  1. 'Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, to the saints which are at Ephesus, and to the faithful in Christ Jesus:' (Ephesians 1:1) Hello again, I have read through each open-hearted entry, from the beginning, and thank you all for your contributions. To add or subtract, question or comment on any one of them, other than I have already done, would be an intrusion, for I feel that each one is a reflection of the walk with God that each one of us is engaged upon by His grace, in Christ Jesus. What a beloved Lord and Saviour we have, haven't we? How blessed we are to know Him, and to be the objects of His love and grace. My love to you all, in Him. Thank you for being a blessing to me by sharing as you have. Praise His Holy Name! In Christ Jesus Our risen and glorified Saviour, Lord and Head Chris
  2. Hey Christine I need to go into a little preamble...but...exposure to Hebrews 6:1-3 and His explanation of it literally set the path for most of my study for many months after I was led into discovery of it. For the first time I saw in this an understanding that there are six very specific areas we have to master from the Word as a FOUNDATION....a solid place established in us on which He can build us into mature sonship. I was at a point where I'd already begun to notice that I was getting pretty well grounded in the Word in comparison to most Christians I met. I had come to a place where very few i met had more familiarity with the Word than I did. It probably hadn't quite passed into hubris and pride (the observation was accurate enough, the "standard" I was comparing to was totally off base) but i'm sure it was headed that way. I began to dare to think I'd entered into a measure of "maturity" in Him. And then He pulled this passage on me As I compared my own perception of my understanding to these six categories I realized there were still pretty gaping holes in my FOUNDATION. And into that realization He spoke this: "You've made a good start in getting your foundation secured, and good on you for that. But don't you DARE begin to believe you're mature yet. Your foundation still needs establishing." So, considerably humbled, I determined to examine each of these six areas again, and make securing my foundation a priority. My lack proved to be far more severe than my initial assessment indicated. But, long story short, one of the LEAST understood topics in focus proved to be "eternal judgement". Once I began to really dig into that and seek Him for revelation I quickly realized I knew next to nothing, and what little I thought I knew proved to be more founded on myth and tradition than the truth of the Word. In the course of studying 'eternal judgement' i came to understand it's a very rich, multi-layered topic and the Bible gives a lot of detail but it's not a subject that yields to "surface" reading. It yields understanding through study. In that process I ran across this: I think if you choose to study those three words out from Scripture, you'll likely discover they represent three levels of reward in heaven. I do believe they are separate and distinct from each other and represent a progression with the highest rewards in heaven reserved for those who meet heaven's qualifications for all three of those descriptions. There are at least two levels of "called". The first is to the whole world...the "call" to salvation in Jesus. But after that there is another, more specific call related to our personal lives and bounded by the plan of "good works" He appointed for each of us to walk in from before the foundation of the world. The "call" is there at the new birth but we are not considered "called" by heaven until we take up...take ownership of the call. Taking up, even recognizing our "call" requires a submission to His Lordship, He simply doesn't reveal much about it until He is not only Saviour, but also Lord of our lives. But, being called is not the same as being "chosen" to walk in the call. Acceptance of the call usually is the beginning of some very pointed training in how to walk in the call. When He is satisfied the training is sufficent, THEN He will mark His servant "chosen" for their particular call and will "release" them into full expression of their call. And being chosen is not the same as being found "faithful". When and how that is applied to His servants is up to Him but USUALLY it will require a season of time, marked by faithfulness..often in the face of severe testing...temptation. Those of His who parry the thrusts, dodge the darts and remain faithful to His choosing of them, are indeed precious in His sight. And will be rewarded for the suffering and testing they endured in order to remain faithful to Him
  3. I have an uncle who was told he could not have children after trying for several years so they decided to adopt a newborn baby girl.... We guessed that God had other intentions for them because about a week after the adoption was approved and a couple of months before their adopted baby was born, his wife got pregnant and 9 months later they had two lovely baby girls.... Never accept what the world says is possible..... if God wants it it will happen. But also don't be disappointed if God doesn't think it is in your best interests to have your own children..... and remember that in a lot of cases the Lord decides that a little helpless baby needs someone to raise it and it is a wonderful thing when he decided you are that person.
  4. Jesus said to them, “Have you never read in the Scriptures: “‘The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone; this was the Lord’s doing, and it is marvelous in our eyes’? -- Matthew 21:42 Praying for you! God can and does do amazing things in the midst of our grief and hopelessness. Don't give up hope, and be sure to draw in close to your wife. I'm sure she'll want to hear your heart and mind on this and will be glad that you've shared your feelings with her!
  5. Do not feel bad about this towards yourself. You did not choose this and cannot control it. This does not make you less of a man. Continue to trust and follow the Lord, and he will guide your steps. Praying for you!
  6. Perhaps God has chosen you to take and love the ones being thrown away As God loves all the children!
  7. Being alive, recognizing the wrongs, knowing that you need God is all you need to a better future. We are all sinners and we have to forgive ourselves and know that once we are in christ, we are new creatures. Old things have gone and all things have become new. Beloved in less than 2 weeks God has changed my live in a way I cannot understand. I even started putting on weight. I used to thing God abandon me but he proved himself worthy of all praises. I remember all the advicestars and encouragement from this group that made me to trust him more and now, I can, I have and am shouting praises to God. I may not have been upto wait the society expects for a happy being but am glad God, our father knows me by name and take care of me. He takes care of you, he takes care of us.
  8. Where God guides, He provides. No matter how things look, God is still in control. Stay in peace and be hopeful. God loves you and me Plavious
  9. Shalom brothers and sisters, I have here a good witnessing tool (and also a great reminder for Christians) to explain: The World God The Bible Jesus Judgment Day The Next Life Is Torah for today? Please give it a read if you have the time to read a three-paged story. I know it blessed at least one person significantly. Meet Enid https://faithandtheword.com/book-a/idb/heart/roots/enid1/ Love & Shalom
  10. Joni Eareckson Tada,a quadriplegic artist talks about her drawing of her father and the spiritual meaning behind it.
  11. Hello, I'll introduce myself again, my name is Matt and look forward to speaking with everyone. I attend a church 2-3 times a week, am a teacher and leader in our children's ministry. I also was raised a Jehovah's Witness so I am very knowledgeable about their beliefs and practices, if anyone ever has questions or needs guidance.
  12. My son just made a good point about the necessity of the law in sharing grace when witnessing. They go hand in hand. Jesus died for us...but why? Because we could not keep the law. God's perfection required perfect obedience. Found in Jesus alone. "Because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression." Romans 4:15
  13. When the Headmaster (God) returns in the story about Enid, he says, “Tonight, this old School building will be torn down and we will leave to start New Lives in the Real World, just as I said. However, not all of you will be coming. Some of you have proven that you cannot be trusted”. "Some of you?" Romans 3:23... for ALL have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. After each of the students has a personal interview with the Headmaster, the well-behaved come out joyful and ready to climb on the bus which will take them to new lives in the real world, leaving the false impression that good behavior results in salvation: The Well-Behaved Students came out ecstatically laughing and crying, dancing across the floor madly as they went to climb aboard a bus outside. Ephesians 2:8-9... For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. There is no mention in the story of the Son of the Headmaster at this point of the story, or of any relationship between the Son and the students. No mention of any sacrifice on the Son's part to save the students from their deteriorating condition. So far, the best I can say about the story is that it MIGHT scare someone into repentance. Not really the best of reasons to repent. Fast forward to the alternate ending. Enid is spared by grace when we finally meet the Son of the Headmaster. However, what is the scriptural "homework"? Read the Ten Commandments and Luke 6:27-49, both very worthy scriptures, but not the best witnessing scriptures. I believe John 3:16 and the story of Jesus and His sacrificial death on the cross make a better start. Good behavior will never save us.
  14. Thinking of it a bit, as for myself I never prayed for the most amazing thing. Instead the Holy Spirit brought me into the fold of Jesus still kicking against the sharp points of the Good Shepherd's sheepfold. The person who prayed for me for years and years never received a reward upon earth, instead she suffered long, paralyzed more and more each year from strokes. She never gave up on me. God answered her prayer. I do envision her as having been rewarded. I know I have received her earthly reward in my comfort of soul and spirit, as her gift of prayer for me has been answered to the Glory of God alone. She lived poor and died poor and sickly. I love the memory of her now. The memory that I never appreciated when she was alive for I was too young at the time. Didn't understand the glory of God found in her until more than a half century later.
  15. Lord I come to you today to ask forgiveness we humble ourselves Lord and ask you to heal our nation. We ask your forgiveness for the murder of millions of babies Lord please forgive us. We ask Lord that you forgive us for being Luke Warm and please bring us to our knees Lord so that we may once again allow your Holy Spirit to work in our lives. Lord we ask you to take the bitterness of our nation and bring us together again. Lord we are sorry for taking you out of our Government our Schools our Colleges and our Churches and we ask you to forgive us for the Prosperity messages yes we Lord are guilty for thinking of only ourselves. We humble ourselves and ask you to forgive us for not praying enough and talking to you Lord. Please forgive us for not reading your word and learning more about you and your ways. We have sinned greatly as a nation against the Lord our God in the words of Charles Spurgeon, Prayer pulls the rope below and the great bell rings above in the ears of God. Some scarcely stir the bell, for they pray so languidly. Others give but an occasional pluck at the rope. But he who wins with heaven is the man who grasps the rope boldly and pulls continuously, with all his might.
  16. I agree with Willa that, on its own it would not explain the gospel. However, it could be used along with a presentation of the atonement of Jesus. The 'Romans Road to Salvation' has been a standard used by many to witness throughout the decades. http://c317808.r8.cf1.rackcdn.com/Romansroad.pdf I think this allegory was geared at those who take lightly the many scriptures about living holy and being prepared. We are to be reading the scriptures with pleasure and obeying them no matter what madness is going on around us (being single minded in this wicked world.) This is what the Well-Behaved Students did. The message I read in the allegory was one of faithfulness to He who went away and admonished us to be true to His Word till He comes back. I was looking at it in light of the parable of Jesus about 'being ready when your Lord returns... I realize we are reading servants as opposed to students in the allegory. But the principle is the same. The smiting of the fellowservants, for example makes me think of this part of the allegory: Bullying now became seriously violent and many students were being chased out of the School because of it. The Seniors classes became depraved "Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh. Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season? Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing. Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods. But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken; The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of, And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. (Matthew 24:44-51) Those who would ever think I advocate salvation by works don't know me very well. One of my life verses is Ephesians 2:8-9 "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." However, faith without works is dead, as James 2:14-26 declares. Christians were not intended to remain idle once they are born again. For that is only the beginning of a lifetime of joy in serving Him. If you look at the allegory again you will see that the 'well behaved students' represent Christians who do these works BECAUSE they respect and love the Headmaster. Read of their joy at His return. The allegory supposes they were behaving obediently when He returned because He meant so much to them. Is that not true of Christians? Note how glad they were upon His return. The Well-Behaved Students were delighted to see him and were even cheering his name. The rest of the students were screaming wildly, frantically trying to smarten up their appearance and hide incriminating evidence. The others who didn't care about Him are the lost. It even clarifies that Enid did not BELIEVE in Him. She didn’t believe this Headmaster even existed and now she has to meet him? What would she say? The characters are explained as though the true believers were these who loved and obeyed the Headmaster...as all genuinely converted people would. Here is the summary. Note that ONLY the Well-Behaved students are defined as Christians: Hopefully the message of Enid’s story was clear but, just to be sure, here’s the explanation: The mixed boarding School is our world with each generation of Enid’s family representing a different period in Earth’s history. The Headmaster is God with his Guides and Rules being the Bible. The Teachers represent Christianity in general or Bible-based moral leaders in our society. When someone leaves the School grounds it means they died. The Senior Students are today’s current world powers and thought leaders. The Well-Behaved Students are Christians. The Assembly Hall represents Judgement Day. The Dark Figure is satan. The New Life is life after death and the Real World is the new world to come.
  17. I didn't see much of anything about some having faith in the Headmaster. It was all about works. While good works follow faith, we don't get to the real world just by doing good and not doing bad. It is not a good outweighing the bad scenario either. It is about faith in the Headmaster and allowing His love to guide us and motivate us. It is also about the grace of the Headmaster and how He came to us when we didn't deserve His mercy, and how He revealed Himself to us as a friend who would die for us.
  18. Put those hands up sister and let yet another ROUND of PRAISES at worthy be heard unto the LORD . Whereunto shall we liken the time to praise the LORD . It is time to praise the LORD at all hours of the day . In fact our praising HIM shall never cease , for we shall praise Him throughout all eternity . So let all be warmed up for this great event which begins on HIS day , by praising him now and every day we live . Its a praise a thon unto the LORD . Let all remember that we are soley saved by Grace , that Christ alone and no other , paid the price . Thus let not one ever name the name of any false god and give any false hope . WE going out proclaiming to all, JESUS ONLY SAVES and all other religions are but vanity and darkness and saves none . Muhammed cannot deliver himself , let alone any of the muslim faith , he saved and saves none . Budda neither , the pope neither nor any who preach a false gospel or false image of Christ . ONLY CHRIST saves and let all continue IN HIM , HE WILL SUPPLY ALL WE NEED . For this saying right here , ONLY JESUS saves and no other mindset and or religion can . WE will be hated more and more and more , even amonst so called christains . BUT I SAY THIS . WILL GOD be angry at me , Because by grace I said this and refused to allow any to believe a lie . NOPE but I tell us what does anger him greatly . WHEN Folks use JESUS In a way that says folks in other religions are saved and can claim their god . WHAT A MOCK this is . A great stink this is to the nostrils of a HOLY GOD who sent HIS SON . So that we would be saved and no longer walk n the darkness of THESE LIES . A great time of persecution is coming for all who refuse to go along with this inclusive lie . But I say , I had rather be a man on the run , beaten , suffering and even killed and HAVE CHRIST , than to live a king in this other LIE .
  19. @Tzephanyahu Thank you for this. It was thought provoking. Powerful and convicting. Well worth the read.
  20. Of course, Mel. Praying for the Lord to fill the needs of you and family. God bless. Shalom, David/BeauJangles
  21. In the meantime why not use the dilemma as reason to select a nice new tablet computer, then online select Biblegateway.com NIV (Anglicized) set with one or more parallel Bibles, perhaps including the ESV, plus the NRSV Anglicized? Make it an Ipad or Ibook anything with ISO system from Mac and purchase Accordance by Oaktree Software. Actually it is now available for other operating systems as well. Open multiple windows and one can have Strong's Concordance or open at the same time or whatever references one may like to use. Use it next to an open Bible and you will have the right atmosphere including that nice bookworm odorous scent too.
  22. I have prayed for you. Be strong. Evil is everywhere. One day in the Kingdom of God there will be no evil. Thank God for this wonderful gift of a perfect life forever. God Bless.
  23. I'm so sorry that happen to you. I pray God will give you double of everything that was taken from you.
  24. @Not me @Jostler @SelahSong Thank you for your entries, I am just too tired to take anything in at the moment, but shall come back to them afresh in the morning. My thanks also, once again, to @BeauJangles and @In Him for their responses. Good night all. With love in Christ Jesus Chris

  26. Making the Court 'And he made the court: on the south side southward the hangings of the court were of fine twined linen, an hundred cubits: Their pillars were twenty, and their brasen sockets twenty; the hooks of the pillars and their fillets were of silver. And for the north side the hangings were an hundred cubits, their pillars were twenty, and their sockets of brass twenty; the hooks of the pillars and their fillets of silver. And for the west side were hangings of fifty cubits, their pillars ten, and their sockets ten; the hooks of the pillars and their fillets of silver. And for the east side eastward fifty cubits. The hangings of the one side of the gate were fifteen cubits; their pillars three, and their sockets three. And for the other side of the court gate, on this hand and that hand, were hangings of fifteen cubits; their pillars three, and their sockets three. All the hangings of the court round about were of fine twined linen. And the sockets for the pillars were of brass; the hooks of the pillars and their fillets of silver; and the overlaying of their chapiters of silver; and all the pillars of the court were filleted with silver. And the hanging for the gate of the court was needlework, of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen: and twenty cubits was the length, and the height in the breadth was five cubits, answerable to the hangings of the court. And their pillars were four, and their sockets of brass four; their hooks of silver, and the overlaying of their chapiters and their fillets of silver. And all the pins of the tabernacle, and of the court round about, were of brass. (Exodus 38:9-20) Praise God!
  27. Hi; In Him, though I know these words weren’t directed at me. I just wanted you to know how much life, truth, wisdom and openness before God there is in these writings. Blessed me so much, listened to them multiple times. Saw a believer that was willing to “sell all they have and follow Jesus” or in modern words “give up all of self and follow Jesus”. Than to read the words that say all; “even to my own hurt” These words are the hallmark of a soul that is willing to let truth as it is found in Jesus, do all in and to them that truth would have done. Whether these truths, please, or don’t please self. For the joy that comes in the morning, after these truths do their perfect work. As I’m sure you have learned and tasted by experience, is a joy that nothing can compare. Blessings to you, for blessing me, and all those that would read your words. Much love in Christ, Not me
  28. * I too have benefited from the instruction of such, to whom I will be eternally grateful, '@In Him'. * These are useful verses that you have provided, and refer to those who have received a 'trust', which they are called upon to faithfully administer to others. Which brings to my mind another passage of Scripture: words spoken by Paul to Timothy:- 'Hold fast the form of sound words, which thou hast heard of me, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus. That good thing which was committed unto thee keep by the Holy Ghost which dwelleth in us.' (2 Timothy 1:13-14) * I believe that the content of the epistle to the Ephesians, along with that of Philippians, Colossians, 1&2 Timothy and Titus, contain a trust, a deposit of truth, for which faithfulness in Christ Jesus was, and is still, a vital requirement. It was not the gospel of salvation, or of justification by faith, vital though those are, but the knowledge of the administration of the church which is the Body of Christ, of which Christ Himself is the Head. The content of which I believe was the substance of the 'form of sound words' which had been heard and entrusted to Timothy by Paul: and was so vehemently opposed: prompting the following words of Paul, in 2 Timothy 1:15:- ' This thou knowest, that all they which are in Asia be turned away from me; of whom are Phygellus and Hermogenes.' * These epistles were written to believers, to whom God would make known the truth that is, ' Christ in (or among) us', which is, 'our hope of glory, as members of the Church which is the Body of Christ. This was unique at the time of writing, as was the hope and sphere of blessing spoken of in these pages. A unique unity, in which the Jew had no prior place, a unique calling, and a sphere of blessings which are spiritual, and all ours in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. A completeness and acceptance in Christ, a standing of holiness in which there is no blame to be found; and a spirit of Sonship which could call the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, 'Father'. Forgive me for getting carried away with the glory of this, @In Him.. With love in Christ Jesus Chris
  29. Welcome, Matt. We have a forum concerning the beliefs of JWs where you might be able to post the differences between their beliefs and our statement of faith, or true Christianity. It is in the Pavilion.
  30. Yes, there are many Bibles out there. It is no excuse if a person does not think one is not perfect for them not to read the Bible. They all have the word of God.
  31. I should also add that I was growing up in a non-religious home at the time. We also lived "out in the sticks" at that time. Religion was something that wasn't allowed to be discussed at the time due to my dad's strong dislike of the subject. Funny how the Gospel got in anyway, not just for me, but for my younger brother and our mom. Christ knows no barriers.
  32. Godismyloveforever, One of the things I love about the Lord, is that he gives me joy when I am in right relationship with him. Surrendered and obedient. He is so good! He promises to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness if we confess and repent. Some people may not feel this but we have God's assurance we are forgiven. That is great news and hope for us.. we start again.. and are not separated from the Lord. (Christians are not separated from the Lord, as he is in us and with us).. but sin disrupts the relationship. (When we are with people and we do something wrong that disrupts the relationship also). God is on your side and wants to help you. I don't know what you are facing because of consequences but ask God for help as you did to do the right thing to live according to his word. One must also read the bible to see how God wants you to live. Sometimes things are overwhelming we think too much. Ask yourself what is the next best thing I can do now about this problem (according to God's word) or whatever your facing. Trust in the Lord that he is helping you. Continue to ask God especially if you do not know what to do. Do what is right, according to God's word, no matter the consequences.. this is the right path. Proverbs 3:5 & 6. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding, In ALL YOUR WAYS, acknowledge him and he shall direct your path. Do you go to church? Need to go to a good church too. It is good to be with other believers that can pray for you and help you etc. I don't have the answers but God does. Keep going to him praying to him and reading the bible. He is able to do more than you can think or imagine Praying for you right now.. Blessings in the Lord Brother!
  33. Seal this prayer from your heart, in the mighty name of Jesus. I'm praying for you as well. God bless. Shalom, David/BeauJangles
  34. Amen on that. Brother, please don't let this overwhelm you. Be encouraged in the Lord, and comforted from the disheartened feelings of shame. God bless. Shalom, David/BeauJangles
  35. Miracles do happen so don't give up. However, please consider adoption perhaps....or even becoming foster parents to homeless children. Being a blessing to these children can become a blessing for you. Prayed for you.
  36. Tract distribution is a great way to plant the seed, and water it, so that God can bring forth the increase. Yes, the message of that tract is still embedded in my mind. Gary
  37. I read that same tract when I was about 10 or 11 or so. I got saved then, but didn't get any real Christian training until much later while in the Air Force. There were plenty of folks who were lead to Christ either by tracts directly or indirectly. At one time I had a small collection of that tract in half a dozen languages while in Europe. Paul said it well: one sows and another waters, but its God who gives the increase.
  38. Thanks! Its good to be here.
  39. What the original poster means by anglicized is the niv written for folks in the UK; using their spellings and so forth. Some of the words and spellings differ from American english and the uk. I found this on amazon, I hope it is what your looking for. Also Bible gateway has an online nivuk version, single column that you can read online if your interested, just click on nivuk and it will bring up that version for you. https://www.amazon.com/NIV-Zondervan-Study-Bible-Anglicised/dp/1473637783
  40. The graciousness and Christ that shines through your writings. Blessings as we serve our risen Savior. 🙏 Much love in Christ, Not me
  41. Shalom, R. Hartono. You're thinking two-dimensionally (which is a DIRECT result of all the time-line charts we were shown as kids or at least young Christians). In fact, time is the FOURTH dimension! There are three measurable dimensions in which we experience life: length, width, and depth (or height, depending on your perspective). We see these three dimensions because of our binocular sight (two eyes). However, when we have a particular 3-D scenario at one moment of time and then a second, slightly different 3-D scenario at the next moment in time, we are experiencing the FOURTH dimension - the SHIFT in 3-D along the "timeline." When we watch a ball bouncing across a room diagonally, we see the ball changing directions along the length of the room, along the width of the room, and vertically as it bounces up and down, but it takes the strobe effect of stop-action photography to see the ball's movement through time. Here's an example: bouncing ball strobe By MichaelMaggs Edit by Richard Bartz - Own work, CC BY-SA 3.0, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=2880974 The point is this: The "Rapture" will be a GLOBAL event that occurs around the world such that all are gathered in a short amount of time. The thing to remember about this image (that I used to use as an avatar) is that movement is FROM the left to the right along the white lines. When Yeshua` returns, He will send out His messengers around the globe to gather His chosen ones - His elect - and gather them to Himself in the skies above Israel. The beheaded saints shall be resurrected WITH the rest of those in the First Resurrection! Revelation 20 is not JUST about the beheaded saints; John just makes it a point to say that they are INCLUDED in the First Resurrection! Revelation 20:4-6 (KJV) 4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. 5 (But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished.) This is the first resurrection. 6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years. Verse 6 is about EVERYONE who shall participate in the First Resurrection!
  42. Dear Abba Father I pray to you in the name of Jesus for all of your children in the entire world. Please help them with their needs. Especially protect them from the evil one. When they suffer in any way, please help them to focus more than ever on you and not lose their way. When they are scared help them to turn to you and not (as I have done) make stupid mistakes that can make things worse not better. You Father are the one who makes things better. Join all of your children's' prayers together. There is power in prayer. I know that is Your will. Let us all help each other with prayer. Thank you Father. I love you more than anyone or anything and will for ever. Amen
  43. Making the Lampstand 'And he made the candlestick of pure gold: .. of beaten work made he the candlestick; .... his shaft, and his branch, his bowls, his knops, and his flowers, were of the same: And six branches going out of the sides thereof; .. three branches of the candlestick out of the one side thereof, .... and three branches of the candlestick out of the other side thereof: ...... Three bowls made after the fashion of almonds in one branch, a knop and a flower; ........ and three bowls made like almonds in another branch, a knop and a flower: .......... so throughout the six branches going out of the candlestick. And in the candlestick were four bowls made like almonds, his knops, and his flowers: .. And a knop under two branches of the same, .... and a knop under two branches of the same, ...... and a knop under two branches of the same, ........ according to the six branches going out of it. .......... Their knops and their branches were of the same: ............ all of it was one beaten work of pure gold. And he made his seven lamps, and his snuffers, and his snuffdishes, of pure gold. .. Of a talent of pure gold made he it, .... and all the vessels thereof.' (Exodus 37:17-29) Praise God!
