i am not being crude and i bet you have trouble being silent in the church

I'm not noisy in church but I AM quite outspoken outside of it.  Still waiting for the Truth, Archaeologist.  you like to give your opinions, as I do, and I'm sure you have an answer.

of course I do but since I am leaving tomorrow I will keep it to myself.

so far I haven't lied or misrepresented the Bible or God so you need to be the judge of my words

She is, and so are others.  We also know a person by their fruits.

I don't want an answer from you.  As I said, I have come to know you by your fruits since you have been here.  I will allow His Spirit to show me the truth of scripture, for His truth is in those who are His.

.May I get a list of " pure translations " and actual God-inspired text ?

I have never heard that there is such a  thing as a "pure translation."   I am not even sure what that is supposed to mean..

Here's a step towards a Revelation from the Father in heaven.....

 Titus 1:15
Parallel Verses
New International Version
To the pure, all things are pure, but to those who are corrupted and do not believe, nothing is pure. In fact, both their minds and consciences are corrupted.

New Living Translation
Everything is pure to those whose hearts are pure. But nothing is pure to those who are corrupt and unbelieving, because their minds and consciences are corrupted.

English Standard Version
To the pure, all things are pure, but to the defiled and unbelieving, nothing is pure; but both their minds and their consciences are defiled.

Berean Study Bible
To the pure, all things are pure; but to the defiled and unbelieving, nothing is pure. Indeed, both their minds and their consciences are defiled.

Berean Literal Bible
To the pure all things are pure; but to those being defiled and unbelieving, nothing is pure. Instead, both their mind and conscience are defiled.

New American Standard Bible
To the pure, all things are pure; but to those who are defiled and unbelieving, nothing is pure, but both their mind and their conscience are defiled.

King James Bible
Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled.

Holman Christian Standard Bible
To the pure, everything is pure, but to those who are defiled and unbelieving nothing is pure; in fact, both their mind and conscience are defiled.

International Standard Version
Everything is clean to those who are clean, but nothing is clean to those who are corrupt and unbelieving. Indeed, their very way of thinking and their consciences have been corrupted.

NET Bible
All is pure to those who are pure. But to those who are corrupt and unbelieving, nothing is pure, but both their minds and consciences are corrupted.

Aramaic Bible in Plain English
For to the pure everything is pure, but to those who are defiled and unbelieving nothing is pure, but their mind and conscience is defiled.

While this is a beautiful verse, it's context has nothing to do with bible translations which, by their very nature, cannot perfectly capture all that is contained and communicated in the original languages.  This is a simply statement of fact that all properly educated translaters know.

you would be in error on that

Everyone who doesn't agree with you is in error according to you.

That doesn't make much of an impression.

I understand Archeologists point maybe? .... when some self-professed Christians are given the literal truth of the Bible some will make excuses or get defensive rather than accept it, particularly if it means an opinion or lifestyle change is in order.

But what if theyre defensive because they have the literal truth, or at least what they think it is, and your trying to spread a false truth? Many false prophets will tell you to your face "this is the literal Gospel truth"

Fact is none of us will have everything 100% right on this earth. We may seek the truth but as long as we're on this earth we won't get it all right. And someone says I know the full literal truth of thebi le it can be assumed that they're lying.

Hi patriot,

I agree in that at the moment we all do not fully know the truth, however........

`However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into ALL TRUTH;......` (John 16: 13)

And that will be, I believe, when the Holy Spirit has guided the Body of Christ to the unity of faith. (Eph. 4: 13) And obviously only the Holy Spirit can & will do this.

Something to look forward to, ay. Marilyn.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • George Whitten, the visionary behind Worthy Ministries and Worthy News, explores the timing of the Simchat Torah War in Israel. Is this a water-breaking moment? Does the timing of the conflict on October 7 with Hamas signify something more significant on the horizon?

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Daniel: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 3

      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this study, I'll be focusing on Daniel and his picture of the resurrection and its connection with Yeshua (Jesus).

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
