    • Reasons Christian's (evangelicals) Should Support and Vote for Bernie Sanders
      By Qnts2 · Posted
Just a few comments. I lived in the city where Bernie Sanders was the mayor. He was a good mayor but his socialism played a minimal role in city politics. One of the lasting things he did was to take an old abandoned rail road track areas and made bike paths. The bike paths are very popular and connect the furthest points of the city with downtown where most people worked. He was considered such a good mayor that for many years after he left to be in the U.S. assembly, the people continued to elect socialists but none were as popular as Bernie. As I've said before, Bernie is a strong fighter for the elderly and is one of the few candidates who wants to preserve Social Security and medicare. He is also strong on gun rights.  Bernie's weaknesses are that he is a socialist. While he says he will fight for the middle class, socialism in other countries destroys the middle class so you end up with the poor and the rich. The biggest weakness in socialism is that is an idealistic belief. But people in power tend not to be so idealistic and fight for more power and money for themselves. So, rather then the idealistic equality, you do end up with poor and rich. When dealing with people, one must consider the fallen nature which prevents socialism from succeeding. When Jesus returns to reign as King, that  is when true equality can occur. Bernie, although Jewish, does not strongly identify with the Jewish people and is not a strong supporter of Israel.  I have respect for Bernie because he fights strongly for his beliefs, and is mostly open and transparent about his views. So, you can expect him to fight for what he says he stands for. If you disagree with what he says he stands for, you don't want him. If you agree, you can expect him to follow thru to the best of his ability.  Bernie has heard the gospel many times, and has shown no interest in Judaism, Christianity or any other religion. He is polite when listening.

Translating this in a slightly different hue. Rev 11 But exclude the outer court;(B) do not measure it, because it has been given to the Gentiles  They will trample on the holy city(D) for 42 months.(E)3 - 3.5 yrs, half of the great tribulation. And I will appoint my two witnesses,(F) and they will prophesy for 1,260 days,(G) clothed in sackcloth.-  two men of the cloth to witness the second coming.  ”(H) 4 They are “the two olive trees”(I) and the two lampstands, and “they stand before the Lord of the earth. - Blocking.    ”[a](J) 5 If anyone tries to harm them, fire comes from their mouths and devours their enemies.(K) This is how anyone who wants to harm them must die.(L) 6 They have power to shut up the heavens(M) so that it will not rain during the time they are prophesying;(N) and they have power to turn the waters into blood(O) and to strike the earth with every kind of plague as often as they want - Why would they and who is their enemy? 7 Now when they have finished their testimony, the beast(P) that comes up from the Abyss(Q) will attack them,(R) and overpower and kill them.- Testimony is a test to someone's character and qualifications. This speaks of summoning unearthly power for selfish means. 8 Their bodies will lie in the public square of the great city(S)—which is figuratively called Sodom(T) and Egypt—where also their Lord was crucified.(U) 9 For three and a half days some from every people, tribe, language and nation(V) will gaze on their bodies and refuse them burial.(W) 10 The inhabitants of the earth(X) will gloat over them and will celebrate by sending each other gifts,(Y)- This is human law, at our current stage of development. because these two prophets had tormented those who live on the earth.- Do unto others....  11 But after the three and a half days(Z) the breath[b] of life from God entered them,(AA) and they stood on their feet, and terror struck those who saw them. 12 Then they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, “Come up here.”(AB) And they went up to heaven in a cloud,(AC) while their enemies looked on.  - This is spiritual law, Gods law prevails which allows for repentance.

    • Videos with Black Screen but Plays Audio with Win10 and Edge
      By seraph · Posted
I installed the Windows 10 update and am using Microsoft Edge, but this problem has come up before. Why do the videos on YouTube appear black but the audio plays? What is the fix??? I'm getting annoyed trying to search for the solution on various sites. Does anyone have a quick, simple fix?!?!?!
    • Proportion of faith
      By Pamelasv · Posted
More people come in here, so I thought I'd post this in general questions rather than doctrinal.  'Since we have gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, each of us is to excersize them accordingly: if prophesy according to the proportion of his faith;...'   Romans 12:6, and 12:3 ...,'as God has allotted to each a measure of faith.' Do you think some people are granted more faith than others?  What do you think about this issue. I know that faith comes by hearing the Word of God. (It says that somewhere else, not sure where). I believe your faith can grow, as God grows it.   Kind of baffling how somebody would prophecy according to his faith when a message is a message to be delivered.

What do you think? http://www.cnn.com/2015/08/30/politics/scott-walker-northern-border-immigration-2016/index.html It's not just the southern border: Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker says it's "legitimate" to discuss building a wall separating the United States from Canada, as well. The Republican presidential contender said the idea of a northern border has come up while he has campaigned in New Hampshire. In an interview for NBC's "Meet the Press" available online, Walker said his tough talk to securing the borders and enforcing U.S. laws extends to the 5,525-mile Canadian border as well. It's a shift from most campaign-trail rhetoric, which has focused on the United States' border with Mexico, where millions undocumented immigrants have entered the country.
    • THE COST OF OUR SILENCE: CONSEQUENCES OF CHRISTIANS TAKING PATH OF LEAST RESISTANCE

My dear Joe,   the scripture says what it says.     If you are suggesting the Mosaic Law and the Old Covenant has not been done away with  then the writer of Hebrews (which many believe to be Paul) lied and then scripture has lied and then you are undone. What is in the Old Testament must be understood in the light of the New Testament. If the New Testament says the Old Covenant is done away with then it is done away with.   c

I still reside at Montgomery Elderly Care, in Montgomery, W. Va. I am 75 years of age and still have Cerebral Palsy and still confined to wheelchair or bed. I still teach a Sunday School class here regularly, although this position is shared with others on staff, here.
I have lived here at Montgomery Elderly Care Center for  almost 11 years,  at the time this is written.
