politely, and - shock; horror - we can consider what others have to say, respectfully!  
I'm looking forward to lots of information, rich discussion, and context.  What time is it?  

 

Go back to chapters 4 & 5 to get the context of this first seal. In chapter 5 John saw the moment Jesus ascended into the throne room, circa 32 AD or so, and immediately sent the Holy Spirit down. God did not put this in just as a word filler: it tells us the timing of the first seal: around 32 AD. It is to represent the CHURCH taking the gospel to the world. Then seals 2 through 4 are to represent the devil's attempts to stop the advance of the gospel. Seal 5 is for the martyrs of the church age. Seal 6 is future.  In other words, it is the time for martyrs.
