I don't know what the article is about, but the SCOTUS would do well, to just follow the notion of the constitution that leaves matters which it does not address, to the states, the idea of the constitution is to limit Federal power, and provide a minimal role. We are the UNITED states, not a giant state of subservient subdivisions. We unite to do things that individual states cannot easily accomplish on their own, like defense against a foreign invasion or act of war!

saw this on my news feed when I turned on the computer this morning but  as far as I can see ( sorry I dont know enough about American law to understand all the ramifications )  it isnt yet passed and may well not be passed ( sad to say )  but I do wonder just who leaked this news and why ?   The proposal must have been drawn up soon after some laws (?)  were passed allowing babies to be murdered up to several weeks AFTER they were born ?????

I was watching Sean Hannity on Fox News yesterday evening and heard that. By all indications, it is still preliminary and unofficial. I was impressed with what I heard about nothing that addresses the issue in the Constitution. As was previously mentioned above, nothing is set in concrete yet, and we could be in for another great disappointment. But hey, it is a step in turning our abomination nation around. 

I am not crazy about it is a sates rights issue, it is not a right, it is murder. If this does come to fruition, it is some progress in the right direction. If all this is true, I look for this administration to go hog wild trying to pack the SCOTUS immediately.

I have long thought that God deals differently with nations and individuals. Abortion has always existed and individuals are of course gonna face that, but a nation has given open and an almost unlimited full speed ahead on Molech worship. Make no mistake, that is what it is. I believe that what we have seen since R-W, is connected.

National repentance is required---IMO. Then perhaps, we will truly see the darkness exposed.

I really hope something good develops over this. It should have never been law in the first place. The same people who sold this to the public are now selling the idea of the normal gay family with apostate churches all behind it..
