  1. I remember my first love...... long dark hair and a voice as sweet as honey.... we were probably about six years old for we were both in the first grade.... My second real love was Jesus and we are still together..... and you just can't forget that. My third real love I've been married to for 45 years.... and we share out love for Jesus with Jesus.

  3. Marilyn I am not bring Christ down to our level. He came voluntarily to our level. He is the one who moved not us. Yes our citizenship is in heaven, and it will happen at the Rapture. We do set our mind on things above (because Christ is in Heaven). Yet when Christ rules the nations on this earth we set our mind where He is (on this earth) You must get over your false precept. The Truth is, Christ will rule on this earth physically for 1000 years. For that is where King Davids throne was. And it is also what Scripture says. To dwell means to live in or at that location, otherwise you are not indwelt by the HS, because the HS as part of the Godhead cannot lower itself (as you said).. Scripture says: Zech 8:3 - This is what the Lord Almighty says; 'I will return to Zion and dwell in Jerusalem. Then Jerusalem will be called the City of Truth'. This should be the focal point of this thread. What is, not was is not. In Christ Montana Marv

  5. Tumbling But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth. This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish. For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work. But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace. James 3:14-18 Tumbling Weeds But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness; But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God. Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men. 1 Corinthians 1:23-25 And The Wind That Blows The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit. John 3:8 HIS Seed Around The World And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely. Revelation 22:17 For HIS Glory Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron's beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments; As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the LORD commanded the blessing, even life for evermore. 6. Choose TODAY who to serve for all time: Receive A Blessing, or be cursed.>>> Douay-Rheims Bible The law of the Lord is unspotted, converting souls: the testimony of the Lord is faithful, giving wisdom to little ones. Darby Bible Translation The law of Jehovah is perfect, restoring the soul; the testimony of Jehovah is sure, making wise the simple; Hebrews 13:12 Therefore Jesus also suffered and died outside the [city] gate so that He might sanctify and set apart for God as holy the people [who believe] through [the shedding of] His own blood. 13 So, let us go out to Him outside the [a]camp, bearing His contempt [the disgrace and shame that He had to suffer]. 14 For here we have no lasting city, but we are seeking the city which is to come. >>> Revelation 22Amplified Bible (AMP) The Perfect Life 1 Then the angel showed me a river of the water of life, clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb (Christ), 2 in the middle of its street. On either side of the river was the tree of life, bearing twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. 3 There will no longer exist anything that is cursed [because sin and illness and death are gone]; and the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and His bond-servants will serve and worship Him [with great awe and joy and loving devotion]; 4 they will [be privileged to] see His face, and His name will be on their foreheads. 5 And there will no longer be night; they have no need for lamplight or sunlight, because the Lord God will illumine them.. .. forever and ever. You Are Invited to be Blessed 6 Then he said to me, “These words are faithful and true.” And the Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, has sent His angel [as a representative] to show His bond-servants the things that must soon take place. 7 “And behold, I am coming quickly. [a]Blessed (happy, prosperous, to be admired) is the one who heeds and takes to heart and remembers the words of the prophecy [that is, the predictions, consolations, and warnings] contained in this book (scroll).” 8 I, John, am the one who heard and saw these things. And when I heard and saw them, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel who showed me these things. 9 But he said to me, “Do not do that. I am a fellow servant with you and your brothers the prophets and with those who heed and remember [the truths contained in] the words of this book. Worship God.” 10 And he said to me, “Do not seal up the words of the prophecy of this book, for the time [of their fulfillment] is near. 11 Let the one who does wrong, still do wrong; and the one who is filthy (vile, impure), still be filthy; and the one who is righteous (just, upright), still be righteous; and the one who is holy, still be holy.” 12 “Behold, I (Jesus) am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, [c]to give to each one [d]according to the merit of his deeds (earthly works, faithfulness). 13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End [the Eternal One].” 14 [e]Blessed (happy, prosperous, to be admired) are those who wash their robes [in the blood of Christ by believing and trusting in Him —the righteous who do His commandments], so that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter by the gates into the city. 15 Outside are the dogs [the godless, the impure, those of low moral character] and the sorcerers [with their intoxicating drugs, and magic arts], and the immoral persons [the perverted, the molesters, and the adulterers], and the murderers, and the idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices lying (deception, cheating). The Final Invitation 16 “I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you and to give you assurance of these things for the churches. I am the Root (the Source, the Life) and the Offspring of David, the radiant and bright Morning Star.” 17 The [Holy] Spirit and the bride (the church, believers) say, “Come.” And let the one who hears say, “Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who wishes take and drink the water of life without cost. --------------------------------------------------------- 18 I testify and warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book [its predictions, consolations, and admonitions]: if anyone adds [anything] to them, God will add to him the plagues (afflictions, calamities) which are written in this book; --------------------------- 19 and if anyone takes away from or distorts the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away [from that one] his share from the tree of life and from the holy city (new Jerusalem), which are written in this book. 20 He who testifies and affirms these things says, “Yes, I am coming quickly.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus. 21 The grace of the Lord Jesus (the Christ, the Messiah) be with all [the saints—all believers, those set apart for God]. Amen.

  8. Christ will be one the earth during the Mill. Micah 4:1,2,3 - In the last days the mountain of the Lord's temple will be established as chief among the mountains; it will be raised above the hills, and peoples will stream to it. Many nations will come and say, Come let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob. He will teach us his ways, so that we may walk in his paths. He will judge between many peoples. v.7b - The Lord will rule over them in Mount Zion from that day and forever. Zech 8:23 - In those days ten men from all languages and nations will take firm hold of one Jew by the hem of his robe and say, 'Let us go with you, because we have heard that God is with you'. and the best; Zech 8:3 - This is what the Lord says; 'I will return to Zion and dwell in Jerusalem. Then Jerusalem will be called the City of Truth'... So Christ does dwell on earth during the Mill. In Christ Montana Marv

  9. I should have quoted this earlier. Absolutely, Ted. We need those fruits, they are the evidence of our walk: Galatians 5:22-26: 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. 24 And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. 26 Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another.

  15. There was no ark in the Second Temple. It disappeared from history by the time the First Temple was destroyed. Tradition says that Jeremiah hid it before the Babylonians got to it. The heavenly Ark of the Covenant was the one the earthly ark was patterned upon. Heb. 8:5; Ex. 25:40

  16. I can find no where where there is a verse bringing evidence that the Ark of the Covenant was taken up to Heaven. More than likely, the Ark of the Covenant was the bribe that won Constantine over with the assumption that having possession of it would bring him wealth like the house of Obed-Edom the Gittite (2 Samuel 6:11), and it is locked up in their vault. Of course, I recognize there is no way to prove this yet; however, I believe it is important to be aware of the possibility that this might be pulled out of left field at some point to fulfill what scripture says about the great signs and wonders that will be performed by false Christs that have the potential to deceive the elect if possible (Matthew 24:24). What better way to give the Antichrist credibility than to restore the Ark of the Covenant.

The enemy wants to divide and conquer, and we seem all too eager to play into his hands. Sometimes it looks as though people even enjoy it. Anybody else see this??? Are we together? Let's stand together, shoulder to shoulder, as Colossians 2 says. By this the world shall know that we are Christ's disciples, that we love one another. God bless you.

  22. From Andrew Murray's Chapter 12 Bearing Fruit in Every Good Work. "Fruit is that which comes spontaneously, without thought or will, the natural and necessary outcome of a healthy life." In line with all Scripture and "Abiding in Him", People can't choose fruit and then have it, they can't lay it down now, and pick it up later (((except, of course, pretending)) I think it's the pretending that makes it awkward - most all the world, not just poilticians, pretend. The purpose / essence of society / politics/ etc of the world is disunity and deception, thus discouragement if anyone trusts in politics, any of them of the world.

  26. Shalom, Dave Watchman. Not at all. See, the Millennium IS "the time for God to restore all things!" This isn't something that will happen magically or instantaneously. It will take a while for all things to be "restored." The sky indeed DID receive Him until He returns to perform this "restoration." You have all these English versions of Acts 3:21, but you don't have the Greek. Let's look at the Greek in depth, first. See, this is a VERY interesting passage of Scripture in the Greek and apparently one with which translators have had some problems. Praxeis Apostoloon 3:19-21 19 Metanoeesate oun kai epistrepsate eis to exaleiftheenai humoon tas hamartias, 20 hopoos an elthoosin kairoi anapsuxeoos apo prosoopou tou kuriou (20) kai aposteilee ton prokecheirismenon humin christon Ieesoun, 21 hon ouranon men dexasthai achri chronoon apokatastaseoos pantoon hoon elaleesen ho theos dia stomatos toon hagioon ap’ aioonos autou profeetoon. So, this will occur at "the time of the reconstitution" (of our bodies), at the time when we "recover our breath!" This passage is talking about the RESURRECTION! And, the first Resurrection occurs when our Lord Yeshua` the Messiah returns PRIOR to the Millennium.

The only assemblies besides Jewish ones known to be different ((living with Yahweh)) by their neighbors around them because of their totally changed lives are in china, mainly, and a few around the world. ((A totally changed life is a result of seeking Yahweh, repenting totally, and being born again by Him in Yahshua, by the Father's Will, and immersed in Yahshua)) Others observing them are convicted and converted without a word. In the usa , even family can't usually tell the difference in so-called 'believers', let alone be converted. Not to mention, the 'fruits' you're looking for , apparently , are emotional and feelings, which have been used quite widely to mislead multitudes. Look in Scripture, test everything by Scripture ,all the various teachings and lives, to see which line up with LIVING Scripture - "DOing and not just hearing" Yahweh's WORD.., Yahweh Permitting. As Yahshua says often, and repeated in First John, ......... whoever loves Me keeps My Commandments. If anyone disobeys, and keeps disobeying without repenting, the Truth is not in them ((they are not new creations)).

  33. It is only accomplished in those who are crucified with Christ((once)), not those who try to achieve it . It is Yahweh's Work, already done in those immersed in Yahshua who gave up their own life for His, as Paul wrote - I've been crucified with Christ, never-the-less I live, yet not I , but Christ Who lives in me, and the life that I now live, I live by faith in the Son of Yahweh, Who loves me and Gave Himself for me. The law of the Spirit of LIfe in Christ Jesus has set me free from the law of sin and death. Already , by Yahweh, by His Word, an accomplished fact in Yahshua. Already, the whole body of Yahshua, world wide, lives in Union with Him in the Father, on earth. Everything else is passing away.

If not crucified, the old self still exerts itself - emotions and will and flesh, often under sin still, and often demons; after the original, old self, is crucified with Jesus as His WORD says, then the new creation may live free from the power of sin and of the devil, free from greed and free from corruption, free from the power of economics, and false religion and politics and society, and finally free too from pharmakeia((Galatians 5:20;Revelation 18:23)) that deceives the whole world.

  45. by George Whitten, Editor of Worthy Devotions 1 Peter 4:7 But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer. Have you ever heard of the Valley of Elah? It's the valley near Bet Shemesh where David defeated Goliath, yet this historic battlefield is virtually untouched in Israel. During the rainy season a brook runs through the midst of the valley, however it dries up during the summer. This brook is very likely the one from which David chose his five smooth stones – one of which was used to kill Goliath. Yet, this historic place has no landmarks, no churches – people drive past it all the time unaware of it's biblical or historic significance. The present "invisibility" of this battlefield causes me to reflect on the fact that David's battle with Goliath was also won in an "invisible" place...the place of David's faith. Isn't it true, most of the battles we face are won or lost in the spiritual realm -- on a hidden battlefield where we wage war in our prayer closets? Spiritual victories in our prayer closets won't necessarily result in monuments marking them, but those victories will be well remembered in Heaven, and will leave dynamic memorials of faith in our hearts! Is there a spiritual Goliath facing you today? If so, remember where the battlefield lies, hidden – in your prayer life! Stand strong and firm in devoted prayer...and the victory will be won – fight on the spiritual battlefield, where the greatest victory of all, Yeshua's own triumph on the cross, has already prepared the way for yours! Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death. James 1:12-15 Tested Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. 47. by George Whitten, Editor of Worthy Devotions Revelation 5:6 And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth. The word "midst", in the Greek, is 'meros' which literally means "the middle". In the 'meros' of the throne in heaven is the Lamb of God. The very focus of heaven -- the center of attention -- is the Lamb of God! So often we receive emails asking specific doctrinal questions about this new "revelation" or that new "teaching", and the very first thing I must ask myself is -- is Yeshua (Jesus) in the center? If all of heaven is centered on the Lamb of God, how much should every doctrine be centered on Him? And how much more should our lives be centered on the Lamb that was slain for us? The Lord expects us to test all things (1 John 4:1), and see if they are of God. Let's not get distracted with doctrines in which He is not the center. 48. I think this comes from when the Sadusees, who did not believe there was an afterlife, tried to trick Jesus by asking Him who a lady would be married to in heaven who had several past husbands. Jesus answered that we would be neither male not female but would be like the angels. He didn't say we would become angels. I even had a pastor teach that many years ago and pointed out the verse says as or like the angels. He didn't like being corrected. Anyhow, it is the belief of the world and one of the traditions of men that is total error.

  49. by George Whitten, Editor of Worthy Devotions Psalm 3:8 Salvation belongeth unto the LORD: thy blessing is upon thy people. Yeshua (Jesus) told His disciples to go into the deep waters and let down their nets for fish. When they did, their nets were filled up with fish to the point of breaking. Being fishermen and businessmen, they may have been tempted to start doing business. I mean, think how much they could make! But God had a different purpose. The disciples' occupation as fishermen was just a vehicle for God to demonstrate His great power and love. He wasn't blessing them with fish so that they would get excited about fishing -- He was blessing them with fish so that they could get their eyes off their fishing and on to the greater call He had for them! Thankfully, they left the fishing business and went off with the Lord to do great and mighty things. Too many of us are wrapped up in fish. We seek the Lord for His blessings, prosperity, and success. But true discipleship is focusing not on the blessings of the Lord, but on the Lord of the blessings! We can rejoice in our blessings, but let's not dwell on them! Let's set our eyes on the Lord and the calling He has for us. When He sees that we have pure and willing hearts, He will be faithful to use us to accomplish His glorious plan!
