    • Hi Eoreris I see the 144,000 all as "children of God" (one in the spirit of Christ) who are not defiled by women (false religions).  I gave examples of the OT, to show that when God is warning the "women", and the "daughters", who are "at ease", he is warning all who "claim to be godly" as a whole. They are dwelling in false security, and God is showing us how proud they behave.  They are adorned with everything that makes them look appealing on the outside, but the inside is rotten according to God who sees.  This represents their teachings, and that they are not wearing white robes,... not covered in truth and righteousness, but adorned with the wrong things.  Religions multiply like a woman does, she produces children out of her teachings.  These teachings are like "women", they are multiplying and gaining much more children. When God is speaking about the 144K not being defiled with "Women", I see something different in his speech and what he is really pertaining to.  If I had not studied the OT prophecies, I wouldn't come to this conclusion, but because I have, I think about all those verses where he mentions women, and daughters, and reflect on what I had already learned by his figure of speech, that he is speaking to "a type of so called God fearing group" as a whole, and not just to women physically, but to all according to the heart.  They are expecting a gathering, but the "gathering will not come"....And the 144K are not joined to them.  That's what I see any way.
    • I think this is literal. It actually says this.......Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. 2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. God spoke the Creation into existence, but it took time for that existence to come into being/to become a reality.  DARKNESS was on the face of he deep means that Inflation happened, then there was Darkness for 400 Million years. Then the Stars started forming. the WMAP/NASA project that mapped out the whole universe with microwaves, and it showed God to be 100 percent right. Look at the map below, there is your Darkness on the face of the deep. Quantum Fluctuations (GOD) Inflation, 400 million years of Dark Ages, then the Stars started Forming. So the Evening (Darkness for 400 million years) and the Morning (Stars/Light started forming) was the first day. Earth and the Sun came later at 4,5 billion years BC. YOU'LL HAVE TO HIT THE LINK.
    • Job 33:14-15 14 For God speaks once, yea twice, yet man perceives it not. 15 In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls upon men, in slumberings upon the bed; It would seem God, in the bible, would disagree with this statement.
    • Ding, ding, ding. It is Jacobs trouble. It is to bring Israel to repentance. The Church is already in Gods hands. Why would God need to refine that which is already refined ? The Last Trump is the sound of God calling the Church home, and Israel to Atonement. Feast of Atonement comes after the Feast of Trumpets.
    • Here is the thing though missmuffet, well, several maybe. One, rapture doctrine is not something I have ever chosen to divide over, not with you or anyone, that just goes without saying. Eschatology is not a divisive issue, but there are some divisive people. I just think some people lack the maturity to know the difference, and if they find themselves getting hot under the collar over it, that is probably a good sign, that they should chose to leave the topic, until they have grown some. "I have never posted false doctrine Omega and you know that. I have only posted the true literal Word of God and how I see it." Well, that is an interesting thought. If person A and person B have two doctrines. Either A is wrong, of B is wrong, or they are both wrong. You are claiming that yu have never posted false doctrine, As I see that, either your are wrong in that assesment, or you are saying that I am wrong in mine. I am not sure why you assume that you have never posted false doctrine on this topic, when you do not even seem able to defend what you believe from the Bible. As the the second, compound sentence there: "I have only posted the true literal Word of God and how I see it." That is difficult to address. The true, literal Word of God and how a person sees that, can be two different things, In fact, I have never even met a person who seems to be able to say that they believe the true, literal word of God, in a consistent manner. Pre-trib rapturists sometime claim to though, I have not seen that demonstrated yet. I hope that you are just misspeaking a little bit, poorly expressing your self, but I think I will bow out of the conversation, since I think that poor JohdD hoped that it would go into some other direction, like comparing the Rapture with other removals.
