• I Stand With Israel Petition

We want to send a strong, encouraging message to President-Elect Donald Trump concerning the importance of the nation of Israel in relation to God’s Word. Mr. Trump has already made strong statements supporting Jerusalem as Israel's capital and the nation's right to exist and defend herself. Let’s be sure to support our future President in his decision and encourage him to follow through on his affirmations concerning Jerusalem and the Promised Land. Our goal is to deliver a petition of 1,000,000 signatures before Mr. Trump takes office. Read our Petition!

    • Addendum to the above post:  I think before people go around slamming Christmas as wicked and pagan, they need to stop give some serious consideration to what they are saying about fellow Christians who celebrate this holiday.  The implication is that fellow Christians are practicing wickedness and paganism.     It think this goes waaaaay beyond simply having an issue of conscience about Christmas. An issue of conscience would be something like, "I am not giving gifts this Christmas to protest the abject materialism that embodies this celebration."  But to attach "wickedness" or paganism to such things and pretty paint them as sinful crosses the line from an issue of conscience into an implied judgment on others for celebrating.
    • Isn't armor used for battle? So perhaps the armor of God is used to stand... Not to avoid or cower away from the world? God bless,
    • Noooo, it didn't. You have to be very careful about reading far too much into the bible. Its called isegesis, reading into scripture what isn't there at all. BEASTS are nothing more than the animals of this earth. The only reference to "beast" which doesn't apply to earthly animals is Satan and the antichrist. Angels are God's angels, not aliens, or Satan's fallen ones who originally came from heaven (Jude 1:6). NOT the souls of the Nephilim either, as that would presume the existence of disembodied souls. Which don't exist exept in the minds of those who watch those stupid Ghost Hunter shows.
    • One important thing to be protected from the world is to have the whole armor of God as recorded in Ephesions 6:11-17. Spending time in prayer and study helps build strong walls also. My grandpa used to say that if your feet hit the floor in the morning before you have prayed the day is already off to a bad start. Another important part of being protected is having the word in you, knowing what the Bible says. Jesus always used scriptures to rebuke the devil. It helps to know what God says about situations. I also like to learn the Bible because I believe that someday we won't be allowed to have Bibles and nobody can take the word out of your mind if it's there. Below is Ephesians 6:11-17. 11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. 13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; 15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

The soldiers of Alexander were reckoned invincible. Why? Was it because they were naturally stronger and more courageous than all their enemies? No, but because they were led by Alexander. Their strength was in his leadership. Under another leader they would often have been defeated. When the Union army was fleeing panic- stricken before the enemy at Winchester, the presence of Sheridan turned their defeat into victory. Without him the men were a quaking mob. With him at their head they were an invincible army. If you had listened to the remarks after the battle of the soldiers who served under those and similar leaders, you would have heard the praises of their general mingled with all their rejoicing. They were strong because he was; they were inspired by the same spirit that he had. Well, our Captain is the Lord of hosts. He has met the chiefest foe of all and has vanquished him single-handed. Those who follow Him invariably go forth conquering and to conquer. Oh, that those who profess to be His followers would put their trust in Him and then, by the repeated victories that they would gain, they would show forth the praises of Him who has called them out of darkness into His marvelous light. John says that he that is born of God overcomes the world, through faith. Faith lays hold of the arm of God and His mighty power does the work. How the power of God can work in a man, accomplishing that which he could not possibly do for himself, no one can tell. It would be as easy to tell how God can give life to the dead Lessons on Faith.  E.J. Waggoner

      John 13:33-35
33 Little children, yet a little while I am with you. Ye shall seek me: and as I said unto the Jews, Whither I go, ye cannot come; so now I say to you.
34 A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
35 By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.
