  1. Ohh... I'm sorry, Michael!
  2. I take it you're pertaining to Genesis 1:26 God's creation of man?
  3. Hi, Zach. Sounds like some similar experiences, as I was also into Tarot, meditation, telepathy, etc., before coming to Christ in salvation. And though relieved and free from many feelings from the past, some things lingered. I had some oppression that had to be dealt with. Praise the Lord, I found deliverance, and am free now from all those things. Praying you will be able to also. Welcome to Worthy. God bless! Shalom, David/BeauJangles
  4. Thanks, turtletwo. I'm missing my mom also, and it's been three years now. It doesn't seem all that long ago, and I guess she's been on my mind a lot lately. The song by Andrae Crouch was a nice reminder, as Mom and I attended a concert that Andre Crouch and the Disciples had performed in our city. He'd just recently composed it, so it's nice that you brought it up. It was one of many experiences we'd enjoyed together. God bless you, dear sister. Shalom, David/BeauJangles
  5. This clears up things nicely. Thank you for posting it. God bless! Shalom, David/BeauJangles
  6. Just a little slightly off-topic observation here, that I couldn't help but notice. It's refreshing to see several in the ministry as Worthy, utilizing the 'gift of caps'. Meaning in reference to the Gifts of the Spirit. j/k lol God bless! Shalom, David/BeauJangles P.S. You know who you are!
  7. Amen, brother. And also with that, these verses came to mind... Pardon the editing, by the way. God bless! Shalom, David/BeauJangles Matthew 3:11 / Luke 3:16 he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire:
  8. This is an epic statement! Thanks!
  9. Thank you. At least that sounds somewhat sincere. You'll have to pardon me, but it seemed making a suggestion like that was inappropriate. Perhaps in the future, before making off the cuff postings like the one to ladypeartree, taking a little more thought into discretion would be more than worth your time.
  10. Lets tell the familiy of the victims that died in that plane crush, that Gods miracle saved one person because he missed his plane and see how they react. If I Googled the phone numbers of these individual victims, made a conference call, and handed you the phone, would you be comfortable in finding this a very kind thing to do?
  11. Yes, in a dream one time.
  12. That's pretty funny, Jostler! LOL God bless! Shalom, David/BeauJangles
  13. Okay, so this was posted two days ago. Two answered that day, one yesterday, this will make the second reply for today. I don't see a response, so my my questions are not likely to be seen, unless by some slim chance. But I'll take a swing at the plate, so to speak, with this comment. Then a question or two perhaps. Sounds as if this person either is having some issues with a border-line nervous oriented genetic situation, such as autism. OR it could be an OCD thing, Obsessive Compulsion Disorder. MAYBE. It would be unfortunate to think this person does this intentionally, and to annoy. Now the questions. Have you noticed if by chance, this sort of behavior in the presence of anyone else? If not, as to say no, this person doesn't do this with others, then I suspect he/she is nervous and/or anxious around you. Which brings up the next possible situation. Could it be because you're a Christian, and this person is not? If not, it might be signs of uncomfortable feelings around you, and conviction. Just a thought or two. God bless! Shalom, David/BeauJangles
  14. Just a simple answer to the question, no, He doesn't love His glory more than us. I was also going to post probably the most well known verse as Sonshine did, but think about it. What greater love could the Lord have but to sacrifice His own Son? This was no easy thing to do, can you just imagine this for a moment? Wow... It's mind-boggling to me, when ever I might even have an inkling of doubt. God bless you, dear. I know you're going through some hard times right now. You are on my prayer list, don't forget. In Christ's love, David.
  15. Welcome to Worthy, HIppIz. Great advice, Willa, and Promises. Your friend want to have strong faith again. So, I take it she may have slipped back a bit perhaps. What may have bolstered her faith before, could reinforce it once again. Worship is also a good way to connect, whether traditional, or contemporary. I like both. More fellowship in church if possible, or getting involved with group meetings with other members. Shutting one's self out only makes things difficult, and is confining. Try praying together with her more often, and continue this good friendship she has with you. God bless. Shalom, David/BeauJangles
  16. I'm sorry, dear. Perhaps, you never know. If this young man doesn't have Jesus in his heart, you'd be better off with not having anything serious with him. In all this uncertainty, have you given any thought to breaking the silence by approaching him, and just saying "Hi."?
  17. It was never intended as such. It was and is an expert reference for this: John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto to father, but by me. KJV
  18. These are awkward days in the life of the 'ordinary' teen. Relationships begin and end, and sometimes suddenly. This is 'normal' and expected. Nothing lasts forever when it comes to"going steady". I'm sure this young man doesn't mean to be playing coy games with you, and could actually have some interest. Give it time. He could be just extremely shy. I was at that age, and didn't have a lot of girl friends. I did have a few though. Allow the Lord's guidance in this matter, and try to make sure it's someone who has Jesus as his Saviour. Just saying. Do take care, and God bless. Shalom, David/BeauJangles
  19. I've come to this conclusion towards the beginning of the opening post. Members of this forum are being 'baited'. I'm also opting out of this topic. God bless! Shalom, David/BeauJangles
  20. Amen! Yes, it is. And I'm genuinely concerned for the safety and security of our nation as it presently stands.
  21. Leyla, it would appear the basic misunderstanding of the Old Testament: Law = Stern but lovingly administered, and New Testament: Grace = Free and lovingly given, has you completely stumped at entering in and becoming a prospective and hopefully new believer. I'm praying that someday you come to accept Jesus as your Saviour and Lord. God bless. Shalom, David/BeauJangles
  22. Case in point, and well stated. Thank you.
  23. This speaks volumes here, and I'll let it remain as stated.
  24. A great post, Miss. And how very true. Thanks for sharing. God bless! Shalom, David/BeauJangles
  25. Sure, brother. I understand it's a personal issue for you. Follow through with Gandalf's advice, and seek out some local ministerial assistance and counsel. I'll keep you in my prayers. God bless. Shalom, David/BeauJangles
