Hello everyone, Will God hate me if I kill myself? I have been strong for a few years now and I can't do it anymore, I've lost hope. On the internet I always read stories about how God saved people from commiting suicide but not me. I do believe in Jesus but he doesn't reply to me, I've asked Him (several times) while crying to show me how to continue my life but still no answer. I feel like such an idiot for saying that but it is the truth. So yeah what will happen if I kill myself? Would God still love me? Would I go to Him or burn forever? (Sorry if I posted this somewhere it doesn't belong I'm new on this site + sorry for my bad English there is no good Christian site in my own language)

The key, zorgblar, is in how Jesus describes those "secrets" in that verse. In your verse, pay attention to the words "so-called"." Here are how various translations present Christ's words describing the secrets of satan: "so-called" "as they call them" "what some call" "as they say" "what some people call" "as they speak" "as they call them" "as they are wont to say" This may help you. Jesus Christ is speaking to a church in Thyatira that is doing well. They love, they are faithful, they persevere, and their work increases. He commends them for that. However, Christ tells them that they have something that needs to be corrected. They are tolerating a pagan and false teaching that is leading people into sexual depravity and other activities that are not proper for the church or Christians. Christ tells that church that he is going to take care of that false teaching and the leadership of it. And that the followers of that teaching will pay. He finally tells those in Thyatira who who are NOT accepting of this - the "so-called" deep secrets of Satan - that they are to continue in the way that they are living until he comes back. There is no official list of these "so-called" secrets. That's not what Jesus was saying. By referring to them as "so-called", he is saying that those people who are following the false teachings have what "they call" inner truths and secret tenets and doctrines that they believe will lead to enlightenment, but that it is all really of the devil. This reminds me so much of Scientology - that claims to bring you closer and closer to the "secrets" that only they hold - but it's all so very anti-Christ. The Masons, Mormons, and so many other secret societies that include religious doctrine practice truths that are not of God, but of the devil. That's why Jesus calls them "so-called" and "as they [followers of anti-Christ teachings] say". Satan has no secrets. God knows all and we know all of him through God's Word. Yes, people can indulge in demonic practices and spiral into the demonic world having experiences that you and I won't know of, but that's no secret that these things take place.

When we give power to others or our circumstances, we become slaves to them. They become a ruling factor in how we feel, how we live, what we do, what we believe in ... Don't give anything or anyone such power as they will always let you down. Only God can give you the hope to live from one day, one hour, one minute to the next. Give Him time. He will answer. I have in my signature Proverbs 3:5-6 for that one reason. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.

Amen the law is fulfilled in Christ, therefore we don't need to keep the law to get ourselves saved through our own efforts. The New Covenant is a covenant made by the Son with the Father, mediated through the Holy Spirit (Hebrews 9:13-15), this covenant is the basis of our salvation, i.e. what God has done on our behalf, not what we have done.

Oh for the simpler times of old with cones of silence and my shoe phone. Now my phone pings, my Ipad pings, my laptop pings, my car pings, why on occasion even I ping. Met a man this past week that has no credit, no bad credit no good credit. No history to track at all. He is in his late 70's and still is carrying his mother's fine leather checkbook style cover as his sole record keeping system. He keeps his folding money in it. He has never paid for anything by any means other than US currency. He has no cell phone, no car that pings either. He can quote the scriptures, and he lives a simple life on about a $12,000 income per year. And he doesn't much worry about people getting his "information" nor him. I kinda admire him, now that we have met.

I do not know what would happen if you kill yourself. One of God's commandments is "Thou Shall Not Kill". Killing yourself is murder.

I'm not sure if anyone's been keeping track of "the great sign" in the heavens on 9/23/17, but here is what I've learned.. I've studied this sign for about two years now along with many others, and there are many viewpoints to consider in regards to this sign. The scriptures I use I will post at the bottom along with important videos and pictures. (1.) The sign in the heavens on 9/23/17 derives from Revelation 12:1-5, and it's actually called "a great sign". The words "great sign" only appear once in the entire Bible, which is in Rev 12:1. Luke 21:10-11 also mentions "great signs from heaven", so I do believe Luke 21 is connected to Rev 12. This great sign only appears once in human history. There are three heavens listed in scripture. The great sign appears in heaven, which is considered the first heaven where the sun, moon, stars and planets reside. In Genesis 1:14 God says he uses the sun, moon, stars and planets for seasons, days and years to let us know about future events that are about to unfold. The four blood moon tetrad landing on Jewish holidays in 2014-15 were basically harbingers (warning signs) pointing to the conception of ISIS in the spring/summer of 2014 and also it is pointing to 9/23/17. (2.) If you go to Leviticus 23 there are seven feasts of the Lord. The word "festival" in Hebrew is translated "moed" which means: appointed time, place, or meeting. The first four feasts have already been fulfilled by Jesus Christ 2,000 years ago, and the last three are still future. Jesus fulfilled the first four feasts to the day literally, and the next feast on God's calendar is the Feast of Trumpets which is on 9/23/17 the same day the great sign appears in heaven. Each festival (an appointed time in history) represents an event Jesus fulfilled or will fulfill in the near future. The Feast of Trumpets represents the rapture of the church at the end of the church age, the age of Grace. 1. The Passover (God leads the Jews out of Egypt and slavery) 2. Unleavened Bread (The Death and Burial of Jesus Christ) 3. First Fruits (Resurrection of Jesus Christ) 4. Feast of Weeks/Pentecost (The beginning of the church age, Holy Spirit indwells believers) 5. Feast of Trumpets (The rapture of the church) 6. Day of Atonement (Jesus lands on the Mount of Olives and atones for the sins of Israel at the end of the 7 year tribulation) 7. Feast of Tabernacles (The 1,000 year reign with Christ) (3.) The word for rapture in Greek is translated "harpazo", and this word is found or is a part of the great sign of Rev 12:1-5 on 9/23/17. The word "harpazo" is in Rev 12:5 and also 1 Thess 4:17, both rapture verses. Now, this is where it gets interesting. Scripture uses a conception, gestation period, labor pains and birthing metaphor of a child being birthed in Rev 12:1-5. The closer the birth becomes the more intense the birth pains will be. That's why many eschatologists believe that not only will the rapture occur but also.. Gen 3:15-16, Isa 13:6-8, Isa 17:1, Isa 26:17-21, Jer 30:6-7, Jer 49:24, Daniel's 70th week in Dan 9:27 (Jacob's trouble), Micah 4:9-10, Micah 5:2-3, Psalm 83 war, Ezek chapters 38-39 war and 1 Thess 5:1-3 will all be fulfilled this year and in the following years. In Rev 12:1-5 the woman is Israel, the enormous red dragon is the antichrist system, and the child is the body of Christ (the church), three corporal entities. If you go to Rev 12:3 it says, "another sign appeared in heaven". This is what is called "Planet X or Nibiru", which Google and NASA are covering up, even though Planet X can be shown on infrared. (4.) If you study the birth of the church you will see Virgo giving birth to Jupiter in September of 2017. Jupiter is the king planet which represents Christ and also the body (the church) that is in Christ. When you become saved the Holy Spirit indwells you, and you become one with the body of Christ. God is using a birthing metaphor to describe the conception of the church 2,000 years ago, and He is also using a birthing metaphor in the end times by using the sun, moon, stars and planets. The conception of the church began at Pentecost 2,000 years ago and has been in gestation for 2,000 years up until now. Jesus Christ is the head of the church, and born again Christians are the body. The head came out of the womb when Jesus was resurrected and ascended to heaven 2,000 years ago. When you study a natural birth of a baby being born the head comes out first, then the body. The body of Jesus Christ which is the church (Jupiter) entered Virgo's womb in November of 2016 and is in a gestation period right now. The church will be birthed in September of 2017 which will be 42 weeks in the womb (a normal gestation period for a natural birth). I would also like to point out that Isa 66:7 is referring to when Israel in one day became a nation on 5/15/48 (on Pentecost to be precise), but it could also be alluding to rapture and Daniel's 70th week of tribulation; the amazing reversal as some eschatologists put it. Birth then labor pains, rapture then tribulation. It's good to keep this in mind when referring back to 9/23/17. Also, when Jupiter exits Virgo's womb it heads for Libra which in term means "Justice". Lastly, if you look at the Rev 12:1-2 sign below you will see a lion above the woman, in which the lion has a crown of 12 stars. The lion represents Leo, the lion of the tribe of Judah; the consummated triumph of the redeemer in the end. So anyways, this is what I've learned, and if anyone has any questions or concerns please let me know. It goes into much more detail than you would want me to post on here. He talks about our world today and how our world has fallen away from Christ. He talks about all the detail of ISIS and such controversial issues as immigration. He is interesting to read. You may want to goggle him. I believe he has a Church I think that is in California.

I was once a Oneness Pentecostal (Apostolic), way way back in the later 1980s, I left and became a Trinitarian after I had written a tract for them, promoting the Oneness view of Water Baptism and offering £1,000 if anyone could disprove the Oneness claim that you must be baptised with the formula: Lord Christ Christ in order to be saved. I live in the south-west of the UK (Plymouth) and no longer attend any fellowship, as that would be too painful to me, but I see the main Oneness claims (i.e. that Jesus is God the Father, and that the baptismal formula is Lord Jesus Christ), taking over so many individual believers in local fellowships, which nominally are Trinitarian, but within which elders and other leaders teach exactly as they choose, which is often anti-Trinitarian! The church situation here in the UK is so bad as to be dire beyond belief, you can't even sit down and discuss the Bible with religious people, they switch off the moment you try to discuss scripture. GOD TV has had a big part to play in this.

Thank you Abby-Joy! I discovered how to remedy them and learned what they are about. Allergies, number one. Over abundance of staph on my body, number two. As long as I control these two factors I don't have a problem any more. Just recently found out I'm allergic to black pepper of all things. I put it in two dishes I made and then broke out around my lips. UGH! This just happened the other day. So I need prayer for the healing of those tell-tale sores which spell definite allergy. Black pepper is related to the other food items I'm allergic to and it always bothered me, giving me a burning sensation on my lips. I thought that it was because it was spicy. NOT! It's due to an allergy. Thank you for praying.

There are people who are living with expectancy of future unknowns, who are living off the grid and uses the bartering system to some extent. Watched some videos of some of these people and it has some sense of living that some people envy.

Please don't derail the thread. I don't live in China, India, Russia, or Japan. I live in the United States, have the greatest amount of influence in America (not much, but more than in any other country), plus this thread is in the US section. Every country should be striving for better environmental practices, but American environmentalists are generally going to care about the US in particular.

Yeah, how dare people care about being good stewards of the planet? That's just nonsense. That's not disproving anything. If your source is to believed, filling up an entire state with garbage is a massive area. Surely we could cut that down. Rainforest isn't just "a bunch of trees." It's a delicate ecosystem with an unbelievable amount of biological diversity. Filling up that area with banana trees is by no means the same. It also doesn't resolve the problem of more and more forest being lost every year. To give a loose analogy, imagine you had a garden with many different types of vegetables, herbs, and fruit trees. Personally I do not have any tattoos as my grandfather a very wise man said it was something one should never do. Regret, pain, loss and tears (A prisoner’s sorrow) I am writing a prisoner, his name is Roger, who has been in prison for a many years, but, hopefully will be getting out soon on parole. He is I believe one of those who will not be going back in. At least that is prayer for him. In his last letter he talked about regret and if I could give him some insight into dealing with it. I am not sure if I helped him, but since I have my own weight of regrets, I guess I do have some experience in dealing with it…..as I would suppose, most people do as well. Below is some of what I shared with him. I did not want him to think that he was alone in dealing with his past, that we all carry some weight around in our souls, even if it is often hidden. One day it will come out. I believe that as death nears, we do review our lives, or as the NDE’s talk about, have a live review. So below is what I shared with him. I need to say in passing, I have learned a lot from him. About perseverance against strong obstacles and starting over as he has done and will continue to do when he is released. Quote “Dear Roger, You asked about ‘regret’ and how to deal with it. We all have regrets in our lives. Some, over embarrassing moments, others, about serious wrongs that we did over the years, some more severe than others because we knew what we were doing and not just overwhelmed with emotion or passion when committed; they were free, evil, acts. Regrets, which are wounds that we place on ourselves, can rise up from time to time. For when we sin against another, we also sin against ourselves. However, to feel sorrow over our past can be something positive if we do not wallow in false guilt, which is a waste of time. It is not always easy, but if you do feel regret, bring them into the presence of the Lord Jesus who knows, understands and has already forgiven you. Tears of sorrow are healing, tears of self pity are of a different nature altogether. We need to look to the Lord and not to our feet like Peter did when he was walking on the water towards the Lord. He began to sink, yet the Lord reached out and pulled him up, as he does you on a daily basis. You are God’s child, his son, his beloved, never forget that. Allow God’s love to fill you with compassion for your-self, self hatred leads nowhere. One point, do not be afraid of the different types of inner experiences, for they pass and another will take its place. It is from the stand point of faith that you learn to trust and not get swallowed up by inner storms. When you start on the path of faith, the Lord will want you to grow in self knowledge, which is humbling, for it is based on truth. Do not fear the truth about yourself, for in that you learn to embrace your need for mercy and healing. To deny that is only to allow it to grow unchecked and over time can become a devouring flame. Christ Jesus died for you, would have died if you were the only human on earth, that is what God’s love is….infinite, incomprehensible, other….so don’t try to understand it from how we humans love. Our love is finite, very comprehensible because it has limits. If God loved the way we do, well yes, we would be in deep trouble, yet Christ Jesus shows us something different my friend. When you see others there in the grip of some passion, or depressed, or overwhelmed with guilt, have compassion for them, and if possible let them know of God’s love. Speak to them in everyday language, using scripture only if it helps you to share your experience of the Love you have experienced in Christ Jesus. So, your regret, can lead to deeper healing, or to just more worthless guilt that leads nowhere. When you feel ‘negative emotions’ open up that chamber in your heart to the love, light, mercy and God’s love for you and those there with you…everyone you see and interact with is the beloved Child of God and how you treat them is how you treat Jesus Christ. When you fail, just get up and if you can make amends.” End of quote’ As a Christian who has received the mercy of God through Jesus Christ, I have only hope for all and so I encourage others no matter what their inner feelings and emotions are to trust in God’s love and mercy. God’s love is not predicated on how we feel at any one time. True faith has a deep trust in the Lord’s love; that nothing can separates us from if we seek mercy, compassion for ourselves as well as others. What we receive, we are to give back, to become channels of God’s love and grace. We are Christ arms to embrace, he speaks through us when we share our faith and encourage others, and when we show compassion it is His Heart that flows through ours. We are called to truly understand and deepen our understanding of what it means to belong to the priesthood of the faithful.

The bible puts all under sin.Without Jesus we all are in our sins awaiting the wrath of God. We can have empathy for sinners because we also were under the wrath of God. We know that God called sinners not the righteous to repentence. It's good to encourage others to face there sinful condition and turn to God. We are like thirsty travelers who have found some water to drink and see others thirsty too who don't know where the water is. Let us share the good news.

There is a proper decorum to oppose policies, in the congress, and with factual data.... Mr Trump has only been in office one month and even before his swearing in the globalists were trying to derail his presidency why? He stands for patriotism, and the good of the country, and is trying to clean up an incredible mess left for him by the previous administrations, which were puppets for the globalists....treason, and sedition is when you try to derail your democratically elected government....when lies and false news is used such as is now the case, it definitely seems appropriate for these terminologies to be brought forward, whether you like them or not.
