I'm not disagreeing. Simply speaking the truth of light and life are enough without concerning oneself with what is darkness. Focus on the truth, and everything will reveal itself to either being aligned with truth, or a lie. What is our focus on? Do others need to hear us attacking, or speaking life and hope? The sad thing is that the more you find out about life and people and investigate the origin and history of politics and religion,and traditions, the more you can see for yourselves the deception and evil nature of man . Man without being transformed by Gods Mercy and Grace can be very, very vile. The Catholic religion as is,in the way the church is set up, is not really christian . Like a pyramid scheme, the deceit is at the top and it keeps a lot of its deceit -secret- from the ones at the bottom of the pyramid, ie, the average-more innocent- people. I believe the people who are more innocent and who truly have an innocent love for Christ Jesus and His Plan of Mercy and Grace, are truly saved, but the deception of the RCC is great. a person can only find that out for themselves be investigating for themselves the hitory of the RCC, and in which years the add-ons were put into place. Some things to consider in the history making of the add-ons of the Catholic church. even going as far back as… In 836 AD The council of Aix-la-Chapelle in France openly admitted That abortions and infanticide were epidemic in convent and monasteries to cover up the sexual activities of the clergy At the time a bishop St. Ulrich argued from the bible that the only way to purify the church from these excesses was to allow priest to marry. But that was not the trend. In 1074 Pope Gregory the seventh said that anyone who wished to be ordained must first pledge to be celibate. (there is a difference between celibacy and chastity BTW, and priest took advantage of this) In 1095 Pope Urban II had the wives of priest sold into slavery and had their children thrown out into the streets to fend for themselves. Finally in 1123 the first lateren council decreed that all clerical marriages where invalid. But in spite of this, even up to the 15th century 50% of all the priests were still married just it was kept undercover. Ultimately in 1545-1563 the counsel of Trent decreed that celibacy and virginity were morally superior to the married state. This was the final victory of Augustinian theology. Error breeds error. There are many errors within Roman-ism. For example, in around the years 375 AD, was the idea of praying to angels and dead saints. 593 AD, was the doctrine of purgatory.Side note:Trying to answer a serious problem, no one in Catholicism had any assurance of salvation, and needed a fictitious place where souls could go that where not worthy of heaven! They also made it that people of the dead could pay for masses for the dead to help them go to heaven and also faster. Roman-ism is very much a works based religion. Your saved by all the good stuff that you do. Because no man can do all the good works to a fault, the came up with this idea for this temporal punishment due to sin: Purgatory Because the church always taught the sacrament of penitence, that you go to this priest and confess your sins to him and that he grants you absolution, but also with that comes having to do penance. The catholic church place repentance and penance together. Penance means mortification of the flesh. The ideas is even though you confessed your sins with great repentance,you still have to do penance (So for them Salvation is not such a FREE Gift From God, it must by paid for by our own works of penance. In the older times you either would pour ashes over you head, or fast or even nuns were taught to self fl adulate (wip themselves with a flagelem ) before getting dressed and beginning their day as a way of mortifying the flesh. Their exists a Catholic order called Opus Day ( became a bit of an infamous name because of the davinci code) however that even till this day, they wear barb wire under theri clothe around the waist or around thighs, all this is to mortifying their flesh. So with the RCC, you can say so many rosaries and mortify your flesh, but you never know when its enough. So anything not covered in this life will have to get covered in the next life, so even popes die without the assurance of salvation, so because their was no assurance of salvation in Catholicism,,thus the Vatican had to come up with a fictitious place where the souls could go That where not yet ready of heaven.: Purgatory The dogma further teaches that when you dies there is no more that you can do, but the people alive(surviving relatives) who knew you, it was up to them to pray for you and pay masses for you to help pay your way out of purgatory and into heaven, To pay for a low mass its $… to pay for a high mass its $… and a solem high mass was the more pricey… Then there is the reciting of prayers, some are more effectual into getting your departed loved ones sprung out of purgatory and into heaven. Unfortunately , it is many times easier to show Scripturally and mathematically that the earth is stationary, as everyone believed for most of time, until science (men under the prince of the power of the air) got deceived and deceived others, than that the earth is flat...... so perhaps, first find who agrees with Scripture and math where they both agree, then those who agree with that much at least, are the ones to work with to see if it actually can be proven the earth is flat or prove it is not flat., always WITHOUT RELYING ON men under the prince of the power of the air. Rather seek YAHWEH and HONOR HIM ONLY.

I have hardly ever been to a 'church' that does not have its own icons, hierarchy in dogma, liturgy and idols. Even some inherited from the RCC though they do not realize it. Some hold that the scriptures are sacrosanct in the sense that they worship them (just words) to the exclusion of the Person they point to: Yahweh. The scriptures being alive seems to only indicate they can live if they have our churches' permission. What of Holy Spirit? How can He even compete any more than when Yeshua said: "you observe the commandments and dogmas of men, but Yahweh is far from you". King James BibleBut in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. Without the Spirit of the Living God all is empty gestures and clanging gongs. Some confuse salvation with a few words and confessions. I see so little REPENTANCE except in lip service. I see traditions of men in abundance and doctrinal stances that would confuse a saint. Jesus may have nailed the old ordinances to the cross, (the dogmas and traditions of mere men). Yet I see a whole host of dogmas and doctrines in the supposedly free church. God aint changed and sadly neither has man. Because they would not keep His Commandments; He warns us: “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘LORD, LORD,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘LORD, LORD, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’” (Matthew 7:21-23). So we have to ask, Do the churches which claim to represent Christ really represent Him accurately?

Except those other 'names' you named do not live, practice, teach, enforce and preach a false gospel every day, they teach the truth, unless they got 'converted' to the ecumenical one world religion/ in error/ opposed to Christ. Thus saving someone OUT OF a false religion is a much different question than saving someone (as if ) out of a FAITH IN CHRIST religion , where they are not taught abominations, by antichrist doctrines, see?

Anyone can be saved. Asking if a Catholic can be saved is similar as asking if a murderer can be saved. Both the Catholic and murderer can be saved if they genuinely repent and come to the Lord Jesus Christ, who is the only one who can give Life. "Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." - Acts 4:12 People are not saved because they trust in the pope, their pastors, their denomination, or their good deeds. They are saved because they have repented, received the Lord Jesus Christ in their hearts and believe the Father loved him because He has sent His Son Jesus Christ to give His life for their sins. "Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one's life for his friends." - John 15:13 I say to you: There will be no Catholics, no Muslims, no Buddhists, no Protestants, no Pentecostals, no Methodists, no Baptists, etc... on the right hand of the Lord Jesus Christ in that Day. "If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned." - John 15:6 There will be only those who believed and trusted in the Lord Jesus Christ. That is what I mean, I am not condemning denominations I am just saying that without Him you are nothing. "and said, “Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven." - Matthew 18:3 The problem I notice around here is that Catholics seem to put too much trust in their habits and in the Catholic Church itself to be saved. And there are many, many religious people not only in the Catholic Church but in other denominations as well, which I see as a danger because you clearly see by their fruits they are not in a saved position. In short: Too much attention and honor for statues and dead people, and little to none for the Lord Jesus Christ. Surrender to Lord Jesus Christ before it is too late.

Interesting question. One could ask that of a Baptist, Methodist, C of E, Wesleyan, AOG, Pentecostal... any of these 'names'. God don't care too much for religion is my guess since it is the Heart of Yahweh and a person's heart that really matters.

I agree with Yowm, but certainly computers can be used for evil by the messages and images they convey. If you are truly born of God, you will not want to represent evil in any way but will want to have nothing to do with it.

There are over 1150 New Testament Commands.. Just what exactly is "God's Limit"?? Impossible to "Be your own Savior" that is true. But Romans 8:4-9 says it is only the lost who "do not submit to the LAW of God --neither indeed CAN they" Because for the saved under the NEW Covenant - the LAW of God "is written on the heart and mind" - Jeremiah 31:31-33 The gospel is not a story about getting Christians to take God's name in vain - and then feel good about it. And I think we all know that much.

How true. "not taking God's name in vain" -- is this "salvation by works"?? -- no! "Honoring Parents" -- is this "salvation by works"?? -- no! Bottom line... God's Word is not evil.

This is statement is incorrect, and cannot be supported by scripture. You may correctly believe that the imputed righteousness of Jesus Christ is by faith to anyone who believes, as they are and that includes the state of their mind and understanding, with all the pollution of anything that could possible be. If you have said; they believe Jesus died for the forgiveness of our sins, and raised from the dead, and many other things that you think they are biblically corrrect , but there is something not about keeping the Sabbath or not, but about that they put a significance to it, that it cannot be supported by the apostolic teachings. They are saved, and it is not the truth to judge them to Hell, this is not a Heavenly truth. Where it comes from I don't know, but it does not come from the Holly Spirit. Good bye.

It would not be wise to do such a thing. Love does not seek it's own, but the wellbeing of others. You may hurt your relationships if you compare one person to another. For no one is like anyone else, we are all unique.

Overly simplistic example of free will / limited human sovereignty. Gold fish in a bowl. We didn't create the fish or the bowl so there's a lot wrong with this example. Like most of us not loving the gold fish like God loves us. But moving on... The fish can swim anywhere any time it wants within the confines of the fish bowl. It can eat or not eat. There are times it is taken by net from the bowl to clean the bowl. Eventually the fish will die. Has the owner of the fish surrendered sovereignty to the fish? Had the owner of the fish lost some of their own nature for the fish having its limited amount of sovereignty? Principles to project to humanity and God and to think about.

Then he sent in Job's 3 friends who accused him of being wicked or else God would not be punishing him this way. Such accusations are straight from satan, the accuser of the brethren. Finally Job's wife told him he should just curse God and die. (That way she wouldn't have to watch him suffer. ) The miracle is that Job kept her around after she did that!. What Job did wrong was told by Elihu, the young guy who had kept silent during all the rants. Job wan't entirely wrong when he said he hadn't done anything to deserve this.. After all, it was God who had declared that he was righteous. But then he questions God--Doesn't He see that I am righteous?. And he continues to justify himself. That is where he went wrong. Job 32:2 Then Elihu the son of Barachel the Buzite, of the family of Ram, burned with anger. He burned with anger at Job because he justified himself rather than God. Who are we to question what God allows or has done. He is our Creator, and not we ourselves. Nor do we accuse God of unrighteousness. Job 33:9 You say, 'I am pure, without transgression; I am clean, and there is no iniquity in me. ARE YOU STANDING IN JUDGEMENT OF YOUR CREATOR? ARE YOU ACCUSING GOD, YOUR CREATOR OF BEING SELFISH AND CRUEL? CAN IT BE THAT GOD IS TRYING TO REVEAL TO YOU YOUR OWN HEART? I DON'T KNOW THE ANSWERS TO THESE QUESTIONS. IT IS GOD WHO JUDGES OUR HEARTS AND IT IS NOT FOR US TO JUDGE HIS. HE TESTS OUR FAITH TO SEE IF IT IS REAL AND WILL WITHSTAND TRIALS. THAT IS HIS HIS RIGHT AS OUR CREATOR, AS THE ONE WHO GIVES US GRACE AND FAITH, TO SEE WHAT WE WILL DO WITH SUCH UNIMAGINABLE AND WONDERFUL GIFTS. DO WE JUSTIFY OUR GOD AS BEING RIGHTEOUS AND PURE, GOOD AND FAITHFUL, THE ONE WHO WILL NEVER LEAVE US OR FORSAKE US? DO WE TRUST THAT HE WILL MAKE ALL THINGS WORK TOGETHER FOR GOOD, TO THOSE THAT LOVE GOD?. HE HAS THE RIGHT TO TEST AND QUESTION US. WE HAVE NO RIGHT WITH OUR LIMITED KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING TO TEST OR QUESTION GOD. THAT IS THE LESSON OF JOB.
