  1. I wonder which of us has never given in to fear, or crumbled under pressure at one time or another. Men of cowardly character in general don't get out of boats in the midst of raging storms....

  2. It’s very easy to pick on poor Peter. He knew The If he admitted that he was a Follower Of Jesus, he might just be put to death himself. Its sure easy to be a “ hero” 2000 years later in the safety of our warm homes in a nation where Christianity is accepted.I wonder how brave all Of the critics would actually be if they found that their lives were on the line when asked , “ Do you know Him?” Peter was a flawed man, just like all of us.I don’t think it should be forgotten that despite his flaws, he is still the only man I am aware of that had enough faith to walk on water......not for an expanded period of time , but he did better than I could do.

  3. I notice I post to the forums like I speak. Which isn't always good. Then I think later I could have said that better. In a more kinder way. Well I recognize that in myself and it is something I can work on. I guess that's it.

  4. It seems to me there are two kinds of people in this world. One group wants to do God's will. The other group wants to be popular. For example, God said homosexuality is an abomination (Leviticus 18:22). One group stands behind this commandment. The other has discovered it is more popular to say there is nothing wrong with homosexuality, and so they say there is nothing wrong with homosexualty. Now I suppose they can say anything they want, but they don't stop there. I understand California won't do business with states that believe homosexuality is a sin. One woman went to prison because she thought it was wrong to give a marriage license to homosexuals. How much larger will this cancer grow?

  5. Utopia Silver advanced colloidal silver and yes it cured pneumonia on at least two occasions. After weeks of suffering and many visits to the doctor and x-rays. and several other serious bronchial infections. And topical applications to infections from hand and foot injuries over the years... If you do take it internally by drinking one needs to remember that the silver kills any and all microbes it comes in contact with.... including those good ones in your digestive tract so a probiotic should be taken several hours after the silver.

  6. As satan has been given to be the prince and power of this world by us... it is evident when we put this place before God satan has sifted us into the wrong bowl... I am thankful that The Lord Jesus has me tightly held within His Grasp just as Peter! We may stumble and bumble but we will remain in his predestined keeping for who may argue with God on who is His and who is not?

  7. Dang...thats nuts brother. Very sorry to hear that...People should be able to see why The Law is so important, its a corrector of false doctrine, and the Knowledge of sin. Lets not forget this even lol, Corona Virus going on right now, I heard from people eating Bats, Forbidden to eat in The Holy Fathers Diet, He designed for Mankind.

  9. I would not say that Peter was a coward. The word coward in common use infers a character trait. I would rather say that Peter was shaken to his very core at that time and probably quite beside himself. I also believe the Lord allowed it to happen as part of Peter’s preparation for what was to come in his life.

  11. For those that have eyes to see: Ever wonder why all the elites, powerful, celebrities, influential, worlds' richest, the United Nations (UN) and the Pope himself are mother earth worshipers [or are they?]. What's the one thing the entire globe is rallying around, and the UN pushing for a global emission tax? It would be income for a global entity to build something and enforce it. We're seeing a bigger and bigger push from the secular globalists creating a problem that is not man-made, or we humans can do nothing about. It all about control and a one world system. Below is a link to another crazy globalist [Amazon] donating a good chunk of change for the effort. https://finance.yahoo.com/news/jeff-bezos-10-billion-climate-change-200822069.html

  12. Another goal of the globalists is population reduction. There are currently about 7.5 billion people on earth. Their stated goal I've heard for sustainability is .5 billion [500 million]. What a coincidence, by the end of the tribulation, that's pretty close to about what the global population will be reduced to? Unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved. If I recall, 2/3 of the global population will be decimated by the plagues and judgments.

  13. Fortunately I've never been sick often enough to generate any personal anecdotes. But, I did a lot of very detailed research and ended up buying two different set-ups I can use to make my own. Along with the measuring instruments needed to ensure strength and quality. Although I have not had occasion to try it, i also purchased a nebulizer with the exact use Other One described in mind. I personally do not use colloidal silver as a prophylactic measure. I would not hesitate to use high quality internally taken colloidal silver (even in large and or daily doses) to attack an infection. People who have not actually researched and studied themselves point to the guy who turned himself blue without even the slightest understanding of what kind of silver solution he did that to himself with or the difference between silver salts (highly photo-sensitive), silver proteins and pure nano-scale silver particles suspended in triple distilled water. Silver has been known (and used) for 3000 years in medical applications and was part of conventional medical literature and practice right up until synthetic antibiotics were developed. It has numerous very beneficial external applications and properly made and quality controlled silver colloids are safe to ingest as is well documented in medical literature, are easily evacuated by the body and do not cause argyria. You might save the life of a burn victim if you have some on hand, and having a nebulizer just might save the life of someone battling pneumonia or almost any other lung infection, bacterial or viral. The people who took one look at a picture of a blue skinned man and panicked can safely be ignored. Just avoid any product that is NOT pure silver ...pure silver is not photo-sensitive and won't turn you blue like silver salts. There is a lot of misinformation on all sides of the colloidal silver issue, but a very modest amount of chemistry knowledge can easily sort out the truth. You could drink gallons of colloidal silver that is between 10 and 20ppm concentration and never threaten your health. And there is plenty of science behind the well known anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties of silver ...enough to make the risk reward equation in a situation like may be developing with this recent virus pandemic a no-brainer trade-off. You can kill yourself with Vitamin D3 if you're not smart enough to research the difference between fat soluble vitamins and water soluble. Common sense goes a long way with anything. I try to make it a point not to argue with ignorance I did my research and spent the money necessary to buy a system, and the instruments necessary to control the electrolytic process precisely enough to produce a very high quality mix of colliodal/ionic silver solution and the equpiment needed to verify and manage concentrations. I'm able to produce about 20 gallons of the stuff a day, and i'm getting it set up, checked and ready....right now.

  14. Climte change is nothing but a tool for them to gain control, a viable excuse to impose it. It's going like this......"Hey everybody, look at what we are doing to the Earth" lets do something! We as your leaders believe in this and so should you!"

  15. two thoughts: Depends on how you use it and two depends on how much and how often. When you are really down and you have tried 4 different antibiotics and are finishing your third round of Levaquin and your doctor tells you there isn't anything else, one tends to ignore any side effects especially after what three rounds of Levaquin will do to you. I've read all over the net about people using commercially produce nano sized in a nebulizer and haven't run across any side effects yet bit I would admit that it hasn't been tested in a controlled study.... My guess is that the big Pharm people would not want us to know how well it works in the first place. Especially since it is rather easy to make your own from pure silver dollars But I would just say that I had copd before I used it, it cured my pneumonia and I still have the same copd many years later, but it hasn't progressed any more in the past 20 years

  16. No cowardness at all to be found within Peter. ..."Jesus was walking by the Sea of Galilee. He saw two brothers. They were Simon (his other name was Peter) and Andrew, his brother. They were putting a net into the sea for they were fishermen. Jesus said to them, “Follow Me. I will make you fish for men!” At once they left their nets and followed Him."... That Peter denied Jesus three times is not evidence of cowardness. Confusion on Peter's part perhaps, even a delaying tactic while he tries to figure out what has happened and what to do next, maybe. For His Lord whom he was willing to die by the sword for denied Peter that act. All the disciples denied Jesus as they must to have fulfilled prophesy. Without their falling away from Jesus there would be claim that the prophesy “Awake, O sword, against my shepherd, against the man who stands next to me,” declares the Lord of hosts. “Strike the shepherd, and the sheep will be scattered; I will turn my hand against the little ones." had not been fulfilled and therefore this Jesus is not Messiah: "...And when they had sung a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives. Then Jesus said to them, “You will all fall away because of me this night. For it is written, ‘I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock will be scattered.’ But after I am raised up, I will go before you to Galilee.” Peter answered him, “Though they all fall away because of you, I will never fall away.” Jesus said to him, “Truly, I tell you, this very night, before the rooster crows, you will deny me three times.” Peter said to him, “Even if I must die with you, I will not deny you!” And all the disciples said the same. " Why even His Father departed from Him at the cross, but would one conclude God to be a coward? ..." And about the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, “Eli, Eli, lema sabachthani?” that is, “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?” The falling away is not the act of a coward it is the supernatural evidence of God's sovereignty. ..."The plans of the heart belong to man, but the answer of the tongue is from the Lord.".... ..."The lot is cast into the lap, but its every decision is from the Lord.".

  17. @copenhagen Hi, if I might put forth a few thoughts.... I think your right, it might be because light has come in now and you see right and wrong with a clearer eye, therefore your seeing yourself and your need in a clearer light.... But to what I did want to mention; Christianity is not doing things right. Christianity is having a personal relationship with Christ which in turn will cause you to walk in righteousness. But the relationship comes first. For through this relationship will the law be fulfilled in you but not by you....You are running well, you are in the school of Christ.. Be patient with yourself and with God as God shows you you...For seeing and knowing yourself and your constant need for His ever present help in all things is how one learns to walk by faith and not by sight... For all things come from God from and through the faith of the heart turned towards Him... For the just shall live by faith..Just don't lose heart, keep asking, seeking, knocking and the doors will be opened for you and this walking in newness of life you read about in scripture will be brought forth in your life....Give God time to work it in and out in your life....Our jobs are to seek His face and it sounds like you are doing your part to the best you know....Just don’t ever stop seeking His face and His face will you surely see and know to a degree that will put a continual smile on your face and a joy in your heart no trial or tribulation or struggle can take away.... Be blessed as you learn Christ, for all good things await him who does.. Will be standing with you before the Throne of Grace that He might establish you in His love. A fellow believer, Not me

  18. The born again Christian wants to be obedient to God and to do God's will. The world wants to be popular. There is a very large ravine between the two groups. Everyone will face judgment one day. I wonder how important they will think being popular is when that day comes?

  20. Abby, I mentioned that because we received a report that the member was bullying in that post. The only thing could see there that seemed to possibly qualify, that the phrase I quoted could be construed as saying that LadyKay was evil, so I was just offering an opportunity for the author to address that with what was intended. Not everything that is clear to one person, is clear to all. If clarity was uniform, we would not have any theological arguments between Christians who read and believe the Bible.

  21. The first time I walked into a church, eyes filled with tears because God had forgiven my sins, not a single person came up to me and asked me why I was crying. Not a single man or woman shook my hand---except for one---a homosexual man who I came to find out later was wrestling with that very sin. He comforted me, consoled me, and later became my friend. A woman there came to love him, but could not marry him because he was gay; but he told her that he was struggling, and if she might give him a chance, the Spirit of God was working in him. She waited---for months---to see whether God was changing his heart. She married him. He never went back to his old ways. He was only 53 when he died, but nearly every member of that congregation was present at the viewing. We know that God can change a man's heart---any man He pleases.

  23. Losing the ability to speak the Truth is a sign of the death of a society. I recommend you go to YouTube and watch the series of vids by "The fuel project" called the "war on truth" there are like 20 5-10 minute videos that does a good job of explaining this dilemma which goes both ways. Point being we must speak truth In Love (eph 4:15).

  24. Excellent example I have no idea if that was insane courage, or stuck on stupid, but it sure WASN'T cowardice I got a feeling we might get a good laugh out of hearing Peter retell that one one fine day. I'd love to have a few days in the woods with him and few others, and a few nights around a campfire swapping stories of life here....If we got Peter in the group we shouldn't lack for fish to enjoy I need to remember to invite Malchus on that camping trip....

  26. An old Indian in Oklahoma was asked, “How did Christ save you? You say that you are saved. How did He do it?” The old Indian took some dead leaves and laid them in a little circle. Then he took a worm and put it inside that circle. Next he set fire all the way around those leaves. As the fire burned, the worm crawled one direction, and another. Finding himself encompassed by the flames, the worm drew as far away from the fire as he could and curled up to die. The old Indian then reached down his hand, picked up the worm, and placed it safely away from fire. The Indian said, “That is what Jesus did to me. I was perishing and dying, and He lifted me up and saved me.” ...Pastor Criswell From sinking sand He lifted me, With tender hand He lifted me, From shades of night to plains of light, O praise His name, He lifted me! 29. @Abby-Joy I love this chapter! Thanks for posting it. The Lord led me to write a poem based on the above verse-7 I hope it is okay if I share it here @angels4u Written by turtletwo on August 24th, 2018 An Earthen Vessel I'm just an earthen vessel But I carry a great treasure God's Spirit dwells within me And my purpose is His pleasure Although I often fail Him When I call upon His Name His Blood is greater than my sin And takes away my shame One day I'll live in Heaven Where He'll dry my every tear But till I reach the other side I'll love and serve Him here "But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us" 2 Corinthians 4:7 "Know you not that you are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?" 1 Corinthians 3:16 “The blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” 1 John 1:7,9 "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away." Revelation 21:4 "We love him, because he first loved us." 1 John 4:19 "Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him." John 14:23 "Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ." Colossians 3:24

  30. Gee I don't think so. For I do think many of us are so stunned by what is happening that many know it can only be by God that it is happening. Both what may be seen as the good and also the bad. I think I am more aware of the sovereignty of God over all matters.

  33. The Bible makes it clear that some sins are worse than others.I think the danger with homosexuality is that they may be in the group of those whose consciences are so “ seared” , they may never have the desire nor see the need to turn to God for Salvation.Like anybody else, if they turn to God with Faith in Jesus they will be saved.Saying with a sincere, Contrite Heart .... “Lord, have mercy on me , a sinner” will get the job done.

  34. I think people need to understand that the public meeting run by man`s organisations is NOT the church. We all need to hold fast to the HEAD - Christ from whom the whole body grows, (Eph. 4: 11 - 16 and Col. 2: 19 & 20) That means our concern is for those whom we are reaching out to BUT not some meeting. Are we busy about the Lord`s work or trying to fix something built by man!

  38. Ever think that maybe it would be the best idea, to go to church for what you can offer, not what you can get from it, again, just a thought! You sound like you have attended church a long time, makes me think of this: For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the basic principles of the oracles of God. You need milk, not solid food Heb 5:12 or, do I misread you? I have a saying, there is no such thing as boring people or boring subjects, only disinterested people! See what you can do to help, instead of finding fault! Oh, and to answer your question, no, not burned out, but then I have only been attending church regularly, since the late '70, so I am still in the honeymoon phase!

  39. All men have fallen short of the glory of God. All men sin, in thought, word, and deed. The Law doesn't save us; who can obey it? The Sermon on the Mount is Moses 2.0---Moses on steroids. Jesus was saying that the Law isn't enough. The heart must be transformed. Can you transform it? We cannot do a doggone thing. Only Jesus can change the heart. The Law points out a problem, but it offers no solution. You have a lust problem? You go to Jesus; you have an anger issue, you go to Jesus. Are you saying mean-spirited things about others behind their backs? You go to Jesus. You cannot change your behavior, except outwardly---and that is no more than embracing the law, nothing more than making a New Years resolution. Simply not doing something on the outside is not enough. Your heart must change, and only Jesus can change it.

  40. The argument that homosexuality is acceptable because it is natural because homosexuals where born that way is not a valid justification for Homosexuality not being evil... A basic Christian teaching is that we are all born in a fallen nature where we are destined to sin.. Using the argument that if one is born that way then it is ok we can justify all sins as being ok since we where all born with a fallen nature and therefore we are only being natural.. The great tragedy in people pushing this extremely evil argument is that if a homosexual actually believes their argument of the justification of what the Bible declares to be an abomination.. That homosexual will not acknowledge their homosexuality is sin and not rely on the atonement of the LORD Jesus Christ to win for them forgiveness and redemption.. Jesus declared that only blasphemy of the Holy Spirit was unforgivable.. Therefore homosexuality is forgivable and the grace of God is on offer to homosexuals.. But for someone to be forgiven they MUST acknowledge that they have sinned and are in need of the Atonement of Jesus to atone for that sin.. Once a homosexual is convinced that their sin is not sin because they where born that way and that it is natural and ok,,, then they will never seek the covering of the atonement of the LORD Jesus Christ for something they now consider justified and good... People are sending homosexuals to the eternal lake of fire with their attempts to justify homosexuality as being justified and good because ""they where born that way"" In their minds they think they are supporting homosexuals, loving homosexuals, respecting homosexuals.. But in truth they are Killing homosexuals.. Doing their best to send them to the second death in the lake of fire..
