Certainly! As Christians you can have the peace that comes with fellowship with the Lord. The completeness that comes that knowing you are a child of God. The knowledge that you are here on this earth for a purpose.  Every Christian will have their own form of personal enjoyment, i.e. hobby.  For some it may be cooking relaxes them. For others it may be watching movies or playing video games. What fun is suppose to look like for a Christian is a varied as the personalities of each Christian person.

Is it fun to do all things that we do to His glory?

Fun should look like whatever is done to His Glory. That makes all things countable as joy. Having joy within is much fun.

We can laugh at things without sinning, we can play sports and do everything that is no prohibited in scripture. We can eat what we want. I have a lot of fun and laughter in my life personally, because i listen to christian preachers or i hear something funny a WWE wrestler said, etc. We can be christians and have lots of fun. Even God laughs, the bible says he laughs when people think they can outsmart him, and try to make him seem powerless.
