No Religion is all about deception,

for Religion, =is belief, and you will follow what you believe,  and most will do this with out checking it out and research =ing, what they believe, and why they believe, and so , when we are not doing our part, in understanding what we are wanting to believe in, then we fail our selves and all of those around us, . and so we have tribulation if we believe or don't believe any way , the saved does not get excused from tribulation, for we are appointed to tribulation,

remember the sun shines on the just and the unjust, , and the rain falls on the just and the unjust, correct ?

Greetings again Marilyn C,

I agree with your thoughts on Armageddon as the Lord gathers them together..... As regards the `no gap,` then when do you see all those other events I mentioned.

I believe that there are many events that need to occur to have a full transition from the Kingdoms of men to the Kingdom of God. Many have attempted to give the sequence of events. I have a book that gives one person’s conclusions, but even as a few minor preliminary events happen some of this even needs adjusting. My personal opinion is that we will be greatly surprised at all the detail and sequence that actually occurs. We are given many pictures of those days, but each must be carefully considered, and if interested an attempt can be made to establish a sequence, but any conclusion needs to be open to adjustment.

My personal opinion is that the transition will take many years.

Kind regards

Trevor

I believe we are watching , the wrong signs, and that as the jews were not ready for Jesus when He came, we are going to repeat the same thing, for we are expecting to view one thing, when we are really going to be caught by surprize

Welcome back SS.  Jesus quite clearly gave us the signs to look for in Matthew 24 and we would do well to familiarize ourselves with them.  It would be a tragedy if people ignored those signs and weren't prepared because they had been misled about being alert.  I guess deception is one of the signs though, isn't it?

  • Now learn the parable from the fig tree: when its branch has already become tender and puts forth its leaves, you know that summer is near; so, you too, when you see all these things, recognize that He is near, right at the door.  Matthew 24:32-33

I do most certainly agree with you last Daze,

but what I am saying is that we all ,  ? are saying we are believers, and then all are Christians ? for the most part,

but as you can see , and judge for your self, the deception comes even to those, ? for they are not watching, for the right signs, ?

and not being diligent to seek the true living God, and are following the rest of the masses, to the wide and broad road, and so what I was saying, is not everyone that says lord , lord will be able to escape, they are not looking , and so their,- so called religion, is false,

and it makes them not able to find what they are needed to seek, for out wardly with there lips, but yet there heart is far away ?

get it ? for the wise, are caught in their foolishness, even those that masquerade as believers,

and yet, in time, they will fall away , the apostacy, as it is told for they have not , honestly, come to the foot of the cross, but have watched from a far off, talking a talk  but not accepting the cost ?

it is also those that are in the churches, today , yesterday , and tomorrow ? that think they are saved, and they ,are not, for they have not placed their trust ,and faith in God, but in a institution, and a social club, titled church, and they love the world more then to sacrifice, and to obey Gods word and commandments, not every one,? but many . this is evident, and so only a few will find the straight and narrow,  but many are among us, that will not find it,?

and we see that Gods great delusion, is at work, letting what He will let, and to reaching out to where He will reach, ? hear what the spirit is saying, and the calling for the time, is at hand , and many go about as if we will live for ever, on earth, and they say God delays, where is God ?

blessings and shalom

I hear you SS , everybody who is not born again ,born of the Spirit does not believe  Jesus is Lord of all  and make Jesus lower the God  is not a born again  and  cannot understand the signs of times..,they think they are Christian (maybe by doing good deeds or studying the Bible) but they only have a form of religion, they probably will fall away when that time comes (actually is already here)

All need to wake up from our slumber and put priorities where they belong, first :

Do you know who you are in God ,  Jesus is knocking on the door of your heart , to let Him in and to be your Savior and King.!

When Jesus was asked about those `days` of the `end of the World` (system by the Gentiles, Matt. 24: 3) He says –

`And if those days had not been shortened, no flesh would be saved;.....` (Matt. 24: 22)

So we realise, (I believe) that God will shorten the time of the Gentiles rule, which then leaves a space till God`s kingdom.

Taking a passage out of context can cause misunderstanding.

Matt. 24:21 “For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be. 22 “And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake those days will be shortened."

The clear antecedent to "those days" is the great tribulation: this has nothing to do with the full end of the times of the Gentiles.

The very last sentence in Zechariah tells us when the times of the Gentiles/heathen nations will be ultimately fulfilled:

Zech. 14:21 In that day there shall no longer be a Canaanite in the house of the LORD of hosts.

This comes after Jesus descends to the Mount of Olives to fight against the assembled nations, which is the time of the final battles of this age. Up until that time, Jerusalem will remain subject to trodding by the Gentiles, as the earlier part of Zech. 14 makes clear.

John 5:38-44
38 "And you do not have His word abiding in you, for you do not believe Him whom He sent. 39 "You search the Scriptures, because you think that in them you have eternal life; and it is these that bear witness of Me; 40 and you are unwilling to come to Me, that you may have life. 41 "I do not receive glory from men; 42 but I know you, that you do not have the love of God in yourselves. 43 "I have come in My Father's name, and you do not receive Me; if another shall come in his own name, you will receive him.

I am not so sure Satan will be pretending to be Jesus.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
