  5. Many of us can recall the Matthew 7:22-23 verse Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you workers of lawlessness!’… We should be very, very wary of people claiming to have prophetic or healing gifts. Being able to prophecy or perform miracles is not necessarily a sign that a person is called of God, or that they are even a Christian. We must take into account all other actions and teachings from such person's. The bible never describes anyone of the prophets of the Old Testament, or the Apostles of the New Testament as having a special appearance. Even the religious leaders when they saw and talked with Jesus, he was an ordinary man. The bible says he had no stately form that we should be drawn to him. Isaiah 53: 2-3 He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nothing in his appearance that we should desire him. He was despised and rejected by mankind, a man of suffering, and familiar with pain. Like one from whom people hide their faces he was despised, and we held him in low esteem. According to this man; his parents said he was born with a halo above his head. Later in his life, there is the claim of a halo over his head signifying him as someone special. The bible NEVER describes anyone as having this. Does this not remind anyone of Edgar Cayce's claim of an aura over his head. A so-called halo or aura over or around someone's head, comes from the occult !!! William Branham like Edgar Cayce had many, many unscriptural teachings. Branham, was greatly influenced by Harry Edwards, an avowed spiritualist.

  6. Indeed, the Creator always go toward the sinner. The sinner is the one who run away from Him, as we can see in Genesis: Gen 3:8-10 -> "And they heard the voice of Jehovah God walking in the garden in the cool of the day. And Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of Jehovah God in the middle of the trees of the garden. And Jehovah God called to Adam and said to him, Where are you? And he said, I heard Your voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I am naked, and I hid myself."

  8. There are two baptisms instituted by God for us in the New Covenant - water and Spirit. The gospels and Acts unequivocally describe water baptism by full immersion for the remission of past sins > putting repentance unto a good conscience towards God into action. Most converts confess their faith here and "call on the name" of the Lord when they are baptized in water. Then there is the baptism of the Holy Spirit as promised by Jesus in the gospels and described clearly in Acts and referred to in the epistles. People need to pray for (to ask for) the indwelling Holy Spirit and often other Spirit-filled Christians will lay hands upon those seeking and pray over them. This is scriptural. When a convert receives the baptism of the Holy Spirit the Bible evidence or sign is that they will speak out in tongues. These two baptisms are the fundamental requirements for being born from above and because a Christian cannot have one without the other the apostles lump them together and describe this as the one baptism > the one way of doing obedience. It matters not which comes first, water or Spirit, as long as you do both. I received the indwelling Holy Spirit before I was baptized in water, others receive the Holy Spirit after their water baptism; some receive the Spirit in the waters of baptism and come up speaking in tongues. All of this is spiritual and of God's purpose for each of us.

  9. There is no half and half. No one can walk both sides of the fence. Jesus called out to those who were neither cold nor hot. You question put out is tricky. None have been able to live up to Christs commandments, but this does not necessarily make him a half believer. I don't know what translation you use but it does not sound like KJV. Paul warned Timothy that there would be phonies to come into the congregation and poison the brethren with falls hoods. This is why he also that he schooled Timothy about knowing the word of God as a workmen who need not be ashamed, but rightly dividing the word of truth. These things happen even today because so many are religiously to go to church and their bibles are never studied but become only ornaments Are these people saved. the Lord knows. Some of you scripture leaves you hanging not be fully wrote out which could be confusing to the meaning. This is also why I only use the KJV because we need an anchor that holds fast to the truth because one word can cause misinterpretation I tell you that those who hunger and thirsts after righteousness shall be filled. 2 JOHN 2:9 whosoever transgresseth and abideth not in ---the doctrine of CHRIST --hath not GOD -- he that abideth in the doctrine of CHRIST hath both THE FATHER AND THE SON --2:10-- IF -- there come --any-- unto you and bring not this doctrine receive him not into your house neither bid him GOD speed 2 John 2:9,10 speaks to those who are not even saved. They have no doctrine to even live by. They are phonies and not born again. They can go to church till the day they die all in vain. It take to much time to address every point you posted so I will let it go. This is how I see it God bless there

As I have loved you, so you must love one another. – John 13:34 Bible in a Year: Psalms 40–42; Acts 27:1–26 INSIGHT: John 13:31–35 comes immediately after Judas leaves the scene of the Last Supper to betray Jesus (vv. 26–30). “When he was gone, Jesus said, ‘Now the Son of Man is glorified and God is glorified in him’ ” (v. 31). The form of the verbs used here indicates that glorification was present and had happened, even though Jesus’ death and resurrection hadn’t yet occurred. This is often referred to as “the prophetic perfect” verb tense, which describes future events so certain to take place that they’re referred to as if they’ve already happened. Throughout the Bible, prophets often stated prophecies this way to indicate the assurance of what would happen. It’s interesting to note that the gospel of John refers to these events differently than do the Synoptic Gospels (Matthew, Mark, and Luke). The Synoptics refer to Jesus’ death as His humiliation, rather than glorification, but John continually includes the cross as a part of Jesus’ glorification. Our Daily Bread 26th July 2021 Devotional Message I wasn’t truthful about the tulips. A gift from my younger daughter, the packaged bulbs traveled home with her to the US from Amsterdam after she visited there. So I made a show of accepting the bulbs with great excitement, as excited as I was to reunite with her. But tulips are my least favorite flower. Many bloom early and fade fast. The July weather, meantime, made it too hot to plant them. Finally, however, in late September, I planted “my daughter’s” bulbs—thinking of her and thus planting them with love. With each turn of the rocky soil, my concern for the bulbs grew. Giving their plant bed a final pat, I offered the bulbs a blessing, “sleep well,” hoping to see blooming tulips in the spring. My little project became a humble reminder of God’s call for us to love one another, even if we’re not each other’s “favorites.” Looking past each other’s faulty “weeds,” we’re enabled by God to extend love to others, even in temperamental seasons. Then, over time, mutual love blooms in spite of ourselves. “By this,” Jesus said, “everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another” (John 13:35). Pruned by Him, we’re blessed then to bloom, as my tulips did the next spring—on the same weekend my daughter arrived for a short visit. “Look what’s blooming!” I said. Finally, me. Reflect & Pray Whom is God asking you to love, even if that person isn’t your “favorite”? What can you do to show that person more of the love of Christ? Dear Jesus, prune my heart so I can learn to love others in Christ. Joel Osteen 26th July 2021 Daily Devotional – A Pure Heart Our Daily Bread 26th July 2021 Devotional Message. 20. It's good to prove all thing because we living in a world where Satan has his own ministers and they bring you his doctrine. Paul says in (2 Cor.11: 13-15) For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. (v.14) And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. (v.15) Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works. So I agree that the Bible, the word of God is true. Let's also take a look at what Peter says for those who may not understand something or has confusion about a matter. We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost. (2 Peter 1: 19-21)

  21. Hebrews 11:15 (NKJV) And truly if they had called to mind that [country] from which they had come out, they would have had opportunity to return. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is a most sobering thought, being given the opportunity to return to the land of bondage… Meaning, that if one wants to return, the opportunity will be given that one, a most sobering thought indeed… But what is meant by this opportunity to return? Being given the opportunity to return to one’s sin? Yes, but that is the plant and not the root, for the first motion of not denying of self, is the first motion back into bondage, for faith in God is the freedom giver from the bondage of one’s will to sin.. For the salvation offered in Christ is the most awesome offer ever there possibly could be…. A freedom from all sin and into the freedom the Divine nature brings to life in those that have been born anew.. Scripture puts forth that unbelief is the cause of one wanting to return, but a unbelief in what? A unbelief in what one’s salvation in Christ consists of, that being, their death in Christ… For the knowing and believing one’s death in Christ makes one to hate Egypt, that is, to hate everything that is of the old creation.. For a returning to Egypt is a failure to believe God, a returning to Egypt is a returning of putting one’s eyes back on themselves, or more pointed, a turning back to one’s very own will that will choose to sin… For this is the cause of all unbelief, a failure to deny one’s own will, for a choosing to believe God is the only thing God requires out of man to further the growing of Christ in one… Be blessed all in not choosing to return to the Egypt that is in each one of us.. Be blessed all in the Beloved, Not me

  23. Abraham was the Patriarch of Righteousness and only for his own descendants. From him to Isaac from Issac to Jacob and from Jacob to all his household. The Israelites. Jacob was the start of something new God did not exclude anyone from his family, his children. God included all his children that's why he change his name because he started something new. The same thing happened with Abraham. God change his name when he started something new. He set apart Abraham from the rest of the world by reckoning his faith to his promises as righteousness. And made the Covenant of Circumcision with him that he will only the God of his descendants after him and not the rest of the world. God with Abraham devided the world in two. On earth while the lived he set them apart from the rest of the world, and in death he also set them apart from the rest of the world and as on earth God gave them their own place to live the land of Canaan, the same thing happened to them when they died God gave them their own place separated from the dead of the rest of the world. In Jesus Christ example is call the Bossom of Abraham or the Paradise of Abraham. That was a separated place from from Hades where the dead of the rest of the world were gathered and where Hades the God of the dead ruled. But in the Bossom of Abraham the God of the dead Hades was off limit he was not allowed to enter their place. Because after Abraham died the Lord God continue to be his God . And not only to Abraham but also to his descendants after him in Isaac, Jacob and all the house of Jacob known as the Israelites. David was gathered to Abraham like anyone else because he was from Judah from the line of Jacob. There is something else that I want to tell you that Abraham and his descendants they were the First Fruits together with anyone else in the place of the dead who believed in the Gospel of Jesus Christ preached by Jesus Christ himself. Abraham had to welcome Jesus as the Christ as anyone else with him included John the Baptist who was going before the Lord to declared his coming and could identify him. They had to believe in Jesus Christ to be in his righteousness and in his Life. To be born from above. To be in Jesus Christ. Before he died on the Cross Jesus Christ said "the dead will hear my voice and will raised first. Jesus Christ was the Harvester in the place of the dead and every one who believed in him were raised with him and they went to Heaven together with Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ presented them to God as the First Fruits of his Harvest. PS The thief on the Cross was among the First Fruits. Because Jesus Christ forgave his sins and only to him not to the other thief. And the thief as a righteous descendant from Abraham an Israelite at his death he was gathered in the Bossom of Abraham or the Paradise of Abraham while they were waiting for Jesus Christ to take them to His place in Heaven. God had reveal this day of Jesus Christ to Abraham before he died and he was waiting for him to take them to his place in Heaven. That's why Jesus Christ said: that Abraham has seen my day and rejoice. Abraham died with this hope.

We first see these words uttered to Moses when He received the second set of stone tablets from God on Mount Sinai after the Israelites rebelled by building a golden calf and worshiping it (Exodus 34:1–7; see chapter 32). Despite their grievous sin, whenever the Israelites, God’s people, repented of their sins and turned back to God, He graciously and lovingly forgave them and brought them back into fellowship with Him. Who Is Your Father? By Joel Osteen Our Daily Bread 24th July 2021 Devotional Message In 2019, Hurricane Dorian overwhelmed the islands of the Bahamas with intense rain, wind, and flooding—the worst natural disaster in the country’s history. As he sheltered at home with his adult son who has cerebral palsy, Brent knew they needed to leave. Even though Brent is blind, he had to save his son. Tenderly, he placed him over his shoulders and stepped into chin-deep water to carry him to safety. If an earthly father facing a great obstacle is eager to help his son, think of how much more our heavenly Father is concerned about His children. In the Old Testament, Moses recalled how God carried His people even as they experienced the danger of faltering faith. He reminded the Israelites of how God had delivered them, providing food and water in the desert, fighting against their enemies, and guiding the Israelites with pillars of cloud and fire. Meditating on the many ways God acted on their behalf, Moses said, “There you saw how the Lord your God carried you, as a father carries his son” (Deuteronomy 1:31). The Israelites’ journey through the wilderness wasn’t easy, and their faith waned at times. But it was full of evidence of God’s protection and provision. The image of a father carrying a son—tenderly, courageously, confidently—is a wonderful picture of how God cared for Israel. Even when we face challenges that test our faith, we can remember that God’s there carrying us through them. Today’s Joel Osteen 23rd July 2021 Daily Devotional – Fireproof Reflect & Pray In what ways have you seen God’s provision and protection in your life? How can you face difficulties knowing that God carries you tenderly and confidently? Loving God, help me remember that You carry me, even when I don’t feel it. 26. That reminds me of this famous poem. Footprints In The Sand One night I dreamed a dream. As I was walking along the beach with my Lord. Across the dark sky flashed scenes from my life. For each scene, I noticed two sets of footprints in the sand, One belonging to me and one to my Lord. After the last scene of my life flashed before me, I looked back at the footprints in the sand. I noticed that at many times along the path of my life, especially at the very lowest and saddest times, there was only one set of footprints. This really troubled me, so I asked the Lord about it. "Lord, you said once I decided to follow you, You'd walk with me all the way. But I noticed that during the saddest and most troublesome times of my life, there was only one set of footprints. I don't understand why, when I needed You the most, You would leave me." He whispered, "My precious child, I love you and will never leave you Never, ever, during your trials and testings. When you saw only one set of footprints, It was then that I carried you."

  28. How to preach a great sermon? Many times, we think that we need to prepare an amazing sermon to impact people, to bring them around with regard to follow Jesus and His word. Nevertheless, ponder on what Paul said: • 1Co 1:17 -> “For Christ did not send me to baptize, but to preach the gospel; not in wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of no effect.” But, why Paul worried so much about nullify the cross of Christ? What was there in this episode that was so important and impactful? For this, let’s see the thief on the cross: • Mat 27:44 -> “And also the thieves who were crucified with Him reviled Him, saying the same.”. Note that, in the beginning, the two thieves were taunting Jesus. Nonetheless, in less than three hours one of the thieves repented and converted to Jesus: • Luk 23:39-42 -> “And one of the hanged criminals blasphemed Him, saying, If you are Christ, save Yourself and us. But answering, the other rebuked him, saying, Do you not fear God, since you are in the same condemnation. And we indeed justly so, for we receive the due reward of our deeds, but this Man has done nothing amiss. And he said to Jesus, Lord, remember me when You come into Your kingdom. And what did it happened so that this miracle could take place? Well, recollect that, on the Cross, Jesus only said seven sentences: 1º - “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do.” (Luke 23:34) *- it was about the third hour (Mark 15:25)*; 2º - “Truly I say to you, Today you shall be with Me in Paradise.” (Luke 23:43) *- it was about the sixth hour*; 3º - “Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?” (Mark 15:34) *– at the ninth hour*; 4º - “Woman, behold your son!”; “Behold your mother!” (John 19:26,27);. 5º - “I thirst.” (John 19:28); 6º - “It is finished!” (John 19:30); 7º - “Father, into Your hands I commit My spirit.” (Luke 23:46). If you pay attention carefully, you will see that the only sentence that Jesus said until the thief repents and converts was “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do”; and the time elapsed until this was less than 3 hours. In other words: just one sentence and nigh three hours of hush (in face of a multitude slandering, acting with disparagement, making persiflage) touched deeply the heart of one of the thieves. May Jesus able us to hold our peace while He shows through us that He is God (Ps 46:10). This can talk in the heart of those who don’t accept Jesus’ truth in our mouth, more than a great sermon comprised of the more elucidative and well worked words that our mind can formulate in order to convince the contradictors. So, have a good week knowing that, it isn’t by the multitude of our well elaborated words that we will talk into the person that is disturbing us, let alone the Creator (Mat 6:7).

  30. The irony. Do you trust the whistleblower who swore under oath that it was 45,000 killed by the vaccine, spotted in the CMS database? I could point you to the affidavit. Apparently, there are 12 government agencies tracking vaccine deaths, and VAERS was only one of them.

  31. My family and I have always had a roof over our head, always had food and never went to bed hungry, always had clothes, health work and income, live in a free country, and I personally witnessed each family member profess belief in our savior Christ Jesus, our rock our fortress our deliverer, and protector. The only sure way I can face difficulties is my faith in his word, knowing he will always have my best interest in whatever happens, abased or abound. He is faithful. He's my Abba...

  32. Thank you again Walter Ive being going through a very tough time in my faith Your post is confirmation from the Lord personally. I had just got through reading todays Daily bread and did not decide to come on the board until right after reading the lessen for today. This was less than 10 minutes ago, and just as it happened a couple weeks ago the same thing happened. I needed this lessen so much as I have come to tears. Now I see you posted the lessen twice now after the fact. Only God could do this. No chance for coincidence for this same thing happened only a week or two ago. Proof one more time that The Father is always here for us in our greatest times of need. Thanks again and may God ever bless you.

  35. Many of John the Baptist's disciples still had not received Christ and knew nothing of what He had been doing and teaching. So they had not heard of His resurrection. The disciples kept running into these and preaching the Gospel to them. That is why they were being baptized again. It had nothing to do with being baptized in the Name of the Father Son & Holy Spirit, or in Jesus Name. It had to do with the death of Christ for our sins and His resurrection and appearing to hundreds of people. If we don't believe in His resurrection and if we haven't received Him as our Lord God, we probably are not genuine Christians. A large percent of the people here have received the power of the Holy Spirit to witness and to do God's will. It is a joy to be on this site and have fellowship with so many from all over the world who love YHWH and His Redeemer YHWH. Isa 44:6 Thus said Jehovah, king of Israel, And his Redeemer, Jehovah of Hosts: 'I am the first, and I the last, And besides Me there is no God. wh

  36. Hi, Hopefully. . . Baptism symbolizes the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Christ set the example for us when He was baptized. A Christian is baptized to say publicly that he/she believes that Christ died for our sins, was buried, and He lives again! Romans 6:3-4 3 Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? 4 Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

  37. What I’m asking is- is water baptism being born of water, spirit or, neither? if your answer is neither because being born of water is something every person has - what I’m trying to understand is why did people already being born of water receive the holy spirt then also get baptized? some people say baptism is just a symbol of changing your heart to follow God, but why did Jesus get baptized when he always followed God not needing to change anything about his heart or life.

  38. If being born of water speaks to the way every person is naturally born, why then were people who had already received the Holy Spirit baptized? ““How can anyone object to these people being baptized in water? They have received the Holy Spirit the same as we did!” So Peter told them to baptize Cornelius and his relatives and friends in the name of Jesus Christ. Then they asked Peter to stay with them for a few days.” ‭‭Acts‬ ‭10:47-48‬ ‭ I believe being born of water is being baptized. Jesus lived a sin free life and still got baptized. Also why would a given even be mentioned? Why would God say everyone must be born of water and spirit if everyone is naturally born of water? God says he is not the author of confusion. Why didn’t he just say everyone must be born of the Spirit since water is a given. It also could read- everyone is born of water but you must also be born of the Spirit. I believe it’s not written that way because natural birth is not being born of water.

  39. I do not dispute that, just the use of this particular scripture to support that

  40. Its the church duty to baptize people with water but its Jesus duty to baptize with Holy Spirit : Matt 3:11 “I baptize you with water for repentance. But after me comes one who is more powerful than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.

  41. Not true, Holy Spirit baptism is not the same with Holy Spirit revelation that makes people believe, as happened with Peter : Matt 16:13 When Jesus came to the region of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, “Who do people say the Son of Man is?” 14 They replied, “Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets.” 15 “But what about you?” he asked. “Who do you say I am?” 16 Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.” 17 Jesus replied, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by flesh and blood, but by my Father in heaven. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Peter obviously have been inspired by Almighty God Yahwe in heaven but He has not received the Holy Spirit yet, because Jesus told them to wait in Jerusalem for the Holy Spirit baptism. Acts 1:4 On one occasion, while he was eating with them, he gave them this command: "Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift my Father promised, which you have heard me speak about. 5 For John baptized with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.”

  42. If thats so then you can show your birth certificate to enter God's kingdom. You were birthed in sin heritage and doesnt inherit the kingdom of God with your physical deliverance from a womb. “Jesus answered, “Believe me when I say that everyone must be born from water and the Spirit. Anyone who is not born from water and the Spirit cannot enter God’s kingdom.” ‭‭John‬ ‭3:5‬ ‭

  43. We need HolySpirit to take over our burden in the tribulation of life. Rome 8:26 .... for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. 27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God. 1 Cor 15:4 .... He who speaks in a tongue edifies himself

  44. Those who let Holy Spirit control their tongue will be able control their body as tongue is the steering wheel. James 3:6 And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell. 1 Cor 15:4 .... He who speaks in a tongue edifies himself

  45. Indeed, thats why John the Baptist speaks about : Matt 3:11 “I baptize you with water for repentance. But after me comes one who is more powerful than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire. The Jesus that John refer to is still baptizing people with Holy Spirit. Otherwise He was just history.
