I wouldnt have had to call 911. I just woulda needed to hire a professional carpet cleaner to come clean up the mess, and perhaps find a good spot to bury a body.

I hope he pawsed furr though before he called, most people would just call in a whisker because they didn't have a claws in their cat contract that allowed this to happen.

Interesting!!

This reminds me of when I was a little girl and a rooster kept attacking us kids.

My brother would go after it with the broom. Later my folks had it butchered

And the guy who butchered it called and asked why it was black and blue.

Lol

I can't imagine being afraid of your own animal, especially a cat.  But it is funny.

Seriously? When you come home to your animal, and it is acting abnormally and suddenly aggressive would cause you no fear?

My 22 pound cat, chased off a neighbor's 105 pound Rottweiler ) supposedly the 2nd most dangerous dog breed .

If that dog has the common sense to be afraid of 10 fast and furious razor blades, who am I to disagree? In fact, I think I would stand a better chance against a dog - seems like I ought to be able to face a dog and grab it's head, and maneuver it into a headlock and choke it unconscious. Cats are so quick at movement and reaction times that I would find a hyped up angry one, very intimidating. I figure you get one shot (maybe) at a quick, solid kick with a cat to avoid injury.

Below is a picture of how my cats have modified a cat tree. I have tried to cut Nylon carpet with a razor utility knife, and it is not easy.

No, I will admit I would rather face a house cat than wolverine or badger, but I think I will pass on the experience, never-the-less.

LOL mega so true. That is funny imaging a cat chasing off a dog especially a big dog that is supposedly known for guarding.

Kudos to Underfoot though.

Sure Coffee, but someday, it may be his undoing. He might try that on a local coyote only to find that a wild animal has instincts which are different, they might not be intimidated by a house cat, and in fact might already have dined on cats before!
