Here they limited it 3 per item for certain goods because they did that there was actually water lol not alot but some there and then some guy in the same line as me had 16+ gallons of water in his cart. When he got up to the cashier they took them all away except 3. I was disgusted when he said he usu stocks up like that every week.  Thats incredibly selfish. Idk im a bit annoyed things had to be limited bc people are too selfish to do the right thing.

Cant you cook tap water ?

Have u tried shopping for canned items online?

I was on Amazon today thinking about purchasing a few items. Until I seen the inflated cost, and especially shipping; the shipping was as much or more than the items. In stock items shipped only one way; arrival between the middle of April or May. Go figure...

Well, first let me say, I am at peace.   But I think it is alright to acknowledge the current situation.   We can't put our heads in the sand.

About ordering online.....our news did a story on it the other day.    They choose about four or so markets, etc.     All of the markets said they were out of stock.   Things wouldn't be shipped until the end of March.    One market let them order everything....then when they got to the end, it said everything was out of stock.

On my way to work this morning, a lady who I know  was driving and stopped to say hello. She then said she was going to a drug mart chain here in Canada that has set aside the first hour of shopping for senior citizens.  I heard this on the news yesterday but totally forgot about it. Anyway we exchanged phone numbers and I thought I would check on her as things progress and she said the same.

I am not sure what the age starts at, but she said she would  text me to let me know.  I think this is an excellent idea this company did and would give a chance for the not so swift to shop and get goods without major hassle.

Not sure if this is happening elsewhere, but I think it is a darn good idea for grocery's  to implement, so the seniors can avoid the lines.

Our markets started that, too.    It's a really early hour though, I'm a night owl.

I'm hoping to get to the market again today.   Will try a different market.

Hi everyone.   Sure glad I tried the different market today!   Although some shelves were empty and others were dwindling....there were plenty of frozen dinners!    I bought alot of them, also got some canned goods.

This market was more tranquil, so that was an added bonus.   Also, the lines were short.   So I'll be going back to this, my old market.

Some updates are in order. The hardware/feed store is well-stocked with pallets of dog food so the dogs are provided for. Dry food isn't usual fare for them --- especially the puppies I raised --- but they'll eat it (or go hungry!). Food for the lady and I hasn't been an issue... only certain goods seem to be in short supply with none of them occupying our list of needs (mostly paper products and junk). Dairy, canned goods of all kinds, and just about everything else is fully stocked. It seems the mad panic has abated... for the time being anyway.

I think we can thank our truckers for that Dusty.....    if we can just keep them going we should be ok food wise I would think.

Friend, someone told me raw garlic kills viruses....I believe this is true.   She chops up a teaspoon of it and drinks it.   Also, she spreads it on peanut butter and bread...rolls that up and eats it.    She says take raw garlic on full stomach to prevent upset stomach.

Knowing we are "on our own" when it comes to medical care, it might be wise to look to what we can do to enhance our immune systems using the natural things God has provided for that purpose.  I just made two gallons of "fire cider" and have on hand some vitamins and supplements that are typically lacking in western diets.  Vitamin D-3 (plus a little sunshine each day), B-complex, Vitamin C...  all represent some common sense measures that might be the difference between life and death for a neighbor who gets infected.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Daniel: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 3

      Shalom everyone,

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
