"God who began your salvation in you, will Himself be faithful to complete it".    Philippians 1:6

"Jesus is the author and finisher of our faith".  Hebrews 12:2

"We are no longer under the Law, but under Grace".   Romans 6:14

"the law came by Moses, but Grace and Truth, came by Jesus The Christ".   John 1:17   John 14:6

"Blessed are the born again because God no longer charges them with their sinning".   Romans 4:8

And why does God not hold you accountable in Eternity for your sinning?  Because He already held Christ accountable for them all on the Cross.

Faith does not save you.  Faith released God to save you through Christ.

God accepts your faith, to then SAVE YOU with the Blood Atonement.

"faith is counted (accepted) as righteousness", but its the Righteousness that makes you acceptable to God that He GIVES YOU.     This is "justification BY faith".

Another way to think of it is this.... The bumper sticker said.   "you took Christ, and God took you".

Many years ago the verse "by His stripes we are healed" was said to mean Jesus also bought us health from sickness & disease. Healing ministers would say if we don't get better it's bc we don't really believe it. I'm not so sure they are correct.

But suppose a believer is in prayer 1 night and he thinks he hears the Holy Spirit talking to him. I am convinced this happens to us, although not by our will or needs, but as God wants it to it does happen. I knew a man who was always sick with every cold and flu bug going around. It sure made it hard for him to hold down a job, luckily he didn't have to. He still hated being sick. He says that 1 night he heard God tell him, in his spirit, that he doesn't have to be sick Jesus did it for him. I figured he was imaging things as he was wont to do. But a few months later, due to a death in his family, he suddenly had to hold down a job, hold a job or become homeless. He took a grueling 12 hr a day job.

A few yrs later he said he still had that job. I asked how he did it. He said the Lord made it possible for him to not get sick with any minor ailments anymore. It seems almost beyond belief. But when God wants a thing to happen, it surly will. This guy doesn't lie.

When the matzoh, leavenless bread, was cooked it is pierced and cooked on a griddle that leaves stripes on the bread picturing our Lord. Hold the Bread up before the candle and you see the Light of the World. Sorry for the diversion.

Amen, and I also believe we will be shocked at the magnitude of blessing His sacrifice delivered to us, and how much of it we left untouched.

Mat 8:16  LIT  And evening having come on, they brought to Him many having been possessed by demons. And He cast out the spirits by a word, and He healed all those having illness,  Mat 8:17  so that it might be fulfilled that spoken through Isaiah the prophet, saying, "He took upon Himself our weaknesses, and bore our sicknesses." Isa. 53:4

So the New Testament also claims the Jesus bore our sicknesses and infirmities on the cross as well as our sins.

Job was found righteous by God  yet satan was allowed to give him tumors or boils all over his body as well as the loss of family and all his possessions.  God was allowing him to be tested.

God is the one Who heals.  One of His names is the God Who Heals.  We only need mustard seed size of faith in a great faithful and compassionate God to be healed.  We don't need faith in our faith, or to work up faith.  Faith also is a gift.  The man born blind was that way so the power of God might be demonstrated.    We just need to rely on God with what little faith we have and to be thankful for all His blessings and answered prayers.

If God answers prayers because of our great faith, then we can take the credit for what He has done.  God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.

You are so right. God does heal in all manner of healing. He healed me from pancreatitis, which the doctors said I would always have. I’m healed 5 years now. God is so good. He heals our minds and hearts first though, I think. Then our bodies are ready to be healed. He never stops, if only we humble ourselves and BELIEVE ❤️

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
