I never said it was the seventh trumpet, though I lean that way.

Yeah, there are a lot of debates both ways, which I stay out of. I let the Holy Spirit tell me when I am on the wrong path. I try to listen as close as possible.

 

 

At any point, it will be "at the last trumpet" as scripture tells us, despite how many verses you show that use the term "trumpet".

 

None of my proofs concern "Trumpets".

The three verses you quotes all pointed to a trumpet, or the sound of ... and what's with "proofs"?

 

 

As for your "Tenets of the Postulate", I must say, I know nothing of these tenets.

I look at things a bit differently.  Since I am not guaranteed another minute of life, I believe I should always be ready to pass onto the next life.  IF He chooses for me to live another day, it is a blessing to me.  If not, it is also a blessing to me, so being ready is a constant thought of mine.

 

If I happen to live to the day when we cannot buy or sell without the mark, I also have faith that God will provide, just as He provided the forty years in the desert for Moses and the Hebrews.  We are just as much a child of God as they are.

while I'm willing to starve to death rather than take a mark my fear is my unwillingness to watch my family starve to death, certainly I agree God has it in His power to feed His people just as He fed the Isrealites in the desert

 

but according to the prophecy the antichrist succeeds in his war against the saints and overcomes them see Daniel 11:32-34

 

best scenario is escaping from the land he will control

 

 

As I see it, if you're in a position of being confronted about taking the mark or not and you refuse, it shows your refusal to worship the image of the beast and you will be put to death.  You won't have time to starve.

 

I agree that the best natural chances (outside of divine intervention) will be in remote rural areas.  In population centers it will be too easy to detect if someone has the mark or not.

 

If I understand prophecy correctly, a good time to "get out of Dodge" and take your chances in the wilderness (if that is your plan) is when the ten horns destroy the world's capital.  I expect there will be a few months of nation rising against nation at that point until the false prophet brings it all under control with the signs and wonders he performs, and sets up the image of the beast, demanding worship as the pseudo-savior.

 

I see an iron clad prediction of who the antichrist will be based soley on the life of his predecessor in which Daniel 11:20 indicates clearly

so its not Obama       lol

I don't think it's Obama either but I do think that the false prophet (antichrist) will have a global reign.

 

It was also given to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them, and authority over every tribe and people and tongue and nation was given to him.  Revelation 13:7

The 3 Passages I quoted had to do with Trumpets because you implied that the last trump, trump of GOD, and the seventh trumpet were equal.   

 

There is no way to get to the TRUTH of "when" (Period of Time) The Rapture is, solely by the study of Trumpets.  There are volumes that speak to The Rapture....Indirectly.  That is, for the Rapture to be True here or there, then it MUST "Line Up" with.... and not Contradict: Biblical Doctrines, Laws of Logic, and The Whole Counsel of GOD.

 

"Proof's" are used to Prove, as in:  (1 Thessalonians 5:21) "Prove all things; hold fast that which is good."

 

One of GOD'S Quintessential Attributes is Intelligence....HIS Supreme Logic is peppered throughout Scripture.  So I use Scripture Study and the Laws of Logic to "Prove" and Confirm Biblical concepts/doctrines/ideas, so as to not rely on "Blind" Faith or what somebody has told me is TRUTH....

 

(Acts 17:11) "These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so."

No. I stated there were only 2 Choices for a "Specific" something.  Not all "somethings" have just 2 choices.

 

I haven't the first clue what you are referring to with "Labeling"??  What is it and where did I Label?

But there's a MAJOR problem;  If you consider "the saints" as "The Church" <------ Born Again Christians, there's a glaring contradiction in Scripture ....

 

(Matthew 16:18) " And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it."

 

 

Only 2 Choices Here:

 

1.  GOD contradicted Himself

2. "The Saints" don't  = "The Church"

 

Which one do you think is TRUE?

 Matthew 10:28   And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

 

1. God never contradicts himself.  The contradiction is in the reader.

2. "The church" Christ referred to is "his teachings",... "his doctrine".  Christ being the rock, delivered his teachings, the new covenant...  Christ's church is "his teachings".  All who follow Christ's teachings are not solely the church people, but belong to that church which Christ was sent to set up.  Christ did not set up "the people" to follow, but his doctrine. 

 

Christ's doctrine is true, and the enemy cannot prevail against "the truth", and the truth is everything he delivers to us through the scriptures which cannot be broken. The enemy cannot touch this truth that is set out, and cannot change a single word of truth,... although he has the power to kill the body if God lets him,..the same like he did with Christ and the apostles, and will do again with the true believers of the last days on a global scale.

 

We must never put ourselves above the teachings Christ delivered, and make it all about "us".  It's about "the truth" we are to follow.  It's the truth that sets us free, and "the truth" is "that church" Christ established for us to follow.

 

The saints do not = the church spoken here in Matthew 16:18 because this scripture is misunderstood.

Here I try clarify the term "Be Ready".  Kindly listen to the following story :

 

When I was in my school days, the annual sports meet happened. We the supporters of our classmate's brother were sitting in the gallery. Our classmate's brother was going to participate in the 100 mtrs race finals. We sit in the gallery from the early morning 7o clock, waiting for a long time ... but at least, there was no symptom of happening that 100 mtrs finals.

 

Time goes fast ... 7:30 .. 8oclock .. 8:30 .. 9oclock .. 9:30 .. 10oclock ... We got tired very much for waiting for that event.

 

At 10:15, I wake up from the gallery and went to the toilet, as said to my friends, " Hey guys, I'll come back with in 5 minutes ... you just wait here ... ". My friend told me " Come quick man ... "

 

Just within the next 5 minutes I return back to the gallery from the toilet ... There was a big applause and encouragements going on through all the ground ... Simply I didn't know what's happening ...

 

My friend, whose brother was in the race shouted to me  " Hey, what kind of stupid you are ... where are you going man in the right time ? ... "

 

I asked him " What's happening ? "

 

He told " THE EVENT FINISHED ... MY BROTHER WON SILVER MEDAL "

 

I was shocked ... I was waiting from the early morning in the gallery for this event ... but nothing happened ... even I could not see any symptoms of the event going to happen ...

 

Just I went toilet and return back to the gallery within 5 minutes ... EVERYTHING FINISHED ...

 

Now come to the scriptures:

 

Bible Tells, as in the Book of Revelation (1:1) :

 

" The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show His servants—things which must shortly take place... "

 

The word "Shortly" tells us the meaning : The time interval between the EVENT STARTS and the EVENT ENDS ...

 

Yeas ... the event of the Lord's Second Coming will be happened within very short time interval, as I went toilet at the time the sports event happened.

 

So, PREPARE READY ALL TIME & BE APPEARED IN THE RAPTURE OF JESUS CHRIST.

Luke 21:34-36 “But take heed to yourselves, lest your hearts be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness, and cares of this life, and that Day come on you unexpectedly.

“For it will come as a snare on all those who dwell on the face of the whole earth.

Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.”

Hi last Daze,

Great topic & much needed. As has been said `beware of deception.` A big lie throughout the world & organised Christianity is `We can do it together - save the world,` etc, etc. I do like what the apostle Paul says to the believers at Thessalonica -

`You are sons of light & sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness. Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch & be sober. .....For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, who died for us that whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with Him. Therefore comfort each other & edify one another, just as you also are doing.` (1 Thess. 5: 5 - 11)

This + one. I couldn't have said it any better.

However, because I'm not shy with my words, I will add this- it saddens my heart when some believers close their ears to end times talk because they believe it will all pan out in the end. It seems to me they are going against Paul's admonition here to comfort and encourage one another with these words......what words........for God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation (deliverance and safety is the real meaning from that Greek word here) through Christ Jesus.......start there.
