  10. Hi iamlamad Something to consider.... There are only 3 woes. Three of the worst horrible last plagues. One angel for each woe. So three of the last angels. These woes are not hurting the earth, but men now. After this there are no more woes and no more plagues. It's finished. Revelation 8:13 And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound! The locusts like spirits is the FIRST WOE - which is the 5th angel with the trumpet. That woe lasts 5 months. Revelation 9:11 And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon. Revelation 9:12 One woe is past; and, behold, there come two woes more hereafter. What comes next after the 5th angel with the trumpet? .... the 6th angel with the trumpet of course! Now the SECOND WOE is finished after the two witnesses are killed (Rev 11:14). So the second woe MUST BE during the days the 6th angel with the trumpet- the next angel. This plague is that great war with man against man, kingdom against kingdom. Revelation 11:14 The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly. The third woe is the war against the Lamb. It will not end good for them. This is the last woe. The worst. No more woes after this. It is done. This should also prove that the trumpets and vials are the same angels, and same plagues happening at the same time because those woes are a big clue that it's not another 7 angels coming on to the scene, but the same ones only with more detail given. The two witness "die" during the days of the 6th angel, not come on to the scene. Their testimony is finished. They are here during the days of the FP - 3 1/2 years.... with just one month short. They will be like a Moses and Aaron who sent the plagues onto Egypt.

  14. The OT system was about obedience. One obeyed the complex OT laws about behaviour, food and clothing etc and also obeyed the religious rituals. These stressed he importance of being ritually clean from anything that was classed as unclean or inpure. It was costly in time and in animals to be ritualy clean. As one had to wash oneself, the cloths being worn spend the day away from ones work, family etc and sacrifice an animal. Why an animal? It taught that it was costly in terms of the value of the animal, in terms of a life being taken and because of the consquence of not being ritually clean. That is separation from God and from his people.

  15. Let's look at the great commission: Matthew 28:16-20 New King James Version (NKJV) The Great Commission 16 Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, to the mountain which Jesus had appointed for them. 17 When they saw Him, they worshiped Him; but some doubted. 18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go [a]therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen This is the great commission, for us as born again believers to: Make disciples of all nation's.. (Everyone) 1. We must go and lead others to Christ. 2. We must then baptize them, to show their outward confession of becoming a believer. 3. Teach them to observe all that Jesus tells us, how to live and walk as a born again Christian. As for praying for the Lord's return: Revelation 22:17-21 17And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely. 18For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: 19And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book. 20He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. 21The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen. Be Blessed

  16. True. But wrath isn't tribulation. Pretrib loves to conflate the two. "646 apostasía (from 868 /aphístēmi, "leave, depart," which is derived from 575 /apó, "away from" and 2476 /histémi, "stand") – properly, departure (implying desertion); apostasy – literally, "a leaving, from a previous standing."" Indeed. And where in this definition do we find "physically abducted from one place and taken to another"? You leave out the definition of apostasia and instead go with the definition of aphistemi, when aphistemi is not the word in the text! Then you skip over the true concept of aphistemi, "properly, departure (implying desertion)". Implying desertion?! And you infer "a physical abduction from one place and taken to another" from that? Did you miss that part where aphistemi is an personal act by an individual or group of individuals? No outside force acts in a physical abduction. It's "a leaving, from a previous standing." They walked away fully cognizant, they were not removed physically by a supernatural force. But aphistemi is not the word used in 2 Thess 2, the word Paul wrote is apostasia. The definition of apostasia is rebellion, revolt, defection. And it's truth no matter how you try to spin it. No one is going anywhere before the beast is revealed. No early train. No get out of jail free card. Pretrib will demand the seats at the front of the bus but is willing to thrust countless millions into the darkest, deadliest times ever to occur in history. The doctrine literally says the adherents are walking the earth in perfect righteousness without spot of blemish akin to Enoch, Elijah and Jesus. Astounding arrogance! It's a tyrannical, dictatorial doctrine that concludes, "They deserve to suffer, not us!", in opposition to the teachings and acts of Jesus and Paul which says, "Take me Father, so they do not suffer!".

  21. no I'm sorry, the holy spirit will NEVER lead anyone in error. And if you believe you are to embrace evil spirits ,as you said you love them and there are no rules in God's word,as you stated, you are in error and it's not the holy spirit leading you. You may have spent 50 years in a journey, however this isn't Gods word, so somewhere you have gotten off of the path of truth of God. You are not leading others in God's truth by saying what your saying, so I'd really go back and study his word, because we are accountable for what we do and tell others.

When you don't have work, there's less reason to get out of bed. Far more annoying, if you ask me, is too much time with one's own mind. The mind holds a darkness blacker than any night. It's just not healthy. I know a number of deaf or blind people gladly leap at the chances at jobs willing to hire them, and I certainly don't blame them.

  24. On the contrary, there's no love without rules. You quoted:( To me there are NO RULES IN GOD"S WORD and To me there is NO LOVE in RULES). That's not God's word at all. Romans 5:19 ESV For as by the one man's disobedience the many were made sinners, so by the one man's obedience the many will be made righteous. Joshua 1:8 King James Version (KJV) This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success God gave us the book of the law or his rules because he loved us. The same as: Jesus said: John 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments. God gave us rules to live by and if you love God, through Christ and the holy spirit you obey. If you have children, you gave them rules because you loved them. The rules were set to keep them from harm and to become a responsible adult. If they didn't obey the rules, they had consequences. This is the same with God. He loves us and gives us rules to obey and if we dont, then anyone who don't obey will have consequences. If one wont receive Christ, they in turn will not be forgiven and will not go to heaven. Revelation 21:8 but the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. Revelation 20:15 ESV And if anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.

  25. If you do so much that you become ill there will be no one to look after you or your parents. I do understand how you feel but maybe you can speak to her doctor and alert them to her position ? Please put into writing to social services ( and send recorded delivery ) your concerns for this lady and that you are NOT in a position to help that way they are legally obliged to do something and cant say they didn't know If it is just word of mouth they will try to deny ever being told of her needs so the doctor should also be informed. After that you cannot be expected to do anything more than a neighbour would do ( maybe call once every couple of days to check she is ok and if she is not then inform social services ?) If she needs to go to hospital then she needs to use the ambulance service as she will also be seen more quickly that way Praying for you all

  29. I don't believe that there is an escape in the since of ever encountering them, however we are told in Ephesians 6:10-18 10Finally, be strong in the LORD and in his mighty power. 11Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. 12For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. 18And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the LORD's people. I believe this is our defence against such things, to put on the full armour of God and walk with Christ. For it is in him that we overcome. For in the name of JESUS, Satan has to flee. God bless my friends

  31. My friend and brother Dennis. For me the love God wants us to share with the world is the most beautiful miraculous and precious GIFT GOD has ever created and given to mankind to experience and share. Years ago I didn't understand this love that is only Gods - a SUPER-NATURAL LOVE. I saw people I knew were going to hell and it tore my insides out - there was nothing I could do. I got down on my knees with tears streaming down my face like they are now, and pleaded with God to share that same love with me , that somehow I may be a reflection of HIM to others, not in a perfect way because I know I'm not perfect, but I had the desire to learn, to try and fail until I got it right, not in just word, but in His SUPER-NATURAL LOVE that is His alone to give us, to go about quietly loving on people by being kind, being patient, being accepting, being happy and joyful and bringing that to others just by loving life and GOD, by being at peace and having a life of contentment, or by how we handle the trials God allowed to come into our lives because in God's wisdom, that can be a reflection of Him, but only God can see our heart and know that we're serious and feel like we're dying inside because there is only one answer and it's GOD"S alone, and it's His WILL as to who He shares it with. We can't create God's kind of love or even pretend to have it - there's no point. God knows our heart and our desire to honor Himt!!!!!!!! But if we earnestly ask from a heart that longs to present a Christ to the world from an imperfect heart, by trying as hard as one can, The Holy Spirit will be with us as we make honest mistakes until we see fruit that is God's alone.

I did a blog post called fire and water on wisdomfortoday.blog What I mean about heavy metal when you are under spiritual attack. I can see how you might see that as strange but its about picking yourself up when you are laying in bed and depressed. The kind of stuff that makes you want to put your trainers on and go for a run round the block. Its right with scripture to say that we can ask for wisdom when we need it but I reckon that memorizing Proverbs where you actually understand their riddle and see them work in your life, makes you wise e.g. you buy UHT milk in bulk instead of normal and it is pleasant when you dont run out.

  34. Not a big deal, sister. Being on a forum for some time, one learns to handle misunderstood things such as innuendos and the like. Holding grudges or harboring unforgiveness aren't profitable for me either. What I found unacceptable was the use of the inappropriate explicative. And as musician, heavy metal music is no stranger to me either. Lyrics are a powerful means of communication, and there is no disagreement concerning this. But, as someone well acquainted with the study of Demonology, attempting to battle against witchcraft in this manner falls far too short of the goal. I base this on my personal involvement with occultism prior to becoming truly born again.

  37. It all has to do with the principalities and powers of this world's dominions. There are territorial spirits in charge of various areas. See Deut 32 8-9. God gave them the various nations in order to govern, but all they did was create various pantheons. Gen 6 is where the acceleration of evil began, and humans were only too glad to comply. You are battling evil in high places and dominions. The best you can do is surround yourself with believers that have discernment. Psalm 82 says 'they will die like men'. Yeshua said 'the Kingdom is nigh unto you' and 'I saw hasatan fall like lightening..' The issue really is that the church has strip-mined the supernatural from our teachings and scriptures. Thus we still have this silly idea that these evil powers are in charge. They are not because '..you will tread on scorpions..' etc. Yeshua is on the throne with The Ancient of Days having put 'all things under His feet'. He has trodden on the neck of the adversaries and '..even the demons are subject to us in your Name..'. He says we now have the 'Authority to be called the Sons of the Most High'. We are sons and daughters of the Most High thru Yeshua. So we should be calling the shots, not them!!

  38. ORIGIN OF APOSTASY 1350–1400; Middle English apostasye (< Anglo-French) < Late Latin apostasia < Greek: a standing away, withdrawing, equivalent to apóstas(is) (apo- apo- + sta- stand + -sis -sis) + -ia -ia noun, plural a·pos·ta·sies. a total desertion of or departure from one's religion, principles, party, cause, etc. This has nothing to do with pre-trib, it has to do with the understanding of the word, where it is derived from, and what it means. As I stated before, when one uses the word apostate or apostasy, we all know very well this is a negative thing. Unfortunately some have decided to take this very negative thing and turn it into something else in order to create what they believe is an argument to support something else. The only thing this has to do with pre-trib, is that it is pre-trib that wants to twist the meaning of this word.

  39. What withholds is the apostasy and the revealing of the beast, what is withheld is the Return of Jesus and the gathering, to wit: 1Now concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our being gathered together to Him, we ask you, brothers, 2not to be easily disconcerted or alarmed by any spirit or message or letter seeming to be from us, alleging that the Day of the Lord has already come. 3Let no one deceive you in any way, for it (The Day of the Lord) will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness—the son of destruction—is revealed. 4He will oppose and exalt himself above every so-called god or object of worship. So he will seat himself in the temple of God, proclaiming himself to be God. 5Do you not remember that I told you these things while I was still with you? 6And you know what (rebellion and revealing) is now restraining him (Jesus), so that he (Jesus) may be revealed at the proper time. 7For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work, but the one who now restrains it will continue until he is taken out of the way. There is an issue with the above underlined phrase. If you check the Greek for "but the one who now restrains it will continue until he is taken out of the way. " you will see it literally says "hold fast until he emerges from the middle" and is not analogous for "the Holy Spirit is restraining evil" or, "Micheal is restraining the beast." What this says is 'the one who now restrains "it", which is the Return and the Gathering, will continue until 'he is taken out of the way' which is to say "he will no longer have a restraining influence as he has been revealed". Further, when he is taken out of the way, literally 'emerges from the middle' he is revealed as Paul says, "And then the lawless one will be revealed". This is the only correct understanding of this passage.

  40. When I first applied for disability I was on the fence about whether or not I needed it. I ended up moving at some point along the way and my new residence turned out to be a middle of nowhere place where I was subjected to abuse, wasn't getting my mail, and was cut off from my friends. My physical and mental health deteriorated during all of that and when I was finally free of that environment I finally got a call saying my disability claim had been approved. That was so amazing to me because I had unknowingly missed a court hearing while I was with my abusive relative. That never sits well with the reviewers but I didn't even have to go to a hearing to make up. I was just approved and that was it. I fully believe that God was in charge there and brought me through it so we could develop a closer relationship. It's one of the top experiences in my life where I have no doubt God was good to me and proved His love. On a mostly lighter note I'm also quite thankful for the various cats I've had in my life. I miss the ones who have passed on dearly. They've all been sources of joy and amusement and helped keep me sane in tough times. God knew what He was doing putting them in my life and I've found myself thanking God for them repeatedly.

  41. Laws About Vows Only the firstling of the beasts, which should be the LORD'S firstling, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox, or sheep: it is the LORD'S. And if it be of an unclean beast, then he shall redeem it according to thine estimation, and shall add a fifth part of it thereto: or if it be not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to thy estimation. Notwithstanding no devoted thing, that a man shall devote unto the LORD of all that he hath, both of man and beast, and of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy unto the LORD. None devoted, which shall be devoted of men, shall be redeemed; but shall surely be put to death. And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD'S: it is holy unto the LORD. And if a man will at all redeem ought of his tithes, he shall add thereto the fifth part thereof. And concerning the tithe of the herd, or of the flock, even of whatsoever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be holy unto the LORD. He shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he change it at all, then both it and the change thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed. These are the commandments, which the LORD commanded Moses for the children of Israel in mount Sinai.' (Leviticus 27:27-34) Praise God! * This brings Leviticus to a close.

Laws About Vows 'And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto the LORD, then the priest shall estimate it, whether it be good or bad: as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand. And if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be his. And if a man shall sanctify unto the LORD some part of a field of his possession, then thy estimation shall be according to the seed thereof: an homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver. If he sanctify his field from the year of jubile, according to thy estimation it shall stand. But if he sanctify his field after the jubile, then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain, even unto the year of the jubile, and it shall be abated from thy estimation. And if he that sanctified the field will in any wise redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be assured to him. And if he will not redeem the field, or if he have sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more. But the field, when it goeth out in the jubile, shall be holy unto the LORD, as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall be the priest's. And if a man sanctify unto the LORD a field which he hath bought, which is not of the fields of his possession; Then the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation, even unto the year of the jubile: and he shall give thine estimation in that day, as a holy thing unto the LORD. In the year of the jubile the field shall return unto him of whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land did belong. And all thy estimations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.' (Leviticus 27:14-26) Praise God!
