The end is not yet with the beginning of sorrows, because we still have the AoD's and beast's 42 month reign to go through, that is then followed by the Lord and His saints commencing to reign, which is then followed by the Lord's wrath befalling the beast's worshippers. Very simple and straightforward. Off to lunch for now. Back in an hour or two.

8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.  All WHAT? nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.

And WHEN Is this? Jesus has not yet began talking about THE END. You imagine He is not yet talking about the second half of the week. Sorry, when Jesus speaks of "the end" it is going to be about the entire 70th week of Daniel.

Question: do we have earthquakes in the church age? I researched this a while ago:

Earthquakes 4 to 6 on the Richter scale
................4 to 6..1 to 6    Richter
2000 to    2010....117859..249995
1990 to    2000....75841...164993
1980 to    1990....52542...78582
1970 to    1980....29330...34745
1960 to    1970....1756....1756    (no small quakes)
1950 to    1960....1599....1599    (no small quakes)
1940 to    1950....0.......0

1950 to 1951......119
Jul to Dec.........82
1950 Jan -Jun......25
1949 to 1950......0.0
1940 to 1950......0.0

All these small earthquakes started when Israel became a nation.

Question: do we have pestilences? HA! Just look around!

Quote from a web site:  "In sub-Saharan Africa, people with HIV-related diseases occupy more than half of all hospital beds. ... [L]arge numbers of healthcare professionals are being directly affected.... Botswana, for example, lost 17% of its healthcare workforce due to AIDS between 1999 and 2005."

Another quote:  "It is not known for certain how many people died during the Black Death. About 25 million people are estimated to have died in Europe from the plague between 1347 and 1351."

I have read elsewhere that about 1/3 of the population died. This was ONE time. the Black Plague struck Europe twice.

How about wars? That would be wars in the 1/4th of the world God has given seals 2-4 to work in. Two world wars have started in Europe. And countless other wars.

What am I saying? these things are CHURCH AGE.  Jesus got the book into His hands and began opening the seals as soon as He ascended. This is proven in Rev. 5. He immediately began opening the seals. In other words, those first 4 seals are EARLY church age and still ongoing.

Dangerous to equate yourself with Paul/Saul.

We are all brothers in the body of Christ. But He was an apostle. One of the greatest of the Apostles.  However, he was certainly not the ONLY believer to receive revelation knowledge. This is the ROCK upon how Jesus would build His church: revealed knowledge. When the church drifted off into false doctrine, it is how Jesus would bring it back into truth. We can be SURE Martin Luther had revelation knowledge.

Look, if you doubt I heard from Jesus, it is OK. It won't bother me in the least. But, if I did, you could learn something.

Hmm. Then you probably did not read what he said about the Jews then..? He was demented by hatred of God's people. I dare you to actually read it!

"Martin Luther – 1543

On The Jews and Their Lies

What then shall we Christians do with this damned, rejected race of Jews? Since they live among us and we know about their lying and blasphemy and cursing, we can not tolerate them if we do not wish to share in their lies, curses, and blasphemy. In this way we cannot quench the inextinguishable fire of divine rage nor convert the Jews. We must prayerfully and reverentially practice a merciful severity. Perhaps we may save a few from the fire and flames [of hell]. We must not seek vengeance. They are surely being punished a thousand times more than we might wish them. Let me give you my honest advice.

First, their synagogues should be set on fire, and whatever does not burn up should be covered or spread over with dirt so that no one may ever be able to see a cinder or stone of it. And this ought to be done for the honor of God and of Christianity in order that God may see that we are Christians, and that we have not wittingly tolerated or approved of such public lying, cursing, and blaspheming of His Son and His Christians.

Secondly, their homes should likewise be broken down and destroyed. For they perpetrate the same things there that they do in their synagogues. For this reason they ought to be put under one roof or in a stable, like gypsies, in order that they may realize that they are not masters in our land, as they boast, but miserable captives, as they complain of incessantly before God with bitter wailing.

Thirdly, they should be deprived of their prayer-books and Talmuds in which such idolatry, lies, cursing, and blasphemy are taught.

Fourthly, their rabbis must be forbidden under threat of death to teach any more...

Fifthly, passport and traveling privileges should be absolutely forbidden to the Jews. For they have no business in the rural districts since they are not nobles, nor officials, nor merchants, nor the like. Let them stay at home...If you princes and nobles do not close the road legally to such exploiters, then some troop ought to ride against them, for they will learn from this pamphlet what the Jews are and how to handle them and that they ought not to be protected. You ought not, you cannot protect them, unless in the eyes of God you want to share all their abomination...

To sum up, dear princes and nobles who have Jews in your domains, if this advice of mine does not suit you, then find a better one so that you and we may all be free of this insufferable devilish burden - the Jews...

Let the government deal with them in this respect, as I have suggested. But whether the government acts or not, let everyone at least be guided by his own conscience and form for himself a definition or image of a Jew. When you lay eyes on or think of a Jew you must say to yourself: Alas, that mouth which I there behold has cursed and execrated and maligned every Saturday my dear Lord Jesus Christ, who has redeemed me with his precious blood; in addition, it prayed and pleaded before God that I, my wife and children, and all Christians might be stabbed to death and perish miserably. And he himself would gladly do this if he were able, in order to appropriate our goods...

Such a desperate, thoroughly evil, poisonous, and devilish lot are these Jews, who for these fourteen hundred years have been and still are our plague, our pestilence, and our misfortune.

I have read and heard many stories about the Jews which agree with this judgment of Christ, namely, how they have poisoned wells, made assassinations, kidnapped children, as related before. I have heard that one Jew sent another Jew, and this by means of a Christian, a pot of blood, together with a barrel of wine, in which when drunk empty, a dead Jew was found. There are many other similar stories. For their kidnapping of children they have often been burned at the stake or banished (as we already heard). I am well aware that they deny all of this. However, it all coincides with the judgment of Christ which declares that they are venomous, bitter, vindictive, tricky serpents, assassins, and children of the devil, who sting and work harm stealthily wherever they cannot do it openly. For this reason, I would like to see them where there are no Christians. The Turks and other heathen do not tolerate what we Christians endure from these venomous serpents and young devils...next to the devil, a Christian has no more bitter and galling foe than a Jew. There is no other to whom we accord as many benefactions and from whom we suffer as much as we do from these base children of the devil, this brood of vipers.

Translated by Martin H. Bertram, "On The Jews and Their Lies, Luther's Works, Volume 47"; Philadelphia: Fortress Press, 1971.

Martin Luther - 1543

Of The Unknowable Name and The Generations of Christ

But your [God’s] judgment is right, justus es Dominie. Yes, so shall Jews, but no one else be punished, who held your word and miracles in contempt and ridiculed, insulted and damned it for such a long time without interruption, so that they will not fall, like other humans, heathens and all the others, into sin and death, not up in Hell, nor in the middle of Hell but in the pit of Hell, as one cannot fall deeper...

Even if they were punished in the most gruesome manner that the streets ran with their blood, that their dead would be counted, not in the hundred thousands, but in the millions, as happened under Vespasian in Jerusalem and for evil under Hadrian, still they must insist on being right even if after these 1,500 years they were in misery another 1,500 years, still God must be a liar and they must be correct. In sum, they are the devil’s children, damned to Hell...

The Jews too got what they deserved. They had been called and elected to be God’s mouth as Jeremiah says...Open your mouth wide and I will fill it; they however, kept tightly closed their muzzles, eyes, ears, nose, whole heart and all senses, so he polluted and squirted them so full that it oozes from them in all places and devil’s filth comes from them.

Yes, that tastes good to them, into their hearts, they smack their lips like swine. That is how they want it. Call more: ‘Crucify him, crucify him.’ Scream more: ‘His blood come upon us and our children.’ (Matthew 27:25) I mean it came and found you...

Perhaps, one of the merciful Saints among us Christians may think I am behaving too crude and disdainfully against the poor, miserable Jews in that I deal with them so sarcastically and insulting. But, good God, I am much too mild in insulting such devils…"

His revelation knowledge was ONLY concerning salvation by faith alone. Have you ever read his 95 Theses? I will agree, he certainly needed to learn to walk in love!  Many back then needed that. As soon as Jesus told Peter 70 TIMES 7, they said, "increase our faith!"

They thought it fitting that Titus' soldiers should crucify 500 per day in grotesques and torturous ways. If you read Josephus' account it might make you sick. Augustine, Calvin, Luther and many of the Church 'fathers' promoted evil against the Jews and said and did terrible things to them down thru the ages. Culminating in the Holocaust, this travesty, and anyone that remotely supports the annihilation or subjugation of Israel, is held in very low esteem by me. If you read Calvin's stuff and the TULIP theology, you come away feeling very ill. Their God is not the same as mine. They cursed His people and will reap the whirlwind for it. So many 'christian' churches support the anti Israel stance. They likewise will regret it.

So I have NO TIME for these so-called bastians of the faith. Their theology compiled whilst hating Jews is ludicrous. No wonder it is mostly wrong and so many seminarians still hold to the Augustine ideas. See any bitter fruit??  Check out the root.

Ever heard of "the dark ages?" It was DARK then! NO WORD OF GOD ANYWHERE except in a different language that the people.

I agree with you on TULIP.

Did you ever hear of John Huss? He was perhaps a hundred years before martin Luther. He was burned at the stake. Rumor has it he spoke a prophecy while burning: "today you roast a lean goose, but in a hundred years you will hear a swan song; Him you will not roast - you won't even catch." (or something close to that.) I heard it in bible college. His name means "goose." in his language."

During the dark ages there was NO LIGHT of scripture. some of the men back then got a very little light. It was the beginning of the reformation.

If the AoD, who is the fourth beast, is allotted 42 months, at the conclusion of which the judgment rules to take away his kingdom and award the kingdom to the saints, at which time the Lord commences to reign (Revelation 11:15), where He then commences to enact His wrath upon the beast's worshippers (Revelation 11:18), then the beginning of sorrow events in the Olivets preceding the beasts 42 months of dominion, represent the first half of the week.

Sis, WHO WROTE 1 Thes.?Who wrote the second letter to them?  It was PAUL. Paul is the only writer of the NT that received a revelation of the rapture. And He called it a mystery until then, proving no one else wrote of it. Specifically the "mystery" was that those who are alive at the resurrection would be changed into resurrection bodies a moment after the dead in Christ were resurrected. That is why I say "Paul's rapture." Matthew wrote of a gathering, and Paul once called his rapture a "gathering." When one says "paul's rapture," that should leave out other "gatherings" that come at different times.

No, you are mistaken: Jesus was not talking about Paul's rapture: He was talking about a DIFFERENT gathering. Paul's rapture comes just before wrath, and wrath begins before any part of the 70th week. Matthew's gathering comes after the entire week is finished. Matthew's gathering gathers from heaven, while Paul's rapture gathers from around the earth. They are TWO DIFFERENT gatherings.

1 Corinthians 1:10   Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.

1 Corinthians 1:12   Now this I say, that every one of you saith, I am of Paul; and I of Apollos; and I of Cephas; and I of Christ.

1 Corinthians 1:13   Is Christ divided? was Paul crucified for you? or were ye baptized in the name of Paul?

1 Corinthians 1:17   For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect.

1 Corinthians 3:1   And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ.

1 Corinthians 3:2   I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able.

1 Corinthians 3:3   For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?

1 Corinthians 3:4   For while one saith, I am of Paul; and another, I am of Apollos; are ye not carnal?

1 Corinthians 3:5   Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers by whom ye believed, even as the Lord gave to every man?

I know you believe with all your heart that we will be taken away from all the troubles that are coming,  but we are witnesses of the truth, and all that is coming will be fulfilled, and us of this last generation will know what it is like to be persecuted for Christ's sake.  We have not experienced this yet to the full extent, but are still walking around in dirty robes, claiming the kingdom has already been given to us.  Christ knows who belongs to him, and the days that are coming will be our chance to prove to him whom we really serve.  Many say that they would not have done to Christ and his apostles what was done in the past, but that is only lip service, now is our chance to prove that love when everything is taken from us, if we will still stand for him, and go without for his sake.  Are we going to take all that ridicule, and hatred from the world for Christ's sake?  Will we still remain one with him, or will we join in the world to avoid hardships?

Don't fear what is coming, it is only to refine us.  We also, will become a part of history in what we lost in this world for Christ.  Compared to the glory that will be revealed in us, the sufferings are only for a short time.  Many, but not all of us will be killed.  We shall all go through a tribulation together, and yes, some will receive it worse than others, but it's only according to what one has sown, for that shall he also reap.

So if we have a clear conscience that we have followed the commandments of Christ with all our heart, we should not fear anything.  We are going to have the 2 witnesses here to plead our cause and send plagues on the kingdom of darkness, which persecuted the saints and put them through enormous hardship.  The two witnesses will provide the oil to keep the light burning.  A small flame to keep us going to know God has sent them on his behalf, and for our behalf.  We will be witnesses of all this, and partakers of the suffering of Christ.  Now are we going to suffer for righteousness sake, or suffer because we have done evil doing our walk and walked in hypocrisy, and need refining?  Now is the time to get it right with Christ, so that we have some help when these days come, because there are many of us that need refining, so that we CAN BE ACCEPTED, having done all, and corrected through fire before our Lord comes for us.

Sister, if you wish to remain behind and "tribulate," I believe God will give you what you have faith for. But while you are in the wrath of God, the church will have escaped: caught up according to Paul. And his catching up will come before wrath. If you wish to set your OWN appointment with wrath, I believe God will give you what you are believing for.

Rapture: just before the 6th seal.
Next will come the Day of the Lord, and after that
The 7th week will begin with the first trumpet judgment.
The two witnesses will show up and begin testifying just before the 7th trumpet sounds marking the midpoint.

What you miss: We are, today, the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. We will never be MORE righteous than we are now.

The scripture you can depend on and put your faith on  - since you wish to be left behind - both Daniel and Revelation tell us that the saints will be overcome.  the wise thing to do then, is just turn yourself in before you get very thirsty. Lose your head and come on home that way.

How much better to take God's escape plan!

You have way too many if's there. It make it so complicated. It is SIMPLE. In the first place, the FIRST beast of Revelation 13 will COMMIT the abomination. (the Aod is an ACT of the Beast.)

Jesus does begin to reign over the world as soon as the kingdoms of the world are turned over to Him. But what does He do first? He DELEGATES 42 months of authority to the Beast.  He will not, and does not take possession until chapter 19 that shows us His coming. God does not begin His wrath on the Beast worshipers until the second half of the week. the vials of His wrath are poured out LATE In the last half of the week.

The beginning of sorrows: the earthquakes, the wars and rumors of wars, the pestilences - they are CHURCH AGE and not at the end. So your entire paragraph makes no scriptural sense.
