    • I think we need a definition of "darkness" we are referring to so we are all on the same page.  We talking the land of natural science & physics here rather than spiritual darkness?
    • The Faith of a Canaanite Woman And Jesus went away from there and withdrew to the district of Tyre and Sidon. And behold, a Canaanite woman from that region came out and was crying, “Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David; my daughter is severely oppressed by a demon.”  But he did not answer her a word. And his disciples came and begged him, saying, “Send her away, for she is crying out after us.”  He answered, “I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.”  But she came and knelt before him, saying, “Lord, help me.” And he answered, “It is not right to take the children's bread and throw it to the dogs.”  She said, “Yes, Lord, yet even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their masters' table.”  Then Jesus answered her, “O woman, great is your faith! Be it done for you as you desire.” And her daughter was healed instantly.
    • Texas is a might huge place for sure. I can't imagine that within it there are no good bodies of Christ to attend and to fellowship  and worship and learn.  There must be  I would think hundreds if not  a few thousand. Now granted their leaders may not be  totally appreciated by everyone, but to think there re no good churches nor any pastor/ elder/ teacher orth sitting before  an listening?  I think that cannot be. And though I follow no man, I sure learn from many , even average ones that are called  by the Holy Spirit to encourage the saints and lead in teaching and worship of Jesus. So Texans, and others if you wish to join in who is from Texas that  is a pastor teacher elder evangelist, or what churches and/or institutions that share of Christ are at that huge State Texas? Am I correct to  think  of these few as being of or from Texas? Some living, some retired, or deceased, include:  Chuck Swindoll -Insight For Living Robert Jeffress- Ist Baptist Church of Dallas  Nathan Jones- Lamban dLion Ministries David Reagan- Lamb and Lion Ministries James Robison T D Jakes John Hagee Max Lucado C. A. Criswell - First Bapist Church of Dallas Zola Levitt - Zola Levitt Ministries Todd Baker Dallas (and  Israel) Jeff Seif J. Vernon Mcgee   Dallas Theological Seminary ( Of old anyway) Zola was most upset by their seeming embracing of replacement theology in more recent years as I remenber it. Baylor university TCU Seems to me one must be able to find Christ being celebrated and worshipped at Texas easily  enough.  My own Sweet Texas Peach, my bride worshipped with a group of six that were faithful to worship, share, learn, pray,  and  fellowship, way  out in the extreme rural area, past  the edge of earth itself, at Texas. They were blessed in their local body of Christ. They love each other! PLease if you know of additional  places and persons that  are in some way associated as Texans add them to the list of possible influences on places of worship and institutions  at Texas even today. Thanks  Oh lets not berate one or another of those that may be listed.   I just want to get a better idea of just how many possibilities might there be at Texas. Thanks.
    • Neighbor I don't know where you get your theology.  They were established all under the doctrines of the apostles. Even then there we those who tried to corrupt the church. As far as your thinking about the Jews let me bring you to memory. John ch 1 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehendeda it not. 6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. 7 The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe. 8 He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. 9 That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. 10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. 11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not. a comprehended: or, did not admit, or, receive. Jn 1:1-11   The churches he was speaking to were the churches that were established by the apostles

I'm getting tired of the constant battles and bickering.  To be clear, it is physically and mentally affecting me.  Why am I here?  Would I even be missed if I was gone?  I am losing my enthusiasm for interacting with fellow Christians here.  The anti-science thinking here is a bit much to take at times.
I am thinking of confining myself to just Secret Societies in the Controversial section, Firearms and maybe Photography.  If people aren't interested in what I think and just what to change my thinking to theirs, what am I doing here?  They don't need me to validate their own opinions.  I value my time more than that.

      Hi, willa! Good afternoon!
I paid you this visit to tell you that, a week ago, I watched this type of parrots (
) flying east of Caracas. They were more than 12 birds in couples (at 50 mt high), and this is very unusual that neighbourhood, and I love their heavy and magnificent way of their movements (although I´m not a bird watcher)
