Are You a Phone Person?

Just curious if we have any members who enjoy talking on the phone.   Have you connected with any other members via phone?   I am not a phone person but know of someone here who likes to connect with others via phone.

I like to talk on the phone but not for hours at a time.  My friend calls me  long distance and keeps me on till my  arms fall asleep and my neck hurts.

I like to talk on phone. If I am talking to a good conversationalist it is great .

If I put it on speaker phone ,I can do other stuff when on phone.

No. I don't even like to call and order pizza.

Well, it looks like the anti-phone people are outweighing the phone people by a large margin so far!    And I thought I could possibly find someone to talk with the other member who likes to talk!

In the morning especially my phone rings alot....I hate to answer it, it's usually telemarketers.  Sometimes I just let it ring.  But right now I am expecting a certain phone call so am having to answer the phone!

I'm not a phone person. I don't like calling others or receiving calls. I'd even seldom call up brothers in my cell group for prayers and followups.  for some reason, I find phone calls intruding, and they interrupt my tasks since I'd need to stop everything and talk on the phone.

However, I text exclusively and constantly.  With text messaging, I would send or reply a text quickly and continue on with my task. And, if needed be, I'd discuss deep issues in person.

I dont answer calls unless I know who is calling. Too much cell phone phishing these days. If the caller really needs to talk to me, they leave me a voicemail.

I, being retired, have the time to talk to anyone....    even wrong numbers....   Got a wrong number last month from a nice old lady in Fort Worth looking for a grandson....    we ended up talking for about a half hour, and I'd really like to meet her some day.

Sales people can be fun, but when I tie them up for 5 or 10 minutes for nothing, they seldom call back.
