Do Devils or Demons Ever Heal People?

Jesus makes the point that if Satan were to let his power be used for good, such as casting out a demon, he'd be a kingdom divided. Jesus went on to say a divided kingdom can't survive. I have read scriptures in revelations saying they will do miracles. But I don't know for sure if that means healing people. I shall have to look into it to give you a more accurate answer

The Devil blesses , prospers, promotes, success in besiness, favors, heals and can tell the future. All those are good gifts, but they don't come from above. 

Paul said we should not be ignorant of the devices of the Devil. What if a man wins the whole world, but he looses his own shole. 

Someone received a cash gift from a stranger , and he kept thanking JESUS CHRIST, till the police arrested him, for possession of marked and counter fate money. 

This lady very excited to get a job the whole church prayed for. 

And the elders did not listen to the message of the Lord by a stranger, whom the Lord sent to tell them, that the Lord will open another door, and not to take this job , no only she , but not anyone else. 

After the elders called him a false prophet, and deceived, the Lady took the job, and before too long she was pregnant with her married boss. 

We need to be careful, not everyone who is good manners, is a good person. 

Not anyone who gives candy is a sweet person.

Yes,  the whole world is deceived, whether easily, or not.  (SCRIPTURE says so).

Yes,  missionaries around the world for hundreds of years have reported not only healing but raising the dead being 'routine' (like in china and africa) amongst the devil worshipers.   No big surprise to them.  It is always to deceive people, and to keep them deceived.  

Here's YHWH'S WORD to healing at the pool,  where many people (but only one at a time when the angel moved the water) were healed.   (Many more were healed in a short time by the handkerchiefs of the APOSTLES of JESUS,  and for a time even by one's shadow touching the sick.).

5:1-9 We are all by nature impotent folk in spiritual things, blind, halt, and withered; but full provision is made for our cure, if we attend to it. An angel went down, and troubled the water; and what disease soever it was, this water cured it, but only he that first stepped in had benefit. Shall we, who perhaps for many years have scarcely known what it has been to be a day sick, complain of one wearisome night, when many others, better than we, have scarcely known what it has been to be a day well? The beast is in the abyss and will come out to rule over his 6th and 7th kingdoms during the coming tribulation period [Revelation 9:11] .... Satan will make certain  of this [Revelation 13:1-4]

No they don't. IMO Benny hinn does not heal by the power of the most high God.

Many may misanderdood the strong emphasis, it sounds like this is a message from Satan.

From my understanding we see the signs and the work of the beast at hand.

We do not get to see the beast. 

Anyway who knows, only the giver of those visions and words knows for sure.
